and all the stuff that went on there at the

PSU trials down there and litigation.
104
00:05:23.519 --> 00:05:24.680
Mister Blee here, are you there?
105
00:05:26.040 --> 00:05:28.680
Yes, thanks for having me back for HD on the show.
106
00:05:28.920 --> 00:05:30.639
Thank you so much, and people should listen to that
107
00:05:30.720 --> 00:05:33.240
first show. We did two hours okay, covered a lot
108
00:05:33.319 --> 00:05:37.279
a lot of contents and corrected a lot of misconceptions
109
00:05:37.279 --> 00:05:38.959
in that case. And mister blee Hair was kind enough
110
00:05:39.000 --> 00:05:41.279
to explain to us remind the audience who is Ray
111
00:05:41.319 --> 00:05:41.639
Blee here?
112
00:05:43.639 --> 00:05:48.639
Okay. I am now a retired federal analyst. I retired
113
00:05:48.680 --> 00:05:51.120
back in twenty seventeen, but I spent thirty two years
114
00:05:51.160 --> 00:05:54.959
in the federal government. Had a job as an Assistant
115
00:05:54.879 --> 00:05:57.839
in Spector General. I did a variety of analytic work.
116
00:05:57.920 --> 00:06:01.240
I also was the head of Financial Management Control for
117
00:06:01.279 --> 00:06:05.360
a period of years, so my experience run the gamut
118
00:06:05.360 --> 00:06:10.360
of different analytics duties. And then the Sandusy case kind
119
00:06:10.399 --> 00:06:13.439
of popped up in twenty twelve, and it had everything
120
00:06:13.480 --> 00:06:15.600
that I'd ever done before in the past. Because there's
121
00:06:15.680 --> 00:06:20.199
financial issues with the case, there's this general analysis that
122
00:06:20.279 --> 00:06:23.040
you have to do legal analysis, where I did a
123
00:06:23.079 --> 00:06:25.879
little bit of that as an IG. So this kind
124
00:06:25.879 --> 00:06:27.959
of fell into my lap and I've been doing it
125
00:06:28.000 --> 00:06:28.519
ever since.
126
00:06:29.360 --> 00:06:30.920
And what is your involvement with PSC?
127
00:06:31.279 --> 00:06:33.319
Are you an alumni at PS?
128
00:06:33.639 --> 00:06:36.279
I got my MBA from Penn State in two thousand
129
00:06:36.319 --> 00:06:40.800
and eight. I graduated. Actually my undergraduate degree is from
130
00:06:40.800 --> 00:06:44.600
a small school in Pennsylvania called Indiana University of Pennsylvania,
131
00:06:44.600 --> 00:06:47.360
and I got out of there nineteen eighty three, So
132
00:06:47.839 --> 00:06:49.519
I went back to school in the middle of my
133
00:06:49.600 --> 00:06:53.399
life and we really enjoyed my time at Penn State
134
00:06:53.519 --> 00:06:57.439
learning the world of business. And then when the Penn
135
00:06:57.439 --> 00:07:02.519
State scandal came up, you know, the Penn State connection,
136
00:07:02.800 --> 00:07:05.000
of course was there, but so was all the other
137
00:07:05.079 --> 00:07:07.160
analytics background that threw me to the case.
138
00:07:07.879 --> 00:07:10.240
Gotcha and describe through it. It's what is the Penn
139
00:07:10.279 --> 00:07:13.480
State scandal? Most people would know it as the Sandusky child,
140
00:07:13.720 --> 00:07:17.360
my child, but yeah, child, yeah, the Second Mile foundation.
141
00:07:17.600 --> 00:07:19.399
Yeah right, Well, we.
142
00:07:19.480 --> 00:07:23.319
Call it the Second Mile Sandusky scandal because that's really
143
00:07:23.360 --> 00:07:28.199
the epicenter of the scandal. However, because nobody knew what
144
00:07:28.240 --> 00:07:31.800
the Second Mile was, and nobody knew anything about Jerry
145
00:07:31.839 --> 00:07:34.439
Sandusky except he was a football coach, it became a
146
00:07:34.439 --> 00:07:38.160
Penn State scandal, and the prosecutors wanted it that way
147
00:07:38.240 --> 00:07:43.839
because that was their biggest, biggest whale they could harpoon,
148
00:07:44.120 --> 00:07:46.759
so to speak. The people at Penn State, Joe Paterno,
149
00:07:47.319 --> 00:07:52.240
Penn State president, and so they went with that, that prostitution,
150
00:07:52.519 --> 00:07:55.720
and they are still pounding on the Penn State prostitution
151
00:07:55.920 --> 00:07:58.240
as we speak today now.
152
00:07:58.319 --> 00:08:04.240
They trial, the criminal trial ended in a prosecution, but
153
00:08:04.240 --> 00:08:06.680
then there was a series of a civil litigation against
154
00:08:06.720 --> 00:08:07.439
the school.
155
00:08:07.199 --> 00:08:15.519
Right right his case. Actually, the university did not actually
156
00:08:15.519 --> 00:08:18.879
go through civil lawsuits. They just were more or less
157
00:08:18.879 --> 00:08:22.720
set up of fun and they paid anybody who came
158
00:08:22.759 --> 00:08:26.040
in and had a legitimate claim. Some of the claims
159
00:08:26.079 --> 00:08:28.519
weren't so legitimate, but they got paid anyway. So about
160
00:08:28.680 --> 00:08:32.039
I think thirty six people came in and found claims.
161
00:08:33.000 --> 00:08:36.360
There were ten victims at the trial, but it only
162
00:08:36.519 --> 00:08:40.279
actually paid live victims because two were unknown, and so
163
00:08:40.600 --> 00:08:43.159
all eight of those received settlements, and then I guess
164
00:08:43.159 --> 00:08:45.480
you'd have another twenty eight that came in who didn't
165
00:08:45.519 --> 00:08:50.159
go through the trial that got settlements. And so, you know,
166
00:08:50.240 --> 00:08:55.399
some of the claims were so outlandish we couldn't believe
167
00:08:55.399 --> 00:08:57.320
that some of them got paid that they all did.
168
00:08:57.639 --> 00:09:03.159
So anyway, the bottom line is Jerry, you know, he
169
00:09:03.320 --> 00:09:06.639
was convicted on forty five of forty eight counts. He
170
00:09:06.840 --> 00:09:10.480
was acquitted on the most serious and notorious count in
171
00:09:10.519 --> 00:09:13.039
the case the rape that occurred in the Penn State shower,
172
00:09:15.200 --> 00:09:19.919
and he has lost all of his appeals at the
173
00:09:19.960 --> 00:09:23.919
state and now he is pursuing a Supreme Court appeal
174
00:09:23.960 --> 00:09:24.519
of his case.
175
00:09:26.200 --> 00:09:29.200
In your expertise, you think there's any chance he could
176
00:09:29.200 --> 00:09:29.799
win an appeal.
177
00:09:32.200 --> 00:09:34.240
No, I don't think he can win an appeal. I mean,
178
00:09:34.279 --> 00:09:40.799
he's basically going on ineffectiveness of counsel and I really
179
00:09:40.799 --> 00:09:43.639
don't see that him making the case.
180
00:09:43.919 --> 00:09:46.679
Yeah, that's hope was yeah, okay, especially in a case
181
00:09:46.720 --> 00:09:50.639
like this, you know, a stellar council.
182
00:09:51.000 --> 00:09:54.759
So now, well, well, the bottom line was that his
183
00:09:55.000 --> 00:09:59.519
counsel at Trow was really not that bad. There were
184
00:09:59.559 --> 00:10:03.320
a few errors that he had made where he may
185
00:10:03.360 --> 00:10:06.519
have been able to shift guilt to someone else and
186
00:10:06.559 --> 00:10:10.519
he didn't do that, But his appeal attorney didn't bring
187
00:10:10.600 --> 00:10:13.279
that case up or that that incident up, So it
188
00:10:13.360 --> 00:10:16.600
was kind of like his appeal attorney was equally incompetent.
189
00:10:16.799 --> 00:10:19.320
There's his trial attorney. So at least that's my opinion.
190
00:10:20.279 --> 00:10:22.639
So now one of the issues, because you've been sending
191
00:10:22.679 --> 00:10:26.360
me all these updates, right is I guess is former
192
00:10:26.440 --> 00:10:29.679
FBI director Free came in and did an investigation.
193
00:10:30.559 --> 00:10:35.639
Right right after the Sandusky trial was over, the Free
194
00:10:35.679 --> 00:10:39.159
report came out. Now, Louis Free got hired in November
195
00:10:39.200 --> 00:10:43.080
of twenty eleven, right shortly after the Sandusky grand jury
196
00:10:43.120 --> 00:10:46.159
presentment came up, and he spent about six months on
197
00:10:46.240 --> 00:10:50.679
campus allegedly investigating what was going on. But what we
198
00:10:50.720 --> 00:10:53.600
have now found out based on a diary that was
199
00:10:53.679 --> 00:10:57.440
kept by one of Free's team members named Kathleen McChesney.
200
00:10:57.639 --> 00:11:01.000
McChesney and you can find that diary on my website
201
00:11:01.279 --> 00:11:04.759
not KSU dot blogspot dot com. There's a list of
202
00:11:04.799 --> 00:11:07.159
references on the right hand side, and you can actually
203
00:11:07.440 --> 00:11:11.000
read through this woman's diary. And as it turns out,
204
00:11:11.080 --> 00:11:15.039
Free early was just getting handed as information secret grand
205
00:11:15.120 --> 00:11:18.600
jury information from the prosecutors in the case. He was
206
00:11:18.679 --> 00:11:21.559
not discovering any of this evidence that he has claimed
207
00:11:21.960 --> 00:11:26.840
to discover, so they basically fed him evidence all along
208
00:11:26.879 --> 00:11:31.919
the way. And then after Sandusky's conviction, Free came out
209
00:11:31.960 --> 00:11:35.960
with his report and he accused the Penn State president
210
00:11:36.440 --> 00:11:40.879
and Joe Paterno and two other administrators, Gary Schultz and
211
00:11:40.879 --> 00:11:44.279
Tim Curley of being in on this cover up. And
212
00:11:44.320 --> 00:11:50.080
then that became the next series of trials that went
213
00:11:50.120 --> 00:11:55.279
through the courts to determine if Spaniel, Curly, and Schultz
214
00:11:55.320 --> 00:12:00.000
were guilty. Paterno was never charged. Paterno died in January
215
00:12:00.360 --> 00:12:04.440
twenty twelve. I don't think he could have ever really
216
00:12:04.480 --> 00:12:11.240
been charged with anything because he had fulfilled his obligation,
217
00:12:11.399 --> 00:12:14.000
which was his legal obligation, which was to report that
218
00:12:14.799 --> 00:12:18.759
the incident that his superior. Okay, So getting back to
219
00:12:18.799 --> 00:12:23.799
the diary. So the diary, aside from proving that the
220
00:12:23.879 --> 00:12:27.320
prosecutors were leaking secret grand jury information to Louis Free,
221
00:12:27.639 --> 00:12:30.240
the diary has a couple of bombshells. And the first
222
00:12:30.279 --> 00:12:35.480
big bombshell is that Penn State made a report to
223
00:12:35.519 --> 00:12:39.919
the authorities about Sandusky in two thousand and one. This
224
00:12:39.960 --> 00:12:42.639
is what the whole criminal case against Penn State was about,
225
00:12:42.879 --> 00:12:46.120
that they failed to report Jerry Sandusky. And right there
226
00:12:46.159 --> 00:12:53.399
in the diary, Kathleen McChesney mentions, there's an exculpatory email
227
00:12:53.840 --> 00:12:57.360
in the Gary Schultz spot. Okay, well, this email's never
228
00:12:57.399 --> 00:13:01.679
seen the light of day. It's been suppressed. So that's
229
00:13:01.679 --> 00:13:05.960
the big bombshell, all right. These guys were the prosecutors
230
00:13:06.000 --> 00:13:11.519
without evidence in order to charge Penn State officials.
231
00:13:10.960 --> 00:13:15.039
And this is an exculpatory email that would benefit paternal.
232
00:13:16.200 --> 00:13:21.679
It would yes, it would benefit benefit spaniard Curly Schultzen Paterno. Okay,
233
00:13:21.720 --> 00:13:25.759
now here's an interesting point. During my investigation, around twenty thirteen,
234
00:13:26.639 --> 00:13:32.639
I got a private message from an anonymous source who
235
00:13:32.679 --> 00:13:37.120
claimed that this letter or email existed. The Penn State
236
00:13:37.200 --> 00:13:41.960
had provided it to Center County Children and Youth Services
237
00:13:42.000 --> 00:13:45.960
and informed them that they had this incident with Sandusky
238
00:13:45.960 --> 00:13:49.039
and the kid in the shower that they had taught
239
00:13:49.080 --> 00:13:52.840
to Sandusky, and they had notified as charity about it. Okay,
240
00:13:53.759 --> 00:13:55.639
So then in twenty I want to say it was
241
00:13:55.679 --> 00:14:00.399
about twenty sixteen, I was working with a high ranking
242
00:14:00.480 --> 00:14:04.440
government official in the Pennsylvania government, and this official had
243
00:14:04.480 --> 00:14:08.840
insights into the Attorney General's office. And this individual told
244
00:14:08.879 --> 00:14:12.879
me that that same very story that a new email
245
00:14:13.000 --> 00:14:16.840
or a letter was sent from Penn State to Children
246
00:14:16.840 --> 00:14:19.639
in Youth Services to report to two thousand and one incident.
247
00:14:20.320 --> 00:14:24.480
So we have the diary, I have an anonymous source,
248
00:14:24.519 --> 00:14:26.759
and I have a very high ranking government official that
249
00:14:26.840 --> 00:14:32.960
all says say this notification was made.
250
00:14:33.799 --> 00:14:36.159
Wait that the notification was made or was not made.
251
00:14:37.080 --> 00:14:40.159
It was made in two thousand and one to the
252
00:14:40.240 --> 00:14:45.320
Children in Youth Services who were responsible for investigating the incident.
253
00:14:46.639 --> 00:14:49.440
As it turns out, they never investigated.
254
00:14:48.759 --> 00:14:50.279
It, gotcha.
255
00:14:50.360 --> 00:14:52.799
So then your theory of the defense then of these
256
00:14:52.840 --> 00:14:56.080
a gentlemen at PSU, is that, well, hey, if the
257
00:14:56.080 --> 00:14:58.600
Family and Children's Services was aware of this, they should
258
00:14:58.600 --> 00:14:59.840
They're the ones that dropped the ball.
