ABOUT THIS PODCAST 🔗
What if you could hang out with people who are on a healing journey, people who have thrived through trauma & the inability to live authentically and fully? Ask them about their real life concerns, struggles, wins, losses and everything in between.; then take an insight or two to inspire your own growth? That’s what we do here on each episode of All Things SOUL. Hosted by Jennifer Hess Mitchell –– yoga therapist and mental health practitioner for over 20+ years –– every episode is an in-depth look at how to gain community and connection in the world. We peel back the layers, dissect it all and then find a way for things to fall back into place in a way that has us thriving and excited to be alive. We'll cry, laugh, walk away in pieces, lose & find ourselves together only to find the deepest essence of our SOULS. In that space is where compassion and empathy live. I'm honored and thrilled to meet you there! Peace!
