ABOUT THIS EPISODE
Rich started his company out of necessity in 2009 when the economy was bad, and jobs were scarce. For the first 6 years, the company did very well, but then the market shifted and the company nearly failed. As we get personal, Rich explains his unique personal style. Although it may not appeal to everyone, he shares that his clients truly want the best of the best, no matter what generalizations people may make about his appearance.