259
00:15:00.320 --> 00:15:04.279
Not exactly, I've been saying that since nineteen I've been
260
00:15:04.320 --> 00:15:07.159
saying that ever since I was on the case. In
261
00:15:07.240 --> 00:15:10.559
late twenty twelve, I said one, I'm pretty sure there
262
00:15:10.759 --> 00:15:15.159
a report was made and that Children in New Services
263
00:15:15.200 --> 00:15:19.360
didn't follow up, because Children in New Services in Pennsylvania
264
00:15:20.080 --> 00:15:23.399
has a history of once they clear somebody of child abuse,
265
00:15:24.240 --> 00:15:29.399
they repeat, complaint gets ignored, okay, And a lot of
266
00:15:29.440 --> 00:15:32.639
times we had a case in Harrisburg, a family I
267
00:15:32.639 --> 00:15:37.440
think was reported five or six times children in Youth Services.
268
00:15:38.000 --> 00:15:41.000
Most of the time children in news never looked. And
269
00:15:41.039 --> 00:15:46.960
then one summer day they found this child who was
270
00:15:47.360 --> 00:15:51.039
ten years old and weighed seventeen pounds who died of
271
00:15:51.080 --> 00:15:55.000
malnutrition in this house, but they refused to investigate. So
272
00:15:56.080 --> 00:16:01.519
the stories are pretty amazing Pennsylvania about the failures of
273
00:16:01.600 --> 00:16:02.840
children and youth services.
274
00:16:02.919 --> 00:16:08.639
So unfortunately, that's common throughout the country on it, unfortunately,
275
00:16:08.720 --> 00:16:13.360
and it's amazing one of the most important services we
276
00:16:13.399 --> 00:16:15.679
can have in this country, and it's probably the least
277
00:16:15.720 --> 00:16:20.320
competent in so many different ways, right, tragic.
278
00:16:20.519 --> 00:16:24.600
And in twenty seventeen, the Pennsylvania Auditor General did a
279
00:16:25.360 --> 00:16:29.120
report on the Pennsylvania system and he basically said it
280
00:16:29.240 --> 00:16:36.039
was failing, not enough staff, incompetent investigators. Over ten thousand
281
00:16:36.120 --> 00:16:39.480
calls to the hotline, the child abuse hotline don't even
282
00:16:39.480 --> 00:16:43.679
get answered, okay, and many others get like the one
283
00:16:43.720 --> 00:16:46.759
that ten state officials made in two thousand and one
284
00:16:46.879 --> 00:16:49.159
just gets screened out because they said, Hey, we invested
285
00:16:49.200 --> 00:16:52.279
to get this guy a couple of years older, years earlier.
286
00:16:52.639 --> 00:16:55.440
The situation sounds the same. We're just not even going
287
00:16:55.480 --> 00:16:56.879
to look into it now.
288
00:16:56.919 --> 00:16:59.360
Early when you say that Louis Freed got all of
289
00:16:59.360 --> 00:17:02.720
his information from the prosecutor's office and he must have
290
00:17:02.759 --> 00:17:05.839
at least interviewed Paterno.
291
00:17:05.440 --> 00:17:05.759
When.
292
00:17:07.519 --> 00:17:12.160
Now he did not interview Paterno. Patrono offered to give
293
00:17:12.240 --> 00:17:14.920
him an interview, and three never took him up on it.
294
00:17:15.400 --> 00:17:19.559
The two other tim Tim Curly and Gary Schultz, two
295
00:17:19.599 --> 00:17:23.880
other administrators involved. They were under criminal charges. They were
296
00:17:23.880 --> 00:17:26.440
advised by their attorneys not to be interviewed by free
297
00:17:27.079 --> 00:17:31.440
free did interview Graham Spaniard, and he used ex scerps
298
00:17:31.480 --> 00:17:33.720
out of that interview the worst stuff he could find.
299
00:17:33.880 --> 00:17:37.440
Use that to try to incriminate Spaniards, so to speak.
300
00:17:38.400 --> 00:17:41.640
But three did not interview the chief of police at
301
00:17:41.680 --> 00:17:44.279
Penn State at the time, who was there. He didn't
302
00:17:44.279 --> 00:17:48.279
interview the key witness, the eyewitness Mike mcquery, who saw
303
00:17:48.319 --> 00:17:51.359
the two thousand and one incident. Basically, Louis three went
304
00:17:51.400 --> 00:17:55.960
around and he interviewed Penn State employees that really weren't
305
00:17:55.960 --> 00:17:58.839
connected to the case, and he tried to browbeat them
306
00:17:59.480 --> 00:18:03.440
into saying bad things about Paterno and Spaniard. That was
307
00:18:03.480 --> 00:18:06.880
what Louis Freeze interview at end State was all about.
308
00:18:07.119 --> 00:18:08.839
That's fascinating. He said he was there for six months,
309
00:18:08.880 --> 00:18:09.920
you know when he was paid.
310
00:18:12.319 --> 00:18:15.240
I believe it was eight point three million around there.
311
00:18:16.200 --> 00:18:18.720
That's the gat again next time they need the next
312
00:18:18.720 --> 00:18:21.640
time they need it, and then that's call me up man. Okay,
313
00:18:21.640 --> 00:18:24.039
six months, eight million dollars. What would his motive be
314
00:18:24.079 --> 00:18:26.920
for for slanting the results of his investigation.
315
00:18:28.680 --> 00:18:34.119
Well, first of all, his firm had just kind of
316
00:18:34.200 --> 00:18:36.480
was just starting out and trying to make a splash,
317
00:18:36.680 --> 00:18:39.440
all right, So here they are. I think they originally
318
00:18:39.480 --> 00:18:43.200
signed a contract worth six point five million to do
319
00:18:43.240 --> 00:18:47.000
this investigation. And now the media has already established this
320
00:18:47.640 --> 00:18:50.559
narrative of a Penn State cover up. So what would
321
00:18:50.640 --> 00:18:53.319
what were Freeze options? If he came out and he said,
322
00:18:53.839 --> 00:18:56.440
we looked into this and these guys are clean. Paterno
323
00:18:56.519 --> 00:18:59.680
did the right thing. Spaniard did the right thing. The
324
00:18:59.759 --> 00:19:02.359
media would have said penn State paid for Louis Free
325
00:19:02.480 --> 00:19:04.799
six point five million dollars to cook the books on
326
00:19:04.839 --> 00:19:11.039
a report. Okay, you know that would happened. So Free Okay,
327
00:19:11.599 --> 00:19:16.559
was basically gonna go along with the media's version of
328
00:19:16.799 --> 00:19:20.920
the scandal because that was the prosecutor's version of the scandal.
329
00:19:21.279 --> 00:19:23.640
He was working hand in hand and what's the prosecution
330
00:19:23.799 --> 00:19:28.000
the whole time? Okay, The governor of Pennsylvania had a
331
00:19:28.079 --> 00:19:33.279
hand in hiring Louis Free. The governor of Pennsylvania wanted
332
00:19:33.839 --> 00:19:37.599
the president of Penn State to be fired. Okay. They
333
00:19:37.640 --> 00:19:41.119
had a falling out over his gubernatorial campaign in twenty ten.
334
00:19:41.599 --> 00:19:45.200
So free basically came in and was just a hatchet man.
335
00:19:45.480 --> 00:19:48.720
All right. He was gonna dig up dirt. He was
336
00:19:48.759 --> 00:19:52.119
going to find the stuff that makes Penn State look bad.
337
00:19:52.240 --> 00:19:53.519
And that's exactly what he did.
338
00:19:55.079 --> 00:20:00.720
Gotcha. Okay, another update you sent me with the incredible
339
00:20:00.759 --> 00:20:02.759
shrinking Schultz file. What's going on there?
340
00:20:03.880 --> 00:20:08.400
Okay again back to the diary. All right, Gary Schultz file.
341
00:20:08.759 --> 00:20:13.440
And it's probably a misnomer because what I believe it
342
00:20:13.519 --> 00:20:19.960
really is is is a aggregation of the files that
343
00:20:20.039 --> 00:20:24.000
they found. When I say they, I say Penn State's
344
00:20:24.039 --> 00:20:27.480
attorney at the time, Cynthia Baldwin, who was basically just
345
00:20:27.559 --> 00:20:33.799
disciplined for violating attorney client privilege, she had people go
346
00:20:33.880 --> 00:20:38.279
around and find the any kind of file on Jerry
347
00:20:38.279 --> 00:20:42.559
Sandusky and Tim Curley, the athletic director. His office had
348
00:20:42.599 --> 00:20:45.920
a file in Sandusky. Schultz had a file on Sandusky.
349
00:20:46.680 --> 00:20:51.279
And so at the time, Curly was undergoing cancer treatments
350
00:20:51.279 --> 00:20:52.680
and a lot of people didn't think he was going
351
00:20:52.759 --> 00:20:56.799
to make it all right, So basically they took Curly's
352
00:20:56.799 --> 00:20:59.720
information and they shoved it into the Schultz with so
353
00:20:59.799 --> 00:21:02.319
called Schultz file because they figured Schultz is the guy
354
00:21:02.400 --> 00:21:05.359
we're going to have to go after the flip, okay
355
00:21:05.759 --> 00:21:09.559
for him to go and incriminate Spaniard because frankly, they
356
00:21:09.599 --> 00:21:13.240
were not finding any evidence against Spaniards. So anyway, the
357
00:21:13.279 --> 00:21:17.759
Schultz file, according to the diary, all right, people are
358
00:21:17.759 --> 00:21:19.960
discussing it on Priest team and they were saying, you know,
359
00:21:20.039 --> 00:21:23.440
there was a lot more in this file, okay when
360
00:21:23.480 --> 00:21:26.400
we saw it on this date than it was when
361
00:21:26.799 --> 00:21:29.240
we saw it, you know, on the next date. What
362
00:21:29.400 --> 00:21:33.400
happened to all this information that was allegedly in the file, Well,
363
00:21:34.440 --> 00:21:38.759
the prosecutors and Penn State's attorney skinned the file down
364
00:21:38.799 --> 00:21:44.519
to just inculpatory information, all right, stuff that made Penn
365
00:21:44.559 --> 00:21:48.240
State officials look bad. And one of the interesting things
366
00:21:48.279 --> 00:21:51.319
that came out of the Spaniard trial, the president of
367
00:21:51.319 --> 00:21:58.440
Penn State's trial, was the prosecutors lotted Gary Schultz because
368
00:21:58.440 --> 00:22:02.240
he was a great note taker, all right. Yet there
369
00:22:02.240 --> 00:22:06.119
were all these meetings that were held between you know, mcquery,
370
00:22:06.440 --> 00:22:10.160
Curly and Schultz had a meeting, Schultz had another meeting
371
00:22:10.160 --> 00:22:13.599
with mcquery's father and a doctor. Schultz had another meeting
372
00:22:14.160 --> 00:22:19.160
with Spaniard on another day. Yet there's no notes from
373
00:22:19.200 --> 00:22:23.039
any of these other meetings. Okay, what are the chances
374
00:22:23.039 --> 00:22:28.119
that Schultz didn't take notes in the meeting with the eyewitness,
375
00:22:28.240 --> 00:22:31.519
all right, I would say that's slimmed to none. Right,
376
00:22:32.279 --> 00:22:35.880
And so the eyewitnesses account, Mike and Theory's accounts all
377
00:22:35.880 --> 00:22:37.799
over the place. You know, one time he says he
378
00:22:37.799 --> 00:22:39.640
looked in the shower three times, and the times he
379
00:22:39.680 --> 00:22:44.799
says it's twice. You know, he said it's that he,
380
00:22:45.519 --> 00:22:48.359
you know, went into detail to make sure these guys
381
00:22:48.440 --> 00:22:51.880
knew it was sex. Back then he says, well, I
382
00:22:51.880 --> 00:22:56.519
didn't use any sexual words. So we believe, or I believe.
383
00:22:57.000 --> 00:23:00.759
And now the diary seems to confirm that these detailed
384
00:23:00.799 --> 00:23:03.519
notes that Schultz would have tipped did either confirm or
385
00:23:03.519 --> 00:23:08.880
deny McQuary's story, were pulled out of the file. Okay,
386
00:23:09.079 --> 00:23:13.279
so that's what we mean by the shrinking Schultz file.
387
00:23:13.640 --> 00:23:14.279
I got two.
388
00:23:14.160 --> 00:23:14.759
Questions for you.
389
00:23:14.920 --> 00:23:21.599
One is McCleary. It's McCleary, of McCreary, McQuary, mcquery, Yes,
390
00:23:21.839 --> 00:23:25.839
the witness, the eyewitness. Right now, I can understand why,
391
00:23:25.880 --> 00:23:28.240
you know, if you're a defendant like Charlton these other guys,
392
00:23:28.279 --> 00:23:30.279
you're a defendant, you don't want to talk to free.
393
00:23:30.400 --> 00:23:33.440
But why wouldn't free talk to McCreary.
394
00:23:33.599 --> 00:23:35.680
The prosecutors would not allow him to.
395
00:23:36.119 --> 00:23:38.880
Okay, the prosecut isn't it okay? And has he ever
396
00:23:38.920 --> 00:23:41.000
given a statement to free or any Has he given
397
00:23:41.000 --> 00:23:41.480
a statement to.
398
00:23:41.480 --> 00:23:47.559
You who McQuary. Yeah, No, he's never given up. I
399
00:23:47.599 --> 00:23:50.559
don't think he's ever really given a public statement. He
400
00:23:50.680 --> 00:23:53.160
wanted to give a public statement. This is a good story.
401
00:23:54.119 --> 00:23:57.079
Right after the grand jury presentment came out and it
402
00:23:57.200 --> 00:23:59.000
said that he had witnessed the rape and then he
403
00:23:59.039 --> 00:24:03.279
went home and called his father, left the scene. He
404
00:24:03.400 --> 00:24:05.640
wanted to correct the record. He said, well, that's really
405
00:24:05.680 --> 00:24:08.960
not what happened. You know, I really wasn't sure I
406
00:24:09.000 --> 00:24:12.279
saw rape. You know, my dad wasn't around that night,
407
00:24:13.400 --> 00:24:17.559
and there's emails that confirm this. And the prosecutor told him, no, no,
408
00:24:17.839 --> 00:24:20.000
you know, we really don't want you to correct the record.
409
00:24:20.519 --> 00:24:24.880
And then the prosecutor, Janelle Eshbach said when she was
410
00:24:24.960 --> 00:24:28.759
questioning it at this was at Sandusky's appeal hearing, she said,
411
00:24:28.920 --> 00:24:30.680
I didn't want him to correct the record because I
412
00:24:30.720 --> 00:24:37.680
didn't want him to like ruin my case. Right, So, uh, yeah,
413
00:24:37.720 --> 00:24:40.519
he wanted to correct the records, and the prosecutors told
414
00:24:40.559 --> 00:24:42.359
him he wasn't allowed to do it.
