À PROPOS DE CE PODCAST 🔗
Welcome to the Expression Impressions Podcast!
Expression Impressions has to do with maintaining a positive mindset or maintaining positive mental health through expression. The stimulus stems from personal experience, where I would reduce the negative emotions (such as stress and demotivation) through my hobbies - music and sports during the pandemic period. Here, I’ll be in conversation with a wide range of people - ranging from facilitators, professionals, and professors in the arts and research fields.
