ABOUT THIS PODCAST 🔗
Welcome to BĒNA,
(meaning WOMAN in the ancestral mother tongue language of Proto-Celtic)
Here, we strip back the dogma - the binary ways of thinking and instead have raw, real + unfiltered conversations about the magic + mystery of womanhood and ALL that it entails.
The hard, the funny, the ridiculous, the taboo.
Within our culture story sharing is a lost medicine and this podcast is calling it back in, back home and into the hands of Bēna.
As we have done since the beginning of time:
Let us sit round the ‘fire’ to share as we become the weavers of the new story, not only for us but for our grandchildren + the mothers to come.
Welcome.