415
00:24:42.519 --> 00:24:44.359
Has he done any interviews?
416
00:24:45.960 --> 00:24:50.400
He did an interview with Sports Illustrated or not Sports
417
00:24:50.400 --> 00:24:53.480
Illstrated ESPN did a big story Don Van Natta wrote it.
418
00:24:55.359 --> 00:24:57.680
But that's the extent of his interview, and there really
419
00:24:57.720 --> 00:25:02.279
wasn't a lot of meat in there, you know, as
420
00:25:02.319 --> 00:25:07.160
to you know, any kind of insights or anything that
421
00:25:07.240 --> 00:25:10.519
would you change change the story at all.
422
00:25:10.599 --> 00:25:12.440
Yeah, yeah, I'd love to get in as you would
423
00:25:12.440 --> 00:25:14.599
have myself and here and hear what he has to say. Now,
424
00:25:15.000 --> 00:25:22.720
now you keep mentioning this diary of Kathleen McChesney. McChesney, right,
425
00:25:23.279 --> 00:25:25.240
a couple of questions and people can get ahold is
426
00:25:25.279 --> 00:25:28.559
that entire diary on your blog? There at not PSU
427
00:25:29.119 --> 00:25:30.400
dot blogspot dot com.
428
00:25:30.480 --> 00:25:31.440
The entire diary.
429
00:25:32.440 --> 00:25:34.799
It's on the right hand side. You'll see I have
430
00:25:34.839 --> 00:25:38.119
a page view pounder and then we have links, and
431
00:25:38.319 --> 00:25:42.640
that diary is the first link on the list of links. Okay,
432
00:25:42.720 --> 00:25:44.920
then one diary and.
433
00:25:44.839 --> 00:25:46.319
Then explained to us who is mc chesney.
434
00:25:47.880 --> 00:25:51.200
Nathleen McChesney was a former FBI agent who, after her
435
00:25:51.200 --> 00:25:54.519
retirement from the FBI, went to work for Louis three On.
436
00:25:54.759 --> 00:25:59.160
You know, in his consulting con so she was she
437
00:25:59.240 --> 00:26:03.240
had done an investigation into the Catholic Church, the Roman
438
00:26:03.279 --> 00:26:06.200
cath And Church scandal, so she came in with that experience,
439
00:26:06.960 --> 00:26:10.759
and of course she was trying to, let's say, force
440
00:26:10.839 --> 00:26:15.640
fit the Roman Catholic Church experience onto Penn State, meaning,
441
00:26:15.680 --> 00:26:19.000
you know, cath and Church. Obviously they had documents and
442
00:26:19.079 --> 00:26:22.039
files and everything else to point into them knowing and
443
00:26:22.079 --> 00:26:24.279
covering it up, and she wanted that to be the
444
00:26:24.279 --> 00:26:28.079
same attense tape. But the documents and files just front there,
445
00:26:30.319 --> 00:26:33.359
the files that they tried to use that proved to
446
00:26:33.400 --> 00:26:36.920
cover up. Could I only prove a cover up with
447
00:26:37.000 --> 00:26:41.599
the benefit of hindsight? Okay, but you know, if you
448
00:26:41.920 --> 00:26:45.160
read it, read the files from the time they're written,
449
00:26:45.160 --> 00:26:49.440
the contemporary contemporaneously in nineteen ninety eight, two thousand and one,
450
00:26:50.039 --> 00:26:55.079
there's no there's nothing there that would even tell you
451
00:26:55.160 --> 00:26:58.880
that there was a sexual assault, for a sex act
452
00:26:59.000 --> 00:26:59.839
or anything like that.
453
00:27:00.599 --> 00:27:07.160
So how did how did you obtain Kathleen mcchesney's diary.
454
00:27:07.960 --> 00:27:11.559
That diary was like many other things, like you know,
455
00:27:11.599 --> 00:27:17.920
the Pentagon papers, it was leaked. Really yes, So the
456
00:27:17.960 --> 00:27:22.039
Penn State, because of this controversy Penn State alumni kind
457
00:27:22.039 --> 00:27:26.240
of rose up and started putting people on the board
458
00:27:26.279 --> 00:27:29.440
of trustees that wanted to get to the bottom of
459
00:27:29.440 --> 00:27:32.119
the scandal. So to get to the bottom of the scandal,
460
00:27:32.160 --> 00:27:35.440
they actually had to file a lawsuit to get access
461
00:27:35.480 --> 00:27:39.200
to the source materials used by Louis free Now, this
462
00:27:39.359 --> 00:27:44.079
was among the source materials that we're not allowed to
463
00:27:44.079 --> 00:27:47.480
be disclosed publicly, but somebody decided that they were going
464
00:27:47.519 --> 00:27:51.279
to leak this diary out and they became public. They
465
00:27:51.319 --> 00:27:54.720
went to a fellow named Ralph Citipriano who used to
466
00:27:54.720 --> 00:27:58.039
work for Newsweek and now runs a blog called Big
467
00:27:58.079 --> 00:28:01.599
Trial blog dot I think it's big Trial dot net
468
00:28:02.119 --> 00:28:05.880
anyway out of silly, So he handed the diary to me.
469
00:28:06.519 --> 00:28:10.880
So well, just to clarify that the dog was first
470
00:28:10.920 --> 00:28:13.240
an exhibit. It was like a sealed exhibit, and then
471
00:28:13.359 --> 00:28:15.119
it got it leaked down and we're talking about the
472
00:28:15.240 --> 00:28:17.559
actual physical diary or scans of the diary.
473
00:28:19.079 --> 00:28:21.559
It's yeah, it's a scan. I mean she types it
474
00:28:21.680 --> 00:28:25.559
up on a word processor, gotcha. So and then you
475
00:28:25.599 --> 00:28:29.160
know when the Freeze team hands it in their source
476
00:28:29.200 --> 00:28:33.079
material to hear with these pages of her diary and
477
00:28:33.960 --> 00:28:36.599
types up and that's what God leaked out, gotcha.
478
00:28:36.759 --> 00:28:38.640
Okay, Now what does she have to say She made
479
00:28:38.680 --> 00:28:40.880
a statement about the contents of this diary and then
480
00:28:40.960 --> 00:28:43.400
stuff that could conflict with their official report.
481
00:28:44.839 --> 00:28:47.200
Oh no, she's not made any statement whatsoever.
482
00:28:48.440 --> 00:28:54.759
Fascinating locally, does does your the way you account do
483
00:28:54.839 --> 00:28:56.680
you accounting of these events locally?
484
00:28:56.759 --> 00:28:56.920
Is this?
485
00:28:57.079 --> 00:29:00.200
Is this played up a lot in Pennsylvania.
486
00:29:01.039 --> 00:29:07.440
In Pennsylvania, the trial happenings get publicity. Any of this
487
00:29:07.559 --> 00:29:11.079
stuff that I write on the blog, the media typically
488
00:29:11.119 --> 00:29:15.200
tends to ignore. So that's just how it is.
489
00:29:16.039 --> 00:29:19.359
Even the local media that must somehow still be supportive
490
00:29:19.400 --> 00:29:20.440
of penn State.
491
00:29:22.240 --> 00:29:25.160
Oh no, the local media was in the bag for
492
00:29:25.240 --> 00:29:32.400
the Pennsylvania government. I mean it was incredible. The Hairsburg
493
00:29:32.440 --> 00:29:36.279
Patriot News won a Pulitzer Prize for its coverage and
494
00:29:36.319 --> 00:29:39.079
they called it the penn State Scandal. And I went
495
00:29:39.119 --> 00:29:42.000
back and I looked at the thirteen columns or so
496
00:29:42.160 --> 00:29:44.519
that they submitted that the pullets are committee and there
497
00:29:44.519 --> 00:29:47.839
were errors all through them, blatant falsehoods. You know, it
498
00:29:47.920 --> 00:29:51.039
was terrible if they did so. And the local media,
499
00:29:51.240 --> 00:29:53.960
I mean, Harrisburg Patriot News was the lead dog on
500
00:29:54.039 --> 00:29:57.440
the case, and everybody else just followed their lead. Okay,
501
00:29:58.039 --> 00:30:00.160
and so that's how we got to where we are today.
502
00:30:00.920 --> 00:30:03.319
And it's like the media today. I mean, you know,
503
00:30:03.599 --> 00:30:06.839
one day they you know, we just went through, you know,
504
00:30:06.920 --> 00:30:09.799
three years of Russia Gate, and you know, there's no
505
00:30:09.880 --> 00:30:13.200
corrections or rarely any retractions made. I mean, you know
506
00:30:13.440 --> 00:30:15.839
what was wrong yesterday, Well we just forget about. So
507
00:30:16.519 --> 00:30:20.400
nobody's gone back and written a retraction or an apology.
508
00:30:20.720 --> 00:30:25.480
Unlike in the Richard Jewel case, where Kathew Scruggs actually
509
00:30:25.519 --> 00:30:28.400
wrote an apology to Richard Jewel for you know, screwing
510
00:30:28.440 --> 00:30:31.839
his life up. None of the reporters today do anything like.
511
00:30:31.720 --> 00:30:32.920
That, gotcha.
512
00:30:33.119 --> 00:30:34.359
Okay, this would be a good time, take a little
513
00:30:34.359 --> 00:30:39.839
commercial break. We are with Gray Bleehar and he's telling
514
00:30:39.920 --> 00:30:43.200
us about all the litigations surrounding the Penn State University
515
00:30:44.319 --> 00:30:48.079
that culminated from the conviction of Jerry Sandusk in a
516
00:30:48.119 --> 00:30:51.039
second mile child abuse case. We'll be back with more
517
00:30:51.039 --> 00:30:54.079

521
00:31:02.720 --> 00:31:04.319
For how many years?
522
00:31:04.359 --> 00:31:05.759
Has this been like ten years now, right?
523
00:31:06.880 --> 00:31:10.160
God it's getting closed. It's say twenty twelve, So yeah,
524
00:31:10.359 --> 00:31:11.599

00:31:14.279 --> 00:31:16.359
can find me at get vocal dot com. On a

627
00:36:18.719 --> 00:36:21.280
Okay, welcome back to the Opperaman Report. I'm your host,
628
00:36:21.320 --> 00:36:24.360
private investigator at Opperman. The show's brought to you by
629
00:36:24.360 --> 00:36:30.280
a kmdloss dot com. We're here today with Ray Bleehar
630
00:36:30.840 --> 00:36:34.800
and his website is called not PSU dot bloxclot dot
631
00:36:34.840 --> 00:36:37.119
com and he's telling us all the behind the scenes
632
00:36:37.280 --> 00:36:42.920
litigation in the Jerry Sandusky second mild child abuse case.
633
00:36:42.920 --> 00:36:47.159
It's spilled over onto Penn State University. Uh, mister Blayher.
634
00:36:47.320 --> 00:36:48.960
One of the other things you sent me more recently
635
00:36:49.079 --> 00:36:51.079
was about the the Fena and Baldwin.
636
00:36:51.639 --> 00:36:51.880
Uh.
637
00:36:52.119 --> 00:36:56.840
Frank Fienna had his law license suspended, that's.
638
00:36:56.599 --> 00:36:58.639
Correct, for a year and a day, meaning he has
639
00:36:58.719 --> 00:37:03.320
to reapply to the board to get his law license back.
640
00:37:03.400 --> 00:37:07.480
And that was because he was not remorseful about what
641
00:37:07.519 --> 00:37:14.639
he did so and Baldwin she did not. Fena was
642
00:37:14.679 --> 00:37:18.639
the prosecutor in the Jerry Sandusky case and he also
643
00:37:18.840 --> 00:37:25.400
was investigating Graham Spaniard and Penn State administrators Kurleian Schultz
644
00:37:26.199 --> 00:37:28.840
before he left and handed it off to somebody else.
645
00:37:28.920 --> 00:37:35.159
Baldwin was the UH representing Kurleian, Schultz, and Spaniard for
646
00:37:35.280 --> 00:37:38.840
a time, but she claimed that she was representing Penn
647
00:37:38.920 --> 00:37:44.880
State because all of their interests were the same. That
648
00:37:45.039 --> 00:37:50.639
was her defense, but the disciplinary board rejected her defense,
649
00:37:50.760 --> 00:37:57.519
saying that on numerous occasions the defendants Curly, Chilton, Spaniard
650
00:37:57.519 --> 00:38:00.639
referred to her as their personal attorney and she never
651
00:38:00.719 --> 00:38:05.039
corrected them. So so, yeah, she was actually working to
652
00:38:05.159 --> 00:38:09.039
undermine them from I'd say around October twenty ten up
653
00:38:09.119 --> 00:38:14.679
until the time that she left Penn State sometime in
654
00:38:14.800 --> 00:38:15.400
twenty twelve.
655
00:38:16.119 --> 00:38:20.440
Okay, no clarify for me, please. So Cynthia Baldwin was
656
00:38:20.440 --> 00:38:23.000
was an attorney that was retained by Penn State.
657
00:38:24.199 --> 00:38:27.639
She was their general counselor the university's general council.
658
00:38:28.039 --> 00:38:36.159
And Curly yeah, and go ahead, yeah, Curley and Schultz
659
00:38:36.360 --> 00:38:40.719
wonder the assumption that she was representing them personally? Yes,
660
00:38:41.360 --> 00:38:42.480
she was representing their.
661
00:38:42.360 --> 00:38:45.480
Interests, that's what they believed.
662
00:38:46.159 --> 00:38:50.320
Did she do anything to not act in their best interest.
663
00:38:51.599 --> 00:38:52.360
From day one?
664
00:38:52.880 --> 00:38:53.679
Okay? What did she do?
665
00:38:53.840 --> 00:38:53.880
So?
