Nepal is changing - fast.

From current affairs and culture to business, tourism, cuisine and everyday life, Notes from Nepal explores a rich tapestry of traditions, trailblazers and transformation shaping one of the world’s most fascinating countries.

Hosted by Thomas Kilroy - chef and founder of the famed Kilroy’s of Kathmandu with plans of returning to Nepal as a foreign investor again with his wife Arati - this podcast explores the stories behind the headlines.

Thomas shares his lived experience and insight with a blend of commentary, curiosity, hot takes and humour to bring listeners up to date on the moments that rarely make international headlines - but often say everything about how modern Nepal really feels today.
