Electro House Classics: BackSpin (2009-2010) Volume 7

Electro House Classics — BackSpin Volume 7 collects the club-ready remixes and pop-EDM crossovers that dominated 2009–2010 dancefloors. This mix is a celebration of the era when electro house became the default language of clubland, built for pre-games, afterparties, and every charged-up moment in between. Highlights include three Dave Audé revamps of Lady Gaga cuts alongside club versions of Selena Gomez songs and Ke$ha’s TiK ToK, all retooled for maximum floor impact. The compilation also nods to the era’s chart architects — David Guetta and Black Eyed Peas — whose productions blurred the line between pop and the club scene. Across three hours the set balances brash, explicit floor-fillers with European imports and deeper grooves, showing how remix culture reshaped mainstream pop into anthemic dance music. Turn it up for a snapshot of when EDM genuinely ruled the radio and the nightclub alike.
