ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Kelly sits down with acupuncturist and energy medicine practitioner Cathy Goldstein to uncover the deeper truth behind beauty, aging, and emotional expression and how our choices may be impacting not just how we look, but how we connect.
Together, they dive into the science and energy behind facial expression, revealing how the face is not just aesthetic, it is a powerful communication system tied to our nervous system, emotional intelligence, and ability to feel safe with one another.
From the rise of cosmetic procedures to the unseen impact on our children, relationships, and self-perception, this conversation challenges the cultural narrative around aging and invites us back into authenticity.
You’ll hear:
• Why 90% of communication is non-verbal and what happens when we lose it
• The connection between facial expression, the brain, and emotional safety
• How “freezing” the face may impact intimacy, parenting, and relationships
• The energetic and physiological truth behind aging and expression
• A new paradigm of beauty rooted in authenticity, resilience, and connection
This episode is not about judgment it’s about awareness.
It’s about asking:
What are we gaining… and what might we be losing?
If you’ve ever felt the pressure to look a certain way, or questioned how to stay true to yourself in a world of expectations, this conversation will bring you back home.
