S10 Ep200: Interview: Dr. Lewis Mehl-Madrona ~ This Entire Episode is MAGIC! (Indigenous Wisdom & Shamanic Healings!)

I am so excited to introduce you to my guest this UNBELIEVABLE 200TH EPISODE- Dr. Lewis Mehl-Madrona (who, let's face it, was on my GET list for like, forever! and finally the fates intervened and we connected and made some magic with this episode!) who talks about healing, both Western but oh so many other possibilities you all... (sweat lodges anyone? healing circles? visualization? meditation? and too many others to mention) and also discusses the loss of the Native American Medicine Man, and the loss of knowledge that is happening along with the disappearance of these extraordinary human beings.
Spirits are REAL in Dr. Mehl-Madrona's world (in mine too, babies!) and potent, and just waiting to begin relationship with us, to help us co-create a world and a reality in which everything is sacred. I hope our talk heals your hearts and opens you to the possibility that SO MUCH MORE IS POSSIBLE IN THIS WORLD THAN WE HAVE BEEN LED TO BELIEVE!!  I for one, would rather wake up everyday and understand that I am simply one small part of a vast cosmic dance that eternally is reaching for gorgeousness! Living in a reality that believes in us, in our capacity for goodness and beauty...well, that's the world I want to live in!

Please do check out my wonderful guest, Dr. Mehl-Madrona's website here. And buy his books everyone!! Here!

Please do share this podcast far and wide everyone...and share the love! THANK YOU AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU WHO LISTEN! You make this project possible!

Your bit of beauty? this video with another Native American, Vernon Foster, who discusses "the methods we can use to integrate healing ceremonies into our everyday lives and how to deal with negative emotions in a way that leads to permanent change." Sound familiar? Hmmm...maybe there is something to all of this really. ;-) xoxo
