I’m Stephen James but you can call me Bubba, I'm a stand-up comedian and comedy producer who has spent years around some of the funniest and most interesting people you’ll ever meet.And I learned something a long time ago:Sometimes the funniest conversations happen when there’s no audience.They happen in the green room, sitting around before a show, or standing in a parking lot long after everybody else has gone home.
That’s what Bubba’s Comedy is about.
Real conversations with comedians about how they got started, bombing, killing, life on the road, relationships, the business of comedy, the ridiculous things that happen along the way — and what makes somebody crazy enough to get onstage in the first place.