666
00:38:57.840 --> 00:39:02.679
In December twenty ten, she was provided subpoenas and they
667
00:39:02.679 --> 00:39:06.159
had gotten a subpoena for records, and the three men
668
00:39:06.239 --> 00:39:09.599
had gotten subpoenas to appear before a grand jury. When
669
00:39:09.599 --> 00:39:12.280
I say the three men, this was at the time Paterno,
670
00:39:12.400 --> 00:39:19.280
Curly and Schultz. Baldwin never really informed them about what
671
00:39:19.400 --> 00:39:21.679
this whole grand jury was about. She just said it
672
00:39:21.719 --> 00:39:26.639
was about Jerry Tandusky and some incidents he had with
673
00:39:26.679 --> 00:39:30.199
the kids. She never really told these guys when it happened,
674
00:39:31.639 --> 00:39:34.880
she said around two thousand and two. She never told
675
00:39:34.880 --> 00:39:40.039
them to search for documents. And then when they went
676
00:39:40.119 --> 00:39:45.440
to the grand jury, she did not allow them to
677
00:39:45.480 --> 00:39:47.360
talk to each other. She did not allow them to
678
00:39:47.400 --> 00:39:51.400
get together to refreshed the recollections on the story and
679
00:39:51.559 --> 00:39:54.920
what happened. So these guys went in there essentially unprepared
680
00:39:55.760 --> 00:39:59.039
to talk to a grand jury, and then when they
681
00:39:59.239 --> 00:40:02.760
made stayed that weren't quite true or contradictory, then they
682
00:40:02.800 --> 00:40:08.840
were charged with perjury. Now, interestingly, on they went to
683
00:40:08.880 --> 00:40:12.440
the grand jury, I believe it was January eleventh of
684
00:40:12.679 --> 00:40:18.320
twenty eleven, On January third, the police report from Penn
685
00:40:18.400 --> 00:40:25.480
State was uncovered, and so that had information that they
686
00:40:25.599 --> 00:40:30.199
used to question Schultz, and that's how they kind of
687
00:40:30.239 --> 00:40:34.360
set perjury traps for him because he oversaw the University police,
688
00:40:34.519 --> 00:40:36.280
and of course she had a copy of it, but
689
00:40:36.400 --> 00:40:38.280
she never told Schultz she had a copy of it
690
00:40:38.400 --> 00:40:40.800
or shared it with Schultz before he testified. So you
691
00:40:40.800 --> 00:40:44.119
can see her interests are not with you know, she
692
00:40:44.239 --> 00:40:46.599
is not representing these guys at all.
693
00:40:46.639 --> 00:40:49.719
But didn't these men have their own personal attorneys in
694
00:40:49.760 --> 00:40:52.079
their own life with other projects and things that were
695
00:40:52.119 --> 00:40:54.320
involved in that they could speak to, And wouldn't that
696
00:40:54.360 --> 00:40:56.360
attorney tell them, hey, that's not your attorney.
697
00:40:57.360 --> 00:40:59.760
They never had a reason to it. These guys were,
698
00:41:00.320 --> 00:41:02.840
you know, honest as the day is long. They never
699
00:41:02.880 --> 00:41:05.519
had a legal brush in their lives. They didn't have
700
00:41:05.800 --> 00:41:10.719
a personal attorney, and they all just said.
701
00:41:11.239 --> 00:41:13.960
They weren't saddy enough. They weren't sad enough to realize
702
00:41:13.960 --> 00:41:15.920
though that hey, maybe I should go out and find
703
00:41:15.920 --> 00:41:20.000
my own attorney that represents my interest. These aren't young men,
704
00:41:20.199 --> 00:41:20.960
accomplished men.
705
00:41:21.880 --> 00:41:23.679
Yeah, you sound like the grand jury Jidge.
706
00:41:24.920 --> 00:41:26.840
Sorry, but you know what I mean there?
707
00:41:26.920 --> 00:41:27.079
Right?
708
00:41:27.920 --> 00:41:31.239
Yeah, yeah, I mean you know, but these guys, honestly,
709
00:41:31.280 --> 00:41:34.599
they thought, you know, she had downplayed this whole thing.
710
00:41:34.679 --> 00:41:36.599
She said, this is the third or fourth brand jury
711
00:41:36.599 --> 00:41:38.960
that they've had. They're on a fishing exhibition. Don't worry
712
00:41:39.000 --> 00:41:43.320
about it nothing, you know, I can represent you. And
713
00:41:43.400 --> 00:41:46.360
so they just took the path at least resistance and thought, Okay,
714
00:41:46.480 --> 00:41:48.719
you know, we'll let her do it. The only guy
715
00:41:48.719 --> 00:41:51.679
who didn't do it was Paterno. Paterno had a son
716
00:41:51.719 --> 00:41:55.639
who was an attorney who he used his son plus
717
00:41:55.679 --> 00:41:59.239
another guy I can't remember, Joshua was somebody or other
718
00:41:59.440 --> 00:42:04.000
pretty good attorney, and he used them to represent him
719
00:42:04.039 --> 00:42:07.760
at the grand jury. And of course Baldwin was curious
720
00:42:07.880 --> 00:42:11.719
that Paterno had retained a council other than her because
721
00:42:11.760 --> 00:42:14.119
then she didn't know what Joe was going to say.
722
00:42:14.719 --> 00:42:19.199
So so anyway, Yeah, so she had undermined them from
723
00:42:19.239 --> 00:42:24.239
the beginning. I've written on this quite a bit. We believe,
724
00:42:24.559 --> 00:42:28.159
based on the evidence, particularly the questioning at the grand jury,
725
00:42:28.679 --> 00:42:32.519
that you know this, she had accumulated all this information
726
00:42:32.599 --> 00:42:36.440
about Sandusky and it was used to question you know,
727
00:42:36.519 --> 00:42:40.480
Schultz and Curly and Paterno. And you can tell most
728
00:42:40.519 --> 00:42:43.400
of the information. You know, Schultz gets way more questions
729
00:42:43.400 --> 00:42:47.119
than anybody else. Okay, but then they asked Curly a
730
00:42:47.119 --> 00:42:50.199
few questions like did you consult with Gary Schultz? Did
731
00:42:50.239 --> 00:42:52.119
you ask him this did you ask him that? Which
732
00:42:53.639 --> 00:42:56.360
indicates based on the evidence that she had some of
733
00:42:56.400 --> 00:42:59.199
these handwritten notes from Gary Schultz that she had turned
734
00:42:59.239 --> 00:43:02.880
over to process tears prior to the grand jury. So
735
00:43:03.880 --> 00:43:10.159
and then this these notes that they had retained back
736
00:43:10.199 --> 00:43:14.559
in obtained back in January twenty eleventh. Louis Free actually
737
00:43:14.599 --> 00:43:19.000
claimed to have found them okay during his investigation. So
738
00:43:19.079 --> 00:43:23.920
that's another fallacy that Louis Free made that he had
739
00:43:24.239 --> 00:43:27.039
been a you know, this crack investigative that uncovered the
740
00:43:27.119 --> 00:43:31.079
notes that Schultz had hidden away. But the reality was
741
00:43:31.119 --> 00:43:33.800
Schultz's retire He wasn't even working at Penn State when
742
00:43:33.800 --> 00:43:38.519
the investigation started, so you know, had anything. So yeah,
743
00:43:39.280 --> 00:43:48.159
So that's so that's how Baldwin undermine her clients, Curly
744
00:43:48.199 --> 00:43:54.760
Schultz and then eventually SPANIERR. Now in Spaniard's case, she
745
00:43:54.880 --> 00:44:02.559
had Schultz's emails that had you know, we're between him
746
00:44:02.559 --> 00:44:05.679
and Spaniard, and so they were able to question Spaniard
747
00:44:05.679 --> 00:44:08.639
about certain emails and things like that that would be
748
00:44:08.639 --> 00:44:10.800
able to then they would be able to charge him
749
00:44:10.800 --> 00:44:12.840
with perjury for line to a grand jury.
750
00:44:14.239 --> 00:44:16.920
What was Frank Fine's misbehavior that caused him to have
751
00:44:16.920 --> 00:44:18.360
his license suspended for one year.
752
00:44:19.360 --> 00:44:25.159
Okay. So when they were going after Spaniard, this was
753
00:44:25.199 --> 00:44:28.920
after the Sandusky trial. So the Free Reports of an
754
00:44:28.960 --> 00:44:31.199
important piece of the puzzle here, because the Free Report
755
00:44:31.280 --> 00:44:34.079
was supposed to be the thing that was going to
756
00:44:34.079 --> 00:44:38.679
be so damning and so incriminating. Jerry Schultz and Tim
757
00:44:38.760 --> 00:44:41.679
Curley were going to flip on Spaniard. They were going
758
00:44:41.760 --> 00:44:44.840
to blame everything on Spaniard. It was all Spaniard's idea
759
00:44:44.880 --> 00:44:48.920
not to report Sandusky. That's what was supposed to happen. Okay,
760
00:44:49.280 --> 00:44:51.840
But these two guys all term and they basically said
761
00:44:51.840 --> 00:44:54.960
that the Free Reports, you know, it's bs, we're laughing
762
00:44:55.000 --> 00:44:58.440
at it. This isn't even halfway correct because they know
763
00:44:58.559 --> 00:45:03.840
about the others. And then so Phoenix, without any other choice,
764
00:45:04.440 --> 00:45:10.079
he decides he threatens to file criminal charges against Baldwin
765
00:45:10.159 --> 00:45:14.079
for obstructing justice, so for not turning over the evidence
766
00:45:14.119 --> 00:45:17.079
to him. Okay, because now Free has gone public and
767
00:45:17.079 --> 00:45:20.559
said he found the evidence all right, So now Baldwin
768
00:45:20.639 --> 00:45:25.159
can't refuse Free Okay. So she's crossed between a rock
769
00:45:25.199 --> 00:45:28.039
and a hard place. So she goes in and says, okay,
770
00:45:28.280 --> 00:45:33.119
I didn't know anything about you know, the defendant's behavior
771
00:45:33.199 --> 00:45:36.000
until Louis Free found all this information, so she's lying
772
00:45:36.079 --> 00:45:40.400
for her teeth. And then Phoenix says, Okay, Judge, I
773
00:45:40.480 --> 00:45:46.239
need to question her more, but we have an issue
774
00:45:46.280 --> 00:45:48.400
with attorney client privilege that I don't want to get
775
00:45:48.440 --> 00:45:52.639
into right now. Because he didn't believe there was privilege, okay,
776
00:45:52.639 --> 00:45:56.800
because she was representing Penn State. They were using crime
777
00:45:56.880 --> 00:45:59.400
fraud exception and this is that and the other thing
778
00:45:59.440 --> 00:46:03.599
to say there was no privilege, and so he said,
779
00:46:03.639 --> 00:46:05.840
we can revisit that down the road. Then he got
780
00:46:05.840 --> 00:46:08.559
her under roads at a grand jury and went right
781
00:46:08.639 --> 00:46:15.320
to questions that violated attorney client privilege, and so boom,
782
00:46:15.639 --> 00:46:18.559
people filed a complain against them. I think there were
783
00:46:18.599 --> 00:46:23.679
a disciplinary hearing board or a Supreme Court appeal that
784
00:46:24.920 --> 00:46:30.320
the judges on that panel slapped them down for violating privilege.
785
00:46:30.519 --> 00:46:33.079
That's when they dismissed. They dismissed maybe like I want
786
00:46:33.119 --> 00:46:36.719
to say, twenty five twenty six charges that were filed,
787
00:46:36.760 --> 00:46:41.280
like all the obstruction, all the conspiracy charges against the
788
00:46:41.280 --> 00:46:43.960
three Penn State guys, because it was all based on
789
00:46:44.079 --> 00:46:48.559
these privileged conversations. So what they were luck with after
790
00:46:48.599 --> 00:46:52.599
they dismissed the charges based on the violation of privileges
791
00:46:52.599 --> 00:46:57.079
were like endangering a child and conspiracy don't endanger a child.
792
00:46:57.119 --> 00:46:59.039
So these guys were down to like two counts each
793
00:46:59.480 --> 00:47:01.880
after every thing was thrown out because of the violation
794
00:47:01.960 --> 00:47:03.400
of privilege.
795
00:47:04.960 --> 00:47:07.039
You know, there seems to be an eight years worth
796
00:47:07.039 --> 00:47:11.599
of legal manoeuvering here, right by very powerful people with
797
00:47:11.800 --> 00:47:15.480
some type of But what do you think that agenda is?
798
00:47:18.039 --> 00:47:22.400
Okay, at a minimum, right, at a minimum, all right?
799
00:47:23.159 --> 00:47:28.440
The agenda was protect the Second Mile? All right? Now,
800
00:47:28.719 --> 00:47:31.320
why do we want to protect the Second Mile? In
801
00:47:31.400 --> 00:47:37.880
the most benign version? Senator Jake Corman from Pennsylvania, a Republican,
802
00:47:38.039 --> 00:47:42.800
prominent guy who was not yet uh you know, the
803
00:47:42.840 --> 00:47:44.960
head of the Senate, but he was an up and comer.
804
00:47:45.239 --> 00:47:47.920
He was on the board of the Second Mile in
805
00:47:47.920 --> 00:47:53.159
two thousand and nine when the board decided that Jerry
806
00:47:53.199 --> 00:47:56.440
Sandusky would allowed to be continue continue his work with
807
00:47:56.519 --> 00:48:02.760
the charity while under investigation per sex abuse of children. Okay,
808
00:48:03.519 --> 00:48:07.559
so that's pretty much why there was foot dragging on
809
00:48:07.639 --> 00:48:12.480
this investigation by the state government. All right. They're saying,
810
00:48:12.719 --> 00:48:15.320
if we let this thing drag, we can get it
811
00:48:15.440 --> 00:48:22.559
past the Statute of limitations. So Corman's off the hook. Okay,
812
00:48:22.960 --> 00:48:25.199
he can't be charged with any decision that the board
813
00:48:25.199 --> 00:48:28.880
of the Second Mile made to allow Sandusky to continue
814
00:48:29.320 --> 00:48:32.599
accessing children while he was under investigation. So that's the
815
00:48:32.639 --> 00:48:37.119
most benign version of why the state government did that. Okay.
816
00:48:37.559 --> 00:48:42.119
At worst, Second Mile was a child sex trafficking operation. Okay,
817
00:48:42.159 --> 00:48:45.840
that was used by the rich and powerful of Pennsylvania. Okay,
818
00:48:45.960 --> 00:48:49.440
And then there's plenty of financial data that points to
819
00:48:49.480 --> 00:48:50.320
that being the case.
820
00:48:54.639 --> 00:48:58.480
And at the same rich and powerful people of Pennsylvania
821
00:48:58.960 --> 00:49:01.559
are the ones behind all the substruction of justice and
822
00:49:01.599 --> 00:49:06.320
maneuvering here and framing people over to penn State and
823
00:49:06.840 --> 00:49:11.920
causing complex of interest, and that all of these people
824
00:49:12.079 --> 00:49:15.400
are untouched the ones who are really Yeah.
825
00:49:16.719 --> 00:49:20.639
Now, the former Attorney General Kathleen Kane. You might have
826
00:49:20.679 --> 00:49:25.159
heard of her because she was removed from office and
827
00:49:25.239 --> 00:49:33.000
disbarred over the leaking alleged conspiracy to leak I want
828
00:49:33.000 --> 00:49:37.360
to get this right, criminal investigated information to the press.
