ABOUT THIS EPISODE
In this fifth episode of HARD AGREE from Wednesday April 28th 2021, Andrew Sumner welcomes his producers (and Spoilerverse founders) Kenric Regan & John Horsley to the show for a deep dive on the classic 1966 Batman TV series and the huge impact it had on Sumner's life. Well, that’s how their conversation starts and ends but, along the way, they detour into how Kenric & John met John Wesley Shipp; the brilliance of David Caruso & NYPD Blue; Sumner’s hugely-influential grandfather Pops Smythe; Sumner’s best-in-the-business San Diego Comic-Con booth crew; James Cucciara’s Stylin Online; gentleman actor Peter Scolari; gentleman super-agent Barry Greenberg; the one and only Adam West; the three faces of 1960s Catwoman (Julie Newmar, Lee Meriwether & Eartha Kitt), Zsa Zsa Gabor and Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman.
