I'm Janet. ADHD mom, Reiki Master Teacher, medium, and certified overthinker. I talk to dead people, I forget where I put my keys, and somehow both of those things are equally true and equally mine.
This podcast is for the moms who are deeply spiritual AND deeply scattered. Who light palo santo and also lose their phone in their own house three times a day. Who are trying to regulate their nervous system while simultaneously managing a family, a to-do list, and a very loud inner knowing that keeps saying hey, there's more for you than this.
You're not broken. You're not too much. You're just neurodivergent and plugged in to something bigger than a productivity system can hold.
Here we talk about mediumship, Reiki, ADHD, the absolute chaos of conscious parenting, and what it actually looks like to build a spiritual practice when your brain works the way ours does. No wellness speak. No toxic positivity. No pretending we have it together.