829
00:49:37.639 --> 00:49:40.400
All right, Well, actually she was framed, okay by the
830
00:49:40.599 --> 00:49:47.320
same people like Frank Fina and Tom Corbett and Bruce
831
00:49:47.400 --> 00:49:49.320
Beimer and the rest of these people in the Attorney
832
00:49:49.320 --> 00:49:53.880
General's office because she was investigating the Sandusky investigation, and
833
00:49:53.920 --> 00:49:58.159
she concluded her investigators concluded that you know, these guys
834
00:49:58.239 --> 00:50:03.280
weren't following any leads, they weren't getting warrants at Sandusky's house,
835
00:50:03.360 --> 00:50:05.840
they weren't doing anything for two years. They just left
836
00:50:05.840 --> 00:50:09.119
this thing languish, Okay, and they didn't know why. Okay,
837
00:50:09.239 --> 00:50:12.880
they're investigators for some reason, couldn't figure out, like what
838
00:50:12.960 --> 00:50:14.920
I figured out, all the foreman's on the board a
839
00:50:14.920 --> 00:50:18.400
second mile or maybe it's sex trafficking or something else.
840
00:50:18.960 --> 00:50:21.880
But anyway, she gets thrown under the bus by the
841
00:50:21.920 --> 00:50:25.440
same corrupt network of people. But during the time she
842
00:50:25.639 --> 00:50:29.320
was investigating, what did she find? She found pornography on
843
00:50:29.440 --> 00:50:35.360
the government computers of people like Frank Tina, Randy Feathers,
844
00:50:35.960 --> 00:50:41.599
other state policemen, on the investigation, judges, okay, FBI agents.
845
00:50:41.920 --> 00:50:46.039
So there were all of these x X party communications
846
00:50:46.039 --> 00:50:50.800
that involved out at a minimum, off colored jokes that
847
00:50:50.920 --> 00:50:56.880
worst pornography traded between judges and prosecutors. This is shocking.
848
00:50:56.920 --> 00:50:59.320
I've never heard of this before. And is this all
849
00:50:59.840 --> 00:51:02.199
the prosisally was found dead with the laptop, the locked
850
00:51:02.239 --> 00:51:07.880
up the laptop, what's that? But there was a da
851
00:51:08.159 --> 00:51:10.360
there was there was found dead by a river or
852
00:51:10.559 --> 00:51:12.920
body of water with yeah that's right.
853
00:51:13.159 --> 00:51:18.119
Yeah, yeah, that's Ray greekr. And yeah, he was found
854
00:51:18.159 --> 00:51:23.280
dead in two thousand and five. There there is a
855
00:51:23.360 --> 00:51:27.159
possible connection between his disappearance and this case because he
856
00:51:27.280 --> 00:51:31.840
was investigating another pedophile in the Center County area at
857
00:51:31.840 --> 00:51:35.320
the time he went missing. So it could be that
858
00:51:35.360 --> 00:51:37.519
he was going to uncover a pedophile network and he
859
00:51:37.639 --> 00:51:41.239
got you know, he got disappeared because of it.
860
00:51:42.199 --> 00:51:44.199
The way we're at a time, Okay, we're out of time,
861
00:51:44.320 --> 00:51:48.239
Ray Bleeheart. The blog is called not PSU dot blogspot
862
00:51:48.280 --> 00:51:50.000
dot com. What do you want to leave us within
863
00:51:50.119 --> 00:51:50.960
in a minute or two?
864
00:51:52.519 --> 00:51:56.800
Well, the bottom line here is some very powerful people
865
00:51:56.840 --> 00:52:02.000
in Pennsylvania government hired Louis Free to come in and
866
00:52:02.199 --> 00:52:07.639
basically frame penn State for san Dusty for enabling Sandusky's
867
00:52:07.679 --> 00:52:12.480
crimes when they were not enablers. They were just people
868
00:52:12.480 --> 00:52:15.679
who did not know that Jerry Sandusky was a pedophal.
869
00:52:16.880 --> 00:52:19.159
Now people should go back to our first interview I
870
00:52:19.199 --> 00:52:21.639
did with Ray Bleehart where we spent two hours going
871
00:52:21.679 --> 00:52:25.280
over this case in really minute detail. And what you'll
872
00:52:25.280 --> 00:52:26.960
find is, now if you listen to this up. If
873
00:52:26.960 --> 00:52:28.880
you listen to that show first and you listen to
874
00:52:28.920 --> 00:52:31.800
this update tonight, you'll hear that many of the things
875
00:52:31.840 --> 00:52:34.079
that he was claiming back then have come out to
876
00:52:34.119 --> 00:52:38.360
be true with the discovery of this, uh, these suspensions
877
00:52:38.679 --> 00:52:42.000
and this diary that came out, mister Playheart, Thank you
878
00:52:42.079 --> 00:52:42.440
very much.
879
00:52:43.360 --> 00:52:45.480

Ray Blee Hair, who's an expert on the Santusky scandal

00:05:19.199 --> 00:05:20.399
and all the stuff that went on there at the
103
00:05:20.759 --> 00:05:23.079
PSU trials down there and litigation.
104
00:05:23.519 --> 00:05:24.680
Mister Blee here, are you there?
105
00:05:26.040 --> 00:05:28.680
Yes, thanks for having me back for HD on the show.
106
00:05:28.920 --> 00:05:30.639
Thank you so much, and people should listen to that
107
00:05:30.720 --> 00:05:33.240
first show. We did two hours okay, covered a lot
108
00:05:33.319 --> 00:05:37.279
a lot of contents and corrected a lot of misconceptions
109
00:05:37.279 --> 00:05:38.959
in that case. And mister blee Hair was kind enough
110
00:05:39.000 --> 00:05:41.279
to explain to us remind the audience who is Ray
111
00:05:41.319 --> 00:05:41.639
Blee here?
112
00:05:43.639 --> 00:05:48.639
Okay. I am now a retired federal analyst. I retired
113
00:05:48.680 --> 00:05:51.120
back in twenty seventeen, but I spent thirty two years
114
00:05:51.160 --> 00:05:54.959
in the federal government. Had a job as an Assistant
115
00:05:54.879 --> 00:05:57.839
in Spector General. I did a variety of analytic work.
116
00:05:57.920 --> 00:06:01.240
I also was the head of Financial Management Control for
117
00:06:01.279 --> 00:06:05.360
a period of years, so my experience run the gamut
118
00:06:05.360 --> 00:06:10.360
of different analytics duties. And then the Sandusy case kind
119
00:06:10.399 --> 00:06:13.439
of popped up in twenty twelve, and it had everything
120
00:06:13.480 --> 00:06:15.600
that I'd ever done before in the past. Because there's
121
00:06:15.680 --> 00:06:20.199
financial issues with the case, there's this general analysis that
122
00:06:20.279 --> 00:06:23.040
you have to do legal analysis, where I did a
123
00:06:23.079 --> 00:06:25.879
little bit of that as an IG. So this kind
124
00:06:25.879 --> 00:06:27.959
of fell into my lap and I've been doing it
125
00:06:28.000 --> 00:06:28.519
ever since.
126
00:06:29.360 --> 00:06:30.920
And what is your involvement with PSC?
127
00:06:31.279 --> 00:06:33.319
Are you an alumni at PS?
128
00:06:33.639 --> 00:06:36.279
I got my MBA from Penn State in two thousand
129
00:06:36.319 --> 00:06:40.800
and eight. I graduated. Actually my undergraduate degree is from
130
00:06:40.800 --> 00:06:44.600
a small school in Pennsylvania called Indiana University of Pennsylvania,
131
00:06:44.600 --> 00:06:47.360
and I got out of there nineteen eighty three, So
132
00:06:47.839 --> 00:06:49.519
I went back to school in the middle of my
133
00:06:49.600 --> 00:06:53.399
life and we really enjoyed my time at Penn State
134
00:06:53.519 --> 00:06:57.439
learning the world of business. And then when the Penn
135
00:06:57.439 --> 00:07:02.519
State scandal came up, you know, the Penn State connection,
136
00:07:02.800 --> 00:07:05.000
of course was there, but so was all the other
137
00:07:05.079 --> 00:07:07.160
analytics background that threw me to the case.
138
00:07:07.879 --> 00:07:10.240
Gotcha and describe through it. It's what is the Penn
139
00:07:10.279 --> 00:07:13.480
State scandal? Most people would know it as the Sandusky child,
140
00:07:13.720 --> 00:07:17.360
my child, but yeah, child, yeah, the Second Mile foundation.
141
00:07:17.600 --> 00:07:19.399
Yeah right, Well, we.
142
00:07:19.480 --> 00:07:23.319
Call it the Second Mile Sandusky scandal because that's really
143
00:07:23.360 --> 00:07:28.199
the epicenter of the scandal. However, because nobody knew what
144
00:07:28.240 --> 00:07:31.800
the Second Mile was, and nobody knew anything about Jerry
145
00:07:31.839 --> 00:07:34.439
Sandusky except he was a football coach, it became a
146
00:07:34.439 --> 00:07:38.160
Penn State scandal, and the prosecutors wanted it that way
147
00:07:38.240 --> 00:07:43.839
because that was their biggest, biggest whale they could harpoon,
148
00:07:44.120 --> 00:07:46.759
so to speak. The people at Penn State, Joe Paterno,
149
00:07:47.319 --> 00:07:52.240
Penn State president, and so they went with that, that prostitution,
150
00:07:52.519 --> 00:07:55.720
and they are still pounding on the Penn State prostitution
151
00:07:55.920 --> 00:07:58.240
as we speak today now.
152
00:07:58.319 --> 00:08:04.240
They trial, the criminal trial ended in a prosecution, but
153
00:08:04.240 --> 00:08:06.680
then there was a series of a civil litigation against
154
00:08:06.720 --> 00:08:07.439
the school.
155
00:08:07.199 --> 00:08:15.519
Right right his case. Actually, the university did not actually
156
00:08:15.519 --> 00:08:18.879
go through civil lawsuits. They just were more or less
157
00:08:18.879 --> 00:08:22.720
set up of fun and they paid anybody who came
158
00:08:22.759 --> 00:08:26.040
in and had a legitimate claim. Some of the claims
159
00:08:26.079 --> 00:08:28.519
weren't so legitimate, but they got paid anyway. So about
160
00:08:28.680 --> 00:08:32.039
I think thirty six people came in and found claims.
161
00:08:33.000 --> 00:08:36.360
There were ten victims at the trial, but it only
162
00:08:36.519 --> 00:08:40.279
actually paid live victims because two were unknown, and so
163
00:08:40.600 --> 00:08:43.159
all eight of those received settlements, and then I guess
164
00:08:43.159 --> 00:08:45.480
you'd have another twenty eight that came in who didn't
165
00:08:45.519 --> 00:08:50.159
go through the trial that got settlements. And so, you know,
166
00:08:50.240 --> 00:08:55.399
some of the claims were so outlandish we couldn't believe
167
00:08:55.399 --> 00:08:57.320
that some of them got paid that they all did.
168
00:08:57.639 --> 00:09:03.159
So anyway, the bottom line is Jerry, you know, he
169
00:09:03.320 --> 00:09:06.639
was convicted on forty five of forty eight counts. He
170
00:09:06.840 --> 00:09:10.480
was acquitted on the most serious and notorious count in
171
00:09:10.519 --> 00:09:13.039
the case the rape that occurred in the Penn State shower,
172
00:09:15.200 --> 00:09:19.919
and he has lost all of his appeals at the
173
00:09:19.960 --> 00:09:23.919
state and now he is pursuing a Supreme Court appeal
174
00:09:23.960 --> 00:09:24.519
of his case.
175
00:09:26.200 --> 00:09:29.200
In your expertise, you think there's any chance he could
176
00:09:29.200 --> 00:09:29.799
win an appeal.
177
00:09:32.200 --> 00:09:34.240
No, I don't think he can win an appeal. I mean,
178
00:09:34.279 --> 00:09:40.799
he's basically going on ineffectiveness of counsel and I really
179
00:09:40.799 --> 00:09:43.639
don't see that him making the case.
180
00:09:43.919 --> 00:09:46.679
Yeah, that's hope was yeah, okay, especially in a case
181
00:09:46.720 --> 00:09:50.639
like this, you know, a stellar council.
182
00:09:51.000 --> 00:09:54.759
So now, well, well, the bottom line was that his
183
00:09:55.000 --> 00:09:59.519
counsel at Trow was really not that bad. There were
184
00:09:59.559 --> 00:10:03.320
a few errors that he had made where he may
185
00:10:03.360 --> 00:10:06.519
have been able to shift guilt to someone else and
186
00:10:06.559 --> 00:10:10.519
he didn't do that, But his appeal attorney didn't bring
187
00:10:10.600 --> 00:10:13.279
that case up or that that incident up, So it
188
00:10:13.360 --> 00:10:16.600
was kind of like his appeal attorney was equally incompetent.
189
00:10:16.799 --> 00:10:19.320
There's his trial attorney. So at least that's my opinion.
190
00:10:20.279 --> 00:10:22.639
So now one of the issues, because you've been sending
191
00:10:22.679 --> 00:10:26.360
me all these updates, right is I guess is former
192
00:10:26.440 --> 00:10:29.679
FBI director Free came in and did an investigation.
193
00:10:30.559 --> 00:10:35.639
Right right after the Sandusky trial was over, the Free
194
00:10:35.679 --> 00:10:39.159
report came out. Now, Louis Free got hired in November
195
00:10:39.200 --> 00:10:43.080
of twenty eleven, right shortly after the Sandusky grand jury
196
00:10:43.120 --> 00:10:46.159
presentment came up, and he spent about six months on
197
00:10:46.240 --> 00:10:50.679
campus allegedly investigating what was going on. But what we
198
00:10:50.720 --> 00:10:53.600
have now found out based on a diary that was
199
00:10:53.679 --> 00:10:57.440
kept by one of Free's team members named Kathleen McChesney.
