After 60 episodes, Career Congregation is becoming Helpful Conversations.
What began as a podcast about career journeys and finding different ways to work has evolved alongside Meghan’s own life, work in her private practice and experiences.
In this solo episode, Meghan shares why she wants to create more space for conversations about mental health, wellbeing, personal development and major life transitions. These transitions can take many forms, from career changes, grief, relationship endings, to moving home or moving abroad. Having lived in many countries herself, Meghan is particularly interested in the experiences that come with expat/immigrant life, including adjusting to a new place, missing people, navigating change and finding a sense of belonging.
The podcast will continue to feature inspiring career stories and career changes, while broadening its focus to the emotional and personal sides of navigating change. From the challenges of settling into life in another country to the wider questions that arise when life takes an unexpected turn, Helpful Conversations will make space for the experiences that shape us and the support we may need along the way.
Whether you are thinking about moving abroad, adjusting to life in a new country, or going through a significant change in your life, Helpful Conversations will create space for the experiences and challenges that come with starting a new chapter.
