MENGENAI EPISOD INI
In this episode of Approaching Infinity, we are honored to host Jeff Camp, Founder & CEO at JC Venture Capital, an investor with an extraordinary 35 year career spanning Morgan Stanley in Tokyo and co founding a long short equity fund in London. Jeff’s journey has given him a front row seat to multiple technological revolutions, where he developed a probability based framework for distinguishing long term value from temporary market hype.
Jeff reveals a strong, contrarian insight regarding today’s AI infrastructure spend by directly contrasting it with the speculative fiber overbuild of the dot-com era. In Jeff’s view, whereas the internet build out was a bet on "build it and they will come," current AI infrastructure is uniquely backed by immediate, active commercial demand and substantial existing revenue streams.
Listeners will gain concrete strategies for integrating AI as a personal "operating system" and middleware, utilizing specialized agents to compress complex tasks without replacing human judgment. Jeff also shares how he uses custom trained agents based on the public writings of legendary investors like Howard Marks and Ray Dalio to democratize elite investment expertise.
Join us as Jeff details why identifying technological adoption patterns is essential, arguing that the ultimate benefit of mastering AI is reclaiming our two most valuable personal assets: time and attention. 🚀
