Recorded mid adventure with @lakota_stu & @jayb_252 We discuss the weekend of adventure in the southern fells of the Lake District, whilst taking shelter in a disused miners hut. Expect plenty of banter and laughs.
Today’s chat was with Andy from @thevirtuousfew We discuss some lessons that we have learned around failure, and the importance of good mental health when it comes to resilience in tough times. Quite a deep episode however one with some excellent points.
I was joined on this episode with Becki Jackson. A member of Team Lakota, a fellow Sapper and a wild swimming Mermaid of the Peak District. A great episode and an absolute pleasure to have had Becki on the show.
I’m joined on the first episode of season 3 with Jonathan Flynn. As we discuss one of our childhood adventures that didn’t go quite to plan.
So after the success of the previous episode “you want to live where?” Myself and Mark share some tales of our youth, from when we used to stay at the house from the conjuring. This one was a real laugh hope you guys enjoy.
On this episode myself and my brother Mark touch on all things medical, from training to equipment. We discuss the importance of correct & current training. Along with making sure the training you carry out is right for the environment that you are in.
This episode I am joined with my twin brother Mark again. We discuss all things camping in the outdoors, from our first memories of staying in some classic tents, to some more luxurious options. If your new to camping or sleeping in the outdoors this one is not to be missed.
