Hey it’s Rocket.

I’m grinding through my psych degree with an ABA focus, so i get why your dog, your kid, friend, partner, or coworker, act like that. Take FTR like a voice memo where we haven’t talked in a while and I’m catching you up on the latest—it’s me hitting record on the spice of life: the song stuck in your head at 2 AM, the shower thought that flips everything, or the habit you didn’t even realize you had. yeah, i study ABA but this isn’t a psych podcast. it’s a Rocket podcast. so expect behavior stuff sometimes, but mostly just me catching you up on whatever’s lighting up my brain. Each episode, i’ll share a story from my week, maybe even talk about a track i can’t stop playing on repeat. no actual script, just me helping you pass the time while you hit the gym, grabbing a coffee, or running an errand.

Lets catch up