200
00:10:57.639 --> 00:11:01.000
McChesney and you can find that diary on my website
201
00:11:01.279 --> 00:11:04.759
not KSU dot blogspot dot com. There's a list of
202
00:11:04.799 --> 00:11:07.159
references on the right hand side, and you can actually
203
00:11:07.440 --> 00:11:11.000
read through this woman's diary. And as it turns out,
204
00:11:11.080 --> 00:11:15.039
Free early was just getting handed as information secret grand
205
00:11:15.120 --> 00:11:18.600
jury information from the prosecutors in the case. He was
206
00:11:18.679 --> 00:11:21.559
not discovering any of this evidence that he has claimed
207
00:11:21.960 --> 00:11:26.840
to discover, so they basically fed him evidence all along
208
00:11:26.879 --> 00:11:31.919
the way. And then after Sandusky's conviction, Free came out
209
00:11:31.960 --> 00:11:35.960
with his report and he accused the Penn State president
210
00:11:36.440 --> 00:11:40.879
and Joe Paterno and two other administrators, Gary Schultz and
211
00:11:40.879 --> 00:11:44.279
Tim Curley of being in on this cover up. And
212
00:11:44.320 --> 00:11:50.080
then that became the next series of trials that went
213
00:11:50.120 --> 00:11:55.279
through the courts to determine if Spaniel, Curly, and Schultz
214
00:11:55.320 --> 00:12:00.000
were guilty. Paterno was never charged. Paterno died in January
215
00:12:00.360 --> 00:12:04.440
twenty twelve. I don't think he could have ever really
216
00:12:04.480 --> 00:12:11.240
been charged with anything because he had fulfilled his obligation,
217
00:12:11.399 --> 00:12:14.000
which was his legal obligation, which was to report that
218
00:12:14.799 --> 00:12:18.759
the incident that his superior. Okay, So getting back to
219
00:12:18.799 --> 00:12:23.799
the diary. So the diary, aside from proving that the
220
00:12:23.879 --> 00:12:27.320
prosecutors were leaking secret grand jury information to Louis Free,
221
00:12:27.639 --> 00:12:30.240
the diary has a couple of bombshells. And the first
222
00:12:30.279 --> 00:12:35.480
big bombshell is that Penn State made a report to
223
00:12:35.519 --> 00:12:39.919
the authorities about Sandusky in two thousand and one. This
224
00:12:39.960 --> 00:12:42.639
is what the whole criminal case against Penn State was about,
225
00:12:42.879 --> 00:12:46.120
that they failed to report Jerry Sandusky. And right there
226
00:12:46.159 --> 00:12:53.399
in the diary, Kathleen McChesney mentions, there's an exculpatory email
227
00:12:53.840 --> 00:12:57.360
in the Gary Schultz spot. Okay, well, this email's never
228
00:12:57.399 --> 00:13:01.679
seen the light of day. It's been suppressed. So that's
229
00:13:01.679 --> 00:13:05.960
the big bombshell, all right. These guys were the prosecutors
230
00:13:06.000 --> 00:13:11.519
without evidence in order to charge Penn State officials.
231
00:13:10.960 --> 00:13:15.039
And this is an exculpatory email that would benefit paternal.
232
00:13:16.200 --> 00:13:21.679
It would yes, it would benefit benefit spaniard Curly Schultzen Paterno. Okay,
233
00:13:21.720 --> 00:13:25.759
now here's an interesting point. During my investigation, around twenty thirteen,
234
00:13:26.639 --> 00:13:32.639
I got a private message from an anonymous source who
235
00:13:32.679 --> 00:13:37.120
claimed that this letter or email existed. The Penn State
236
00:13:37.200 --> 00:13:41.960
had provided it to Center County Children and Youth Services
237
00:13:42.000 --> 00:13:45.960
and informed them that they had this incident with Sandusky
238
00:13:45.960 --> 00:13:49.039
and the kid in the shower that they had taught
239
00:13:49.080 --> 00:13:52.840
to Sandusky, and they had notified as charity about it. Okay,
240
00:13:53.759 --> 00:13:55.639
So then in twenty I want to say it was
241
00:13:55.679 --> 00:14:00.399
about twenty sixteen, I was working with a high ranking
242
00:14:00.480 --> 00:14:04.440
government official in the Pennsylvania government, and this official had
243
00:14:04.480 --> 00:14:08.840
insights into the Attorney General's office. And this individual told
244
00:14:08.879 --> 00:14:12.879
me that that same very story that a new email
245
00:14:13.000 --> 00:14:16.840
or a letter was sent from Penn State to Children
246
00:14:16.840 --> 00:14:19.639
in Youth Services to report to two thousand and one incident.
247
00:14:20.320 --> 00:14:24.480
So we have the diary, I have an anonymous source,
248
00:14:24.519 --> 00:14:26.759
and I have a very high ranking government official that
249
00:14:26.840 --> 00:14:32.960
all says say this notification was made.
250
00:14:33.799 --> 00:14:36.159
Wait that the notification was made or was not made.
251
00:14:37.080 --> 00:14:40.159
It was made in two thousand and one to the
252
00:14:40.240 --> 00:14:45.320
Children in Youth Services who were responsible for investigating the incident.
253
00:14:46.639 --> 00:14:49.440
As it turns out, they never investigated.
254
00:14:48.759 --> 00:14:50.279
It, gotcha.
255
00:14:50.360 --> 00:14:52.799
So then your theory of the defense then of these
256
00:14:52.840 --> 00:14:56.080
a gentlemen at PSU, is that, well, hey, if the
257
00:14:56.080 --> 00:14:58.600
Family and Children's Services was aware of this, they should
258
00:14:58.600 --> 00:14:59.840
They're the ones that dropped the ball.
259
00:15:00.320 --> 00:15:04.279
Not exactly, I've been saying that since nineteen I've been
260
00:15:04.320 --> 00:15:07.159
saying that ever since I was on the case. In
261
00:15:07.240 --> 00:15:10.559
late twenty twelve, I said one, I'm pretty sure there
262
00:15:10.759 --> 00:15:15.159
a report was made and that Children in New Services
263
00:15:15.200 --> 00:15:19.360
didn't follow up, because Children in New Services in Pennsylvania
264
00:15:20.080 --> 00:15:23.399
has a history of once they clear somebody of child abuse,
265
00:15:24.240 --> 00:15:29.399
they repeat, complaint gets ignored, okay, And a lot of
266
00:15:29.440 --> 00:15:32.639
times we had a case in Harrisburg, a family I
267
00:15:32.639 --> 00:15:37.440
think was reported five or six times children in Youth Services.
268
00:15:38.000 --> 00:15:41.000
Most of the time children in news never looked. And
269
00:15:41.039 --> 00:15:46.960
then one summer day they found this child who was
270
00:15:47.360 --> 00:15:51.039
ten years old and weighed seventeen pounds who died of
271
00:15:51.080 --> 00:15:55.000
malnutrition in this house, but they refused to investigate. So
272
00:15:56.080 --> 00:16:01.519
the stories are pretty amazing Pennsylvania about the failures of
273
00:16:01.600 --> 00:16:02.840
children and youth services.
274
00:16:02.919 --> 00:16:08.639
So unfortunately, that's common throughout the country on it, unfortunately,
275
00:16:08.720 --> 00:16:13.360
and it's amazing one of the most important services we
276
00:16:13.399 --> 00:16:15.679
can have in this country, and it's probably the least
277
00:16:15.720 --> 00:16:20.320
competent in so many different ways, right, tragic.
278
00:16:20.519 --> 00:16:24.600
And in twenty seventeen, the Pennsylvania Auditor General did a
279
00:16:25.360 --> 00:16:29.120
report on the Pennsylvania system and he basically said it
280
00:16:29.240 --> 00:16:36.039
was failing, not enough staff, incompetent investigators. Over ten thousand
281
00:16:36.120 --> 00:16:39.480
calls to the hotline, the child abuse hotline don't even
282
00:16:39.480 --> 00:16:43.679
get answered, okay, and many others get like the one
283
00:16:43.720 --> 00:16:46.759
that ten state officials made in two thousand and one
284
00:16:46.879 --> 00:16:49.159
just gets screened out because they said, Hey, we invested
285
00:16:49.200 --> 00:16:52.279
to get this guy a couple of years older, years earlier.
286
00:16:52.639 --> 00:16:55.440
The situation sounds the same. We're just not even going
287
00:16:55.480 --> 00:16:56.879
to look into it now.
288
00:16:56.919 --> 00:16:59.360
Early when you say that Louis Freed got all of
289
00:16:59.360 --> 00:17:02.720
his information from the prosecutor's office and he must have
290
00:17:02.759 --> 00:17:05.839
at least interviewed Paterno.
291
00:17:05.440 --> 00:17:05.759
When.
292
00:17:07.519 --> 00:17:12.160
Now he did not interview Paterno. Patrono offered to give
293
00:17:12.240 --> 00:17:14.920
him an interview, and three never took him up on it.
294
00:17:15.400 --> 00:17:19.559
The two other tim Tim Curly and Gary Schultz, two
295
00:17:19.599 --> 00:17:23.880
other administrators involved. They were under criminal charges. They were
296
00:17:23.880 --> 00:17:26.440
advised by their attorneys not to be interviewed by free
297
00:17:27.079 --> 00:17:31.440
free did interview Graham Spaniard, and he used ex scerps
298
00:17:31.480 --> 00:17:33.720
out of that interview the worst stuff he could find.
299
00:17:33.880 --> 00:17:37.440
Use that to try to incriminate Spaniards, so to speak.
300
00:17:38.400 --> 00:17:41.640
But three did not interview the chief of police at
301
00:17:41.680 --> 00:17:44.279
Penn State at the time, who was there. He didn't
302
00:17:44.279 --> 00:17:48.279
interview the key witness, the eyewitness Mike mcquery, who saw
303
00:17:48.319 --> 00:17:51.359
the two thousand and one incident. Basically, Louis three went
304
00:17:51.400 --> 00:17:55.960
around and he interviewed Penn State employees that really weren't
305
00:17:55.960 --> 00:17:58.839
connected to the case, and he tried to browbeat them
306
00:17:59.480 --> 00:18:03.440
into saying bad things about Paterno and Spaniard. That was
307
00:18:03.480 --> 00:18:06.880
what Louis Freeze interview at end State was all about.
308
00:18:07.119 --> 00:18:08.839
That's fascinating. He said he was there for six months,
309
00:18:08.880 --> 00:18:09.920
you know when he was paid.
310
00:18:12.319 --> 00:18:15.240
I believe it was eight point three million around there.
311
00:18:16.200 --> 00:18:18.720
That's the gat again next time they need the next
312
00:18:18.720 --> 00:18:21.640
time they need it, and then that's call me up man. Okay,
313
00:18:21.640 --> 00:18:24.039
six months, eight million dollars. What would his motive be
314
00:18:24.079 --> 00:18:26.920
for for slanting the results of his investigation.
315
00:18:28.680 --> 00:18:34.119
Well, first of all, his firm had just kind of
316
00:18:34.200 --> 00:18:36.480
was just starting out and trying to make a splash,
317
00:18:36.680 --> 00:18:39.440
all right, So here they are. I think they originally
318
00:18:39.480 --> 00:18:43.200
signed a contract worth six point five million to do
319
00:18:43.240 --> 00:18:47.000
this investigation. And now the media has already established this
320
00:18:47.640 --> 00:18:50.559
narrative of a Penn State cover up. So what would
321
00:18:50.640 --> 00:18:53.319
what were Freeze options? If he came out and he said,
322
00:18:53.839 --> 00:18:56.440
we looked into this and these guys are clean. Paterno
323
00:18:56.519 --> 00:18:59.680
did the right thing. Spaniard did the right thing. The
324
00:18:59.759 --> 00:19:02.359
media would have said penn State paid for Louis Free
325
00:19:02.480 --> 00:19:04.799
six point five million dollars to cook the books on
326
00:19:04.839 --> 00:19:11.039
a report. Okay, you know that would happened. So Free Okay,
327
00:19:11.599 --> 00:19:16.559
was basically gonna go along with the media's version of
328
00:19:16.799 --> 00:19:20.920
the scandal because that was the prosecutor's version of the scandal.
329
00:19:21.279 --> 00:19:23.640
He was working hand in hand and what's the prosecution
330
00:19:23.799 --> 00:19:28.000
the whole time? Okay, The governor of Pennsylvania had a
331
00:19:28.079 --> 00:19:33.279
hand in hiring Louis Free. The governor of Pennsylvania wanted
332
00:19:33.839 --> 00:19:37.599
the president of Penn State to be fired. Okay. They
333
00:19:37.640 --> 00:19:41.119
had a falling out over his gubernatorial campaign in twenty ten.
334
00:19:41.599 --> 00:19:45.200
So free basically came in and was just a hatchet man.
335
00:19:45.480 --> 00:19:48.720
All right. He was gonna dig up dirt. He was
336
00:19:48.759 --> 00:19:52.119
going to find the stuff that makes Penn State look bad.
337
00:19:52.240 --> 00:19:53.519
And that's exactly what he did.
338
00:19:55.079 --> 00:20:00.720
Gotcha. Okay, another update you sent me with the incredible
339
00:20:00.759 --> 00:20:02.759
shrinking Schultz file. What's going on there?
340
00:20:03.880 --> 00:20:08.400
Okay again back to the diary. All right, Gary Schultz file.
341
00:20:08.759 --> 00:20:13.440
And it's probably a misnomer because what I believe it
342
00:20:13.519 --> 00:20:19.960
really is is is a aggregation of the files that
343
00:20:20.039 --> 00:20:24.000
they found. When I say they, I say Penn State's
344
00:20:24.039 --> 00:20:27.480
attorney at the time, Cynthia Baldwin, who was basically just
345
00:20:27.559 --> 00:20:33.799
disciplined for violating attorney client privilege, she had people go
346
00:20:33.880 --> 00:20:38.279
around and find the any kind of file on Jerry
347
00:20:38.279 --> 00:20:42.559
Sandusky and Tim Curley, the athletic director. His office had
348
00:20:42.599 --> 00:20:45.920
a file in Sandusky. Schultz had a file on Sandusky.
