À PROPOS DE CET ÉPISODE
The recent plea deal with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and other 9/11 detainees has flown under the radar, but its implications are more profound than you might think.

Ron’s unique background as a former marine and military lawyer helps him shed a new light on the events, from the detainees’ torture to how the historical use of military commissions explains what we see happening now.
Listen in as they discuss why torture undermines the justice process, the crucial role due process plays in maintaining the integrity of the American legal system, the challenges the Obama administration faced when closing down Guantanamo Bay, and more.
