ABOUT THIS PODCAST 🔗
The Good Apple Effect exists to shine a bright spotlight on the misuse of power and bullying in hospitality, and on the positive impact of reducing both.
Hospitality has made enormous strides in improving workplace culture. We want to help hasten that positive change, exploring how better leadership, behaviour and working environments benefit everyone, including the businesses themselves.
Through conversations with people who understand hospitality, we explore the psychology of behaviour, the use and misuse of power, why harmful cultures develop and what we can do to help change them.
Hospitality. Better without bullying.
Better Culture. Better Business.
