Pam Christian is a mindset coach, motivational speaker, and host of the Juice podcast. As we meet Pam, we learn about her journey through life. She recalls her battle with self-doubt but the light really came on for her once she started to recognize the thoughts in her head.
“we learn to agree with our thoughts, instead of challenging them.” It takes hard work to challenge themselves and the work never ends. People get comfortable during easy times and then fail to adapt to uncertainty.
As the podcast continues, we learned Pam didn’t set out to be a performance coach. She started off in real estate but found herself helping friends and colleagues with their struggles. This led Pam to start her coaching business. Although she is naturally an introvert she shares the importance of stepping out of her comfort zone.