349
00:20:46.680 --> 00:20:51.279
And so at the time, Curly was undergoing cancer treatments
350
00:20:51.279 --> 00:20:52.680
and a lot of people didn't think he was going
351
00:20:52.759 --> 00:20:56.799
to make it all right, So basically they took Curly's
352
00:20:56.799 --> 00:20:59.720
information and they shoved it into the Schultz with so
353
00:20:59.799 --> 00:21:02.319
called Schultz file because they figured Schultz is the guy
354
00:21:02.400 --> 00:21:05.359
we're going to have to go after the flip, okay
355
00:21:05.759 --> 00:21:09.559
for him to go and incriminate Spaniard because frankly, they
356
00:21:09.599 --> 00:21:13.240
were not finding any evidence against Spaniards. So anyway, the
357
00:21:13.279 --> 00:21:17.759
Schultz file, according to the diary, all right, people are
358
00:21:17.759 --> 00:21:19.960
discussing it on Priest team and they were saying, you know,
359
00:21:20.039 --> 00:21:23.440
there was a lot more in this file, okay when
360
00:21:23.480 --> 00:21:26.400
we saw it on this date than it was when
361
00:21:26.799 --> 00:21:29.240
we saw it, you know, on the next date. What
362
00:21:29.400 --> 00:21:33.400
happened to all this information that was allegedly in the file, Well,
363
00:21:34.440 --> 00:21:38.759
the prosecutors and Penn State's attorney skinned the file down
364
00:21:38.799 --> 00:21:44.519
to just inculpatory information, all right, stuff that made Penn
365
00:21:44.559 --> 00:21:48.240
State officials look bad. And one of the interesting things
366
00:21:48.279 --> 00:21:51.319
that came out of the Spaniard trial, the president of
367
00:21:51.319 --> 00:21:58.440
Penn State's trial, was the prosecutors lotted Gary Schultz because
368
00:21:58.440 --> 00:22:02.240
he was a great note taker, all right. Yet there
369
00:22:02.240 --> 00:22:06.119
were all these meetings that were held between you know, mcquery,
370
00:22:06.440 --> 00:22:10.160
Curly and Schultz had a meeting, Schultz had another meeting
371
00:22:10.160 --> 00:22:13.599
with mcquery's father and a doctor. Schultz had another meeting
372
00:22:14.160 --> 00:22:19.160
with Spaniard on another day. Yet there's no notes from
373
00:22:19.200 --> 00:22:23.039
any of these other meetings. Okay, what are the chances
374
00:22:23.039 --> 00:22:28.119
that Schultz didn't take notes in the meeting with the eyewitness,
375
00:22:28.240 --> 00:22:31.519
all right, I would say that's slimmed to none. Right,
376
00:22:32.279 --> 00:22:35.880
And so the eyewitnesses account, Mike and Theory's accounts all
377
00:22:35.880 --> 00:22:37.799
over the place. You know, one time he says he
378
00:22:37.799 --> 00:22:39.640
looked in the shower three times, and the times he
379
00:22:39.680 --> 00:22:44.799
says it's twice. You know, he said it's that he,
380
00:22:45.519 --> 00:22:48.359
you know, went into detail to make sure these guys
381
00:22:48.440 --> 00:22:51.880
knew it was sex. Back then he says, well, I
382
00:22:51.880 --> 00:22:56.519
didn't use any sexual words. So we believe, or I believe.
383
00:22:57.000 --> 00:23:00.759
And now the diary seems to confirm that these detailed
384
00:23:00.799 --> 00:23:03.519
notes that Schultz would have tipped did either confirm or
385
00:23:03.519 --> 00:23:08.880
deny McQuary's story, were pulled out of the file. Okay,
386
00:23:09.079 --> 00:23:13.279
so that's what we mean by the shrinking Schultz file.
387
00:23:13.640 --> 00:23:14.279
I got two.
388
00:23:14.160 --> 00:23:14.759
Questions for you.
389
00:23:14.920 --> 00:23:21.599
One is McCleary. It's McCleary, of McCreary, McQuary, mcquery, Yes,
390
00:23:21.839 --> 00:23:25.839
the witness, the eyewitness. Right now, I can understand why,
391
00:23:25.880 --> 00:23:28.240
you know, if you're a defendant like Charlton these other guys,
392
00:23:28.279 --> 00:23:30.279
you're a defendant, you don't want to talk to free.
393
00:23:30.400 --> 00:23:33.440
But why wouldn't free talk to McCreary.
394
00:23:33.599 --> 00:23:35.680
The prosecutors would not allow him to.
395
00:23:36.119 --> 00:23:38.880
Okay, the prosecut isn't it okay? And has he ever
396
00:23:38.920 --> 00:23:41.000
given a statement to free or any Has he given
397
00:23:41.000 --> 00:23:41.480
a statement to.
398
00:23:41.480 --> 00:23:47.559
You who McQuary. Yeah, No, he's never given up. I
399
00:23:47.599 --> 00:23:50.559
don't think he's ever really given a public statement. He
400
00:23:50.680 --> 00:23:53.160
wanted to give a public statement. This is a good story.
401
00:23:54.119 --> 00:23:57.079
Right after the grand jury presentment came out and it
402
00:23:57.200 --> 00:23:59.000
said that he had witnessed the rape and then he
403
00:23:59.039 --> 00:24:03.279
went home and called his father, left the scene. He
404
00:24:03.400 --> 00:24:05.640
wanted to correct the record. He said, well, that's really
405
00:24:05.680 --> 00:24:08.960
not what happened. You know, I really wasn't sure I
406
00:24:09.000 --> 00:24:12.279
saw rape. You know, my dad wasn't around that night,
407
00:24:13.400 --> 00:24:17.559
and there's emails that confirm this. And the prosecutor told him, no, no,
408
00:24:17.839 --> 00:24:20.000
you know, we really don't want you to correct the record.
409
00:24:20.519 --> 00:24:24.880
And then the prosecutor, Janelle Eshbach said when she was
410
00:24:24.960 --> 00:24:28.759
questioning it at this was at Sandusky's appeal hearing, she said,
411
00:24:28.920 --> 00:24:30.680
I didn't want him to correct the record because I
412
00:24:30.720 --> 00:24:37.680
didn't want him to like ruin my case. Right, So, uh, yeah,
413
00:24:37.720 --> 00:24:40.519
he wanted to correct the records, and the prosecutors told
414
00:24:40.559 --> 00:24:42.359
him he wasn't allowed to do it.
415
00:24:42.519 --> 00:24:44.359
Has he done any interviews?
416
00:24:45.960 --> 00:24:50.400
He did an interview with Sports Illustrated or not Sports
417
00:24:50.400 --> 00:24:53.480
Illstrated ESPN did a big story Don Van Natta wrote it.
418
00:24:55.359 --> 00:24:57.680
But that's the extent of his interview, and there really
419
00:24:57.720 --> 00:25:02.279
wasn't a lot of meat in there, you know, as
420
00:25:02.319 --> 00:25:07.160
to you know, any kind of insights or anything that
421
00:25:07.240 --> 00:25:10.519
would you change change the story at all.
422
00:25:10.599 --> 00:25:12.440
Yeah, yeah, I'd love to get in as you would
423
00:25:12.440 --> 00:25:14.599
have myself and here and hear what he has to say. Now,
424
00:25:15.000 --> 00:25:22.720
now you keep mentioning this diary of Kathleen McChesney. McChesney, right,
425
00:25:23.279 --> 00:25:25.240
a couple of questions and people can get ahold is
426
00:25:25.279 --> 00:25:28.559
that entire diary on your blog? There at not PSU
427
00:25:29.119 --> 00:25:30.400
dot blogspot dot com.
428
00:25:30.480 --> 00:25:31.440
The entire diary.
429
00:25:32.440 --> 00:25:34.799
It's on the right hand side. You'll see I have
430
00:25:34.839 --> 00:25:38.119
a page view pounder and then we have links, and
431
00:25:38.319 --> 00:25:42.640
that diary is the first link on the list of links. Okay,
432
00:25:42.720 --> 00:25:44.920
then one diary and.
433
00:25:44.839 --> 00:25:46.319
Then explained to us who is mc chesney.
434
00:25:47.880 --> 00:25:51.200
Nathleen McChesney was a former FBI agent who, after her
435
00:25:51.200 --> 00:25:54.519
retirement from the FBI, went to work for Louis three On.
436
00:25:54.759 --> 00:25:59.160
You know, in his consulting con so she was she
437
00:25:59.240 --> 00:26:03.240
had done an investigation into the Catholic Church, the Roman
438
00:26:03.279 --> 00:26:06.200
cath And Church scandal, so she came in with that experience,
439
00:26:06.960 --> 00:26:10.759
and of course she was trying to, let's say, force
440
00:26:10.839 --> 00:26:15.640
fit the Roman Catholic Church experience onto Penn State, meaning,
441
00:26:15.680 --> 00:26:19.000
you know, cath and Church. Obviously they had documents and
442
00:26:19.079 --> 00:26:22.039
files and everything else to point into them knowing and
443
00:26:22.079 --> 00:26:24.279
covering it up, and she wanted that to be the
444
00:26:24.279 --> 00:26:28.079
same attense tape. But the documents and files just front there,
445
00:26:30.319 --> 00:26:33.359
the files that they tried to use that proved to
446
00:26:33.400 --> 00:26:36.920
cover up. Could I only prove a cover up with
447
00:26:37.000 --> 00:26:41.599
the benefit of hindsight? Okay, but you know, if you
448
00:26:41.920 --> 00:26:45.160
read it, read the files from the time they're written,
449
00:26:45.160 --> 00:26:49.440
the contemporary contemporaneously in nineteen ninety eight, two thousand and one,
450
00:26:50.039 --> 00:26:55.079
there's no there's nothing there that would even tell you
451
00:26:55.160 --> 00:26:58.880
that there was a sexual assault, for a sex act
452
00:26:59.000 --> 00:26:59.839
or anything like that.
453
00:27:00.599 --> 00:27:07.160
So how did how did you obtain Kathleen mcchesney's diary.
454
00:27:07.960 --> 00:27:11.559
That diary was like many other things, like you know,
455
00:27:11.599 --> 00:27:17.920
the Pentagon papers, it was leaked. Really yes, So the
456
00:27:17.960 --> 00:27:22.039
Penn State, because of this controversy Penn State alumni kind
457
00:27:22.039 --> 00:27:26.240
of rose up and started putting people on the board
458
00:27:26.279 --> 00:27:29.440
of trustees that wanted to get to the bottom of
459
00:27:29.440 --> 00:27:32.119
the scandal. So to get to the bottom of the scandal,
460
00:27:32.160 --> 00:27:35.440
they actually had to file a lawsuit to get access
461
00:27:35.480 --> 00:27:39.200
to the source materials used by Louis free Now, this
462
00:27:39.359 --> 00:27:44.079
was among the source materials that we're not allowed to
463
00:27:44.079 --> 00:27:47.480
be disclosed publicly, but somebody decided that they were going
464
00:27:47.519 --> 00:27:51.279
to leak this diary out and they became public. They
465
00:27:51.319 --> 00:27:54.720
went to a fellow named Ralph Citipriano who used to
466
00:27:54.720 --> 00:27:58.039
work for Newsweek and now runs a blog called Big
467
00:27:58.079 --> 00:28:01.599
Trial blog dot I think it's big Trial dot net
468
00:28:02.119 --> 00:28:05.880
anyway out of silly, So he handed the diary to me.
469
00:28:06.519 --> 00:28:10.880
So well, just to clarify that the dog was first
470
00:28:10.920 --> 00:28:13.240
an exhibit. It was like a sealed exhibit, and then
471
00:28:13.359 --> 00:28:15.119
it got it leaked down and we're talking about the
472
00:28:15.240 --> 00:28:17.559
actual physical diary or scans of the diary.
473
00:28:19.079 --> 00:28:21.559
It's yeah, it's a scan. I mean she types it
474
00:28:21.680 --> 00:28:25.559
up on a word processor, gotcha. So and then you
475
00:28:25.599 --> 00:28:29.160
know when the Freeze team hands it in their source
476
00:28:29.200 --> 00:28:33.079
material to hear with these pages of her diary and
477
00:28:33.960 --> 00:28:36.599
types up and that's what God leaked out, gotcha.
478
00:28:36.759 --> 00:28:38.640
Okay, Now what does she have to say She made
479
00:28:38.680 --> 00:28:40.880
a statement about the contents of this diary and then
480
00:28:40.960 --> 00:28:43.400
stuff that could conflict with their official report.
481
00:28:44.839 --> 00:28:47.200
Oh no, she's not made any statement whatsoever.
482
00:28:48.440 --> 00:28:54.759
Fascinating locally, does does your the way you account do
483
00:28:54.839 --> 00:28:56.680
you accounting of these events locally?
484
00:28:56.759 --> 00:28:56.920
Is this?
485
00:28:57.079 --> 00:29:00.200
Is this played up a lot in Pennsylvania.
486
00:29:01.039 --> 00:29:07.440
In Pennsylvania, the trial happenings get publicity. Any of this
487
00:29:07.559 --> 00:29:11.079
stuff that I write on the blog, the media typically
488
00:29:11.119 --> 00:29:15.200
tends to ignore. So that's just how it is.
489
00:29:16.039 --> 00:29:19.359
Even the local media that must somehow still be supportive
490
00:29:19.400 --> 00:29:20.440
of penn State.
491
00:29:22.240 --> 00:29:25.160
Oh no, the local media was in the bag for
492
00:29:25.240 --> 00:29:32.400
the Pennsylvania government. I mean it was incredible. The Hairsburg
493
00:29:32.440 --> 00:29:36.279
Patriot News won a Pulitzer Prize for its coverage and
494
00:29:36.319 --> 00:29:39.079
they called it the penn State Scandal. And I went
495
00:29:39.119 --> 00:29:42.000
back and I looked at the thirteen columns or so
496
00:29:42.160 --> 00:29:44.519
that they submitted that the pullets are committee and there
497
00:29:44.519 --> 00:29:47.839
were errors all through them, blatant falsehoods. You know, it
498
00:29:47.920 --> 00:29:51.039
was terrible if they did so. And the local media,
499
00:29:51.240 --> 00:29:53.960
I mean, Harrisburg Patriot News was the lead dog on
500
00:29:54.039 --> 00:29:57.440
the case, and everybody else just followed their lead. Okay,
501
00:29:58.039 --> 00:30:00.160
and so that's how we got to where we are today.
502
00:30:00.920 --> 00:30:03.319
And it's like the media today. I mean, you know,
503
00:30:03.599 --> 00:30:06.839
one day they you know, we just went through, you know,
504
00:30:06.920 --> 00:30:09.799
three years of Russia Gate, and you know, there's no
505
00:30:09.880 --> 00:30:13.200
corrections or rarely any retractions made. I mean, you know
506
00:30:13.440 --> 00:30:15.839
what was wrong yesterday, Well we just forget about. So
507
00:30:16.519 --> 00:30:20.400
nobody's gone back and written a retraction or an apology.
508
00:30:20.720 --> 00:30:25.480
Unlike in the Richard Jewel case, where Kathew Scruggs actually
509
00:30:25.519 --> 00:30:28.400
wrote an apology to Richard Jewel for you know, screwing
510
00:30:28.440 --> 00:30:31.839
his life up. None of the reporters today do anything like.
511
00:30:31.720 --> 00:30:32.920
That, gotcha.
512
00:30:33.119 --> 00:30:34.359
Okay, this would be a good time, take a little
513
00:30:34.359 --> 00:30:39.839
commercial break. We are with Gray Bleehar and he's telling
514
00:30:39.920 --> 00:30:43.200
us about all the litigations surrounding the Penn State University
515
00:30:44.319 --> 00:30:48.079
that culminated from the conviction of Jerry Sandusk in a
516
00:30:48.119 --> 00:30:51.039
second mile child abuse case. We'll be back with more
517
00:30:51.039 --> 00:30:54.079
of Ray Blahar his website. His blog is called not
518
00:30:54.559 --> 00:30:59.440
ps U dot blogspot dot com and tons and tons
519
00:30:59.440 --> 00:31:01.480
of information on these guys have been working on this
520
00:31:01.759 --> 00:31:02.960
like a dog with a bone.
