Welcome to Staying Wild — the podcast for high-achievers who want success without the soul-sacrifice. We’re going to create a life you love the wild way :)
If you’re a leader, skier, adventurer, high achiever or high performer – this is your safe space to be your free, true, wild self.
I help women like you, break the rules of hustle culture and unsubscribe from the good-girl conditioning that tells us to stay small, stay quiet, and stay smiling.
You’re here to take up space. To stand in your power. To live wildly. To create success on your own terms — without burning out or betraying yourself.
I’m your host, Adelaide Goodeve — High Performance & Consciousness Coach (the kind James Bond would secretly hire if he were also into backcountry skiing and pink).
Now, I’m not your average coach.
Unless your average coach has outwitted so-called impossible-to-heal-from conditions — like chronic fatigue, severe depression, hormone hell and insomnia — using a wild mix of mindset mastery, soul-deep strategy and energetics know-how, and can outrun half the men on the mountain.
In that case, maybe I am 😉
Each week, I’ll guide you through game-changing mindset shifts, soul-fuelled strategies and conversations that light a fire in your womb – so you can create a life that feels as good as it looks.
Hustling till you burnout is OUT.
Fulfilment, happiness, inner peace, clarity and sustainable success? That’s the new vibe.
Think of me and my special guests as your hype team, your metaphorical hand to hold, the soundtrack to your hot girl adventures, your ultimate pick-me-up, your voice of reason saying: you’re not crazy, you’re just waking up.
This is your permission slip to come home to your wild self.
To trust your knowing. Embody your power. Prioritise your joy and wellbeing like your future depends on it — because it does.
You don’t need to be less ambitious.
You just need a better way.
Let’s build a life so aligned you couldn’t have imagined it — but once you live it, you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it.
So come on then. Join me on the wild side. I promise you won’t regret it 🔥