521
00:31:02.720 --> 00:31:04.319
For how many years?
522
00:31:04.359 --> 00:31:05.759
Has this been like ten years now, right?
523
00:31:06.880 --> 00:31:10.160
God it's getting closed. It's say twenty twelve, So yeah,
524
00:31:10.359 --> 00:31:11.599
what'll be coming up on eight?
525
00:31:12.200 --> 00:31:14.240
This is quite a while, okay, And don't forget. You
526
00:31:14.279 --> 00:31:16.359

627
00:36:18.719 --> 00:36:21.280
Okay, welcome back to the Opperaman Report. I'm your host,
628
00:36:21.320 --> 00:36:24.360
private investigator at Opperman. The show's brought to you by
629
00:36:24.360 --> 00:36:30.280
a kmdloss dot com. We're here today with Ray Bleehar
630
00:36:30.840 --> 00:36:34.800
and his website is called not PSU dot bloxclot dot
631
00:36:34.840 --> 00:36:37.119
com and he's telling us all the behind the scenes
632
00:36:37.280 --> 00:36:42.920
litigation in the Jerry Sandusky second mild child abuse case.
633
00:36:42.920 --> 00:36:47.159
It's spilled over onto Penn State University. Uh, mister Blayher.
634
00:36:47.320 --> 00:36:48.960
One of the other things you sent me more recently
635
00:36:49.079 --> 00:36:51.079
was about the the Fena and Baldwin.
636
00:36:51.639 --> 00:36:51.880
Uh.
637
00:36:52.119 --> 00:36:56.840
Frank Fienna had his law license suspended, that's.
638
00:36:56.599 --> 00:36:58.639
Correct, for a year and a day, meaning he has
639
00:36:58.719 --> 00:37:03.320
to reapply to the board to get his law license back.
640
00:37:03.400 --> 00:37:07.480
And that was because he was not remorseful about what
641
00:37:07.519 --> 00:37:14.639
he did so and Baldwin she did not. Fena was
642
00:37:14.679 --> 00:37:18.639
the prosecutor in the Jerry Sandusky case and he also
643
00:37:18.840 --> 00:37:25.400
was investigating Graham Spaniard and Penn State administrators Kurleian Schultz
644
00:37:26.199 --> 00:37:28.840
before he left and handed it off to somebody else.
645
00:37:28.920 --> 00:37:35.159
Baldwin was the UH representing Kurleian, Schultz, and Spaniard for
646
00:37:35.280 --> 00:37:38.840
a time, but she claimed that she was representing Penn
647
00:37:38.920 --> 00:37:44.880
State because all of their interests were the same. That
648
00:37:45.039 --> 00:37:50.639
was her defense, but the disciplinary board rejected her defense,
649
00:37:50.760 --> 00:37:57.519
saying that on numerous occasions the defendants Curly, Chilton, Spaniard
650
00:37:57.519 --> 00:38:00.639
referred to her as their personal attorney and she never
651
00:38:00.719 --> 00:38:05.039
corrected them. So so, yeah, she was actually working to
652
00:38:05.159 --> 00:38:09.039
undermine them from I'd say around October twenty ten up
653
00:38:09.119 --> 00:38:14.679
until the time that she left Penn State sometime in
654
00:38:14.800 --> 00:38:15.400
twenty twelve.
655
00:38:16.119 --> 00:38:20.440
Okay, no clarify for me, please. So Cynthia Baldwin was
656
00:38:20.440 --> 00:38:23.000
was an attorney that was retained by Penn State.
657
00:38:24.199 --> 00:38:27.639
She was their general counselor the university's general council.
658
00:38:28.039 --> 00:38:36.159
And Curly yeah, and go ahead, yeah, Curley and Schultz
659
00:38:36.360 --> 00:38:40.719
wonder the assumption that she was representing them personally? Yes,
660
00:38:41.360 --> 00:38:42.480
she was representing their.
661
00:38:42.360 --> 00:38:45.480
Interests, that's what they believed.
662
00:38:46.159 --> 00:38:50.320
Did she do anything to not act in their best interest.
663
00:38:51.599 --> 00:38:52.360
From day one?
664
00:38:52.880 --> 00:38:53.679
Okay? What did she do?
665
00:38:53.840 --> 00:38:53.880
So?
666
00:38:57.840 --> 00:39:02.679
In December twenty ten, she was provided subpoenas and they
667
00:39:02.679 --> 00:39:06.159
had gotten a subpoena for records, and the three men
668
00:39:06.239 --> 00:39:09.599
had gotten subpoenas to appear before a grand jury. When
669
00:39:09.599 --> 00:39:12.280
I say the three men, this was at the time Paterno,
670
00:39:12.400 --> 00:39:19.280
Curly and Schultz. Baldwin never really informed them about what
671
00:39:19.400 --> 00:39:21.679
this whole grand jury was about. She just said it
672
00:39:21.719 --> 00:39:26.639
was about Jerry Tandusky and some incidents he had with
673
00:39:26.679 --> 00:39:30.199
the kids. She never really told these guys when it happened,
674
00:39:31.639 --> 00:39:34.880
she said around two thousand and two. She never told
675
00:39:34.880 --> 00:39:40.039
them to search for documents. And then when they went
676
00:39:40.119 --> 00:39:45.440
to the grand jury, she did not allow them to
677
00:39:45.480 --> 00:39:47.360
talk to each other. She did not allow them to
678
00:39:47.400 --> 00:39:51.400
get together to refreshed the recollections on the story and
679
00:39:51.559 --> 00:39:54.920
what happened. So these guys went in there essentially unprepared
680
00:39:55.760 --> 00:39:59.039
to talk to a grand jury, and then when they
681
00:39:59.239 --> 00:40:02.760
made stayed that weren't quite true or contradictory, then they
682
00:40:02.800 --> 00:40:08.840
were charged with perjury. Now, interestingly, on they went to
683
00:40:08.880 --> 00:40:12.440
the grand jury, I believe it was January eleventh of
684
00:40:12.679 --> 00:40:18.320
twenty eleven, On January third, the police report from Penn
685
00:40:18.400 --> 00:40:25.480
State was uncovered, and so that had information that they
686
00:40:25.599 --> 00:40:30.199
used to question Schultz, and that's how they kind of
687
00:40:30.239 --> 00:40:34.360
set perjury traps for him because he oversaw the University police,
688
00:40:34.519 --> 00:40:36.280
and of course she had a copy of it, but
689
00:40:36.400 --> 00:40:38.280
she never told Schultz she had a copy of it
690
00:40:38.400 --> 00:40:40.800
or shared it with Schultz before he testified. So you
691
00:40:40.800 --> 00:40:44.119
can see her interests are not with you know, she
692
00:40:44.239 --> 00:40:46.599
is not representing these guys at all.
693
00:40:46.639 --> 00:40:49.719
But didn't these men have their own personal attorneys in
694
00:40:49.760 --> 00:40:52.079
their own life with other projects and things that were
695
00:40:52.119 --> 00:40:54.320
involved in that they could speak to, And wouldn't that
696
00:40:54.360 --> 00:40:56.360
attorney tell them, hey, that's not your attorney.
697
00:40:57.360 --> 00:40:59.760
They never had a reason to it. These guys were,
698
00:41:00.320 --> 00:41:02.840
you know, honest as the day is long. They never
699
00:41:02.880 --> 00:41:05.519
had a legal brush in their lives. They didn't have
700
00:41:05.800 --> 00:41:10.719
a personal attorney, and they all just said.
701
00:41:11.239 --> 00:41:13.960
They weren't saddy enough. They weren't sad enough to realize
702
00:41:13.960 --> 00:41:15.920
though that hey, maybe I should go out and find
703
00:41:15.920 --> 00:41:20.000
my own attorney that represents my interest. These aren't young men,
704
00:41:20.199 --> 00:41:20.960
accomplished men.
705
00:41:21.880 --> 00:41:23.679
Yeah, you sound like the grand jury Jidge.
706
00:41:24.920 --> 00:41:26.840
Sorry, but you know what I mean there?
707
00:41:26.920 --> 00:41:27.079
Right?
708
00:41:27.920 --> 00:41:31.239
Yeah, yeah, I mean you know, but these guys, honestly,
709
00:41:31.280 --> 00:41:34.599
they thought, you know, she had downplayed this whole thing.
710
00:41:34.679 --> 00:41:36.599
She said, this is the third or fourth brand jury
711
00:41:36.599 --> 00:41:38.960
that they've had. They're on a fishing exhibition. Don't worry
712
00:41:39.000 --> 00:41:43.320
about it nothing, you know, I can represent you. And
713
00:41:43.400 --> 00:41:46.360
so they just took the path at least resistance and thought, Okay,
714
00:41:46.480 --> 00:41:48.719
you know, we'll let her do it. The only guy
715
00:41:48.719 --> 00:41:51.679
who didn't do it was Paterno. Paterno had a son
716
00:41:51.719 --> 00:41:55.639
who was an attorney who he used his son plus
717
00:41:55.679 --> 00:41:59.239
another guy I can't remember, Joshua was somebody or other
718
00:41:59.440 --> 00:42:04.000
pretty good attorney, and he used them to represent him
719
00:42:04.039 --> 00:42:07.760
at the grand jury. And of course Baldwin was curious
720
00:42:07.880 --> 00:42:11.719
that Paterno had retained a council other than her because
721
00:42:11.760 --> 00:42:14.119
then she didn't know what Joe was going to say.
722
00:42:14.719 --> 00:42:19.199
So so anyway, Yeah, so she had undermined them from
723
00:42:19.239 --> 00:42:24.239
the beginning. I've written on this quite a bit. We believe,
724
00:42:24.559 --> 00:42:28.159
based on the evidence, particularly the questioning at the grand jury,
725
00:42:28.679 --> 00:42:32.519
that you know this, she had accumulated all this information
726
00:42:32.599 --> 00:42:36.440
about Sandusky and it was used to question you know,
727
00:42:36.519 --> 00:42:40.480
Schultz and Curly and Paterno. And you can tell most
728
00:42:40.519 --> 00:42:43.400
of the information. You know, Schultz gets way more questions
729
00:42:43.400 --> 00:42:47.119
than anybody else. Okay, but then they asked Curly a
730
00:42:47.119 --> 00:42:50.199
few questions like did you consult with Gary Schultz? Did
731
00:42:50.239 --> 00:42:52.119
you ask him this did you ask him that? Which
732
00:42:53.639 --> 00:42:56.360
indicates based on the evidence that she had some of
733
00:42:56.400 --> 00:42:59.199
these handwritten notes from Gary Schultz that she had turned
734
00:42:59.239 --> 00:43:02.880
over to process tears prior to the grand jury. So
735
00:43:03.880 --> 00:43:10.159
and then this these notes that they had retained back
736
00:43:10.199 --> 00:43:14.559
in obtained back in January twenty eleventh. Louis Free actually
737
00:43:14.599 --> 00:43:19.000
claimed to have found them okay during his investigation. So
738
00:43:19.079 --> 00:43:23.920
that's another fallacy that Louis Free made that he had
739
00:43:24.239 --> 00:43:27.039
been a you know, this crack investigative that uncovered the
740
00:43:27.119 --> 00:43:31.079
notes that Schultz had hidden away. But the reality was
741
00:43:31.119 --> 00:43:33.800
Schultz's retire He wasn't even working at Penn State when
742
00:43:33.800 --> 00:43:38.519
the investigation started, so you know, had anything. So yeah,
743
00:43:39.280 --> 00:43:48.159
So that's so that's how Baldwin undermine her clients, Curly
744
00:43:48.199 --> 00:43:54.760
Schultz and then eventually SPANIERR. Now in Spaniard's case, she
745
00:43:54.880 --> 00:44:02.559
had Schultz's emails that had you know, we're between him
746
00:44:02.559 --> 00:44:05.679
and Spaniard, and so they were able to question Spaniard
747
00:44:05.679 --> 00:44:08.639
about certain emails and things like that that would be
748
00:44:08.639 --> 00:44:10.800
able to then they would be able to charge him
749
00:44:10.800 --> 00:44:12.840
with perjury for line to a grand jury.
750
00:44:14.239 --> 00:44:16.920
What was Frank Fine's misbehavior that caused him to have
751
00:44:16.920 --> 00:44:18.360
his license suspended for one year.
752
00:44:19.360 --> 00:44:25.159
Okay. So when they were going after Spaniard, this was
753
00:44:25.199 --> 00:44:28.920
after the Sandusky trial. So the Free Reports of an
754
00:44:28.960 --> 00:44:31.199
important piece of the puzzle here, because the Free Report
755
00:44:31.280 --> 00:44:34.079
was supposed to be the thing that was going to
756
00:44:34.079 --> 00:44:38.679
be so damning and so incriminating. Jerry Schultz and Tim
757
00:44:38.760 --> 00:44:41.679
Curley were going to flip on Spaniard. They were going
758
00:44:41.760 --> 00:44:44.840
to blame everything on Spaniard. It was all Spaniard's idea
759
00:44:44.880 --> 00:44:48.920
not to report Sandusky. That's what was supposed to happen. Okay,
760
00:44:49.280 --> 00:44:51.840
But these two guys all term and they basically said
761
00:44:51.840 --> 00:44:54.960
that the Free Reports, you know, it's bs, we're laughing
762
00:44:55.000 --> 00:44:58.440
at it. This isn't even halfway correct because they know
763
00:44:58.559 --> 00:45:03.840
about the others. And then so Phoenix, without any other choice,
764
00:45:04.440 --> 00:45:10.079
he decides he threatens to file criminal charges against Baldwin
765
00:45:10.159 --> 00:45:14.079
for obstructing justice, so for not turning over the evidence
766
00:45:14.119 --> 00:45:17.079
to him. Okay, because now Free has gone public and
767
00:45:17.079 --> 00:45:20.559
said he found the evidence all right, So now Baldwin
768
00:45:20.639 --> 00:45:25.159
can't refuse Free Okay. So she's crossed between a rock
769
00:45:25.199 --> 00:45:28.039
and a hard place. So she goes in and says, okay,
770
00:45:28.280 --> 00:45:33.119
I didn't know anything about you know, the defendant's behavior
771
00:45:33.199 --> 00:45:36.000
until Louis Free found all this information, so she's lying
772
00:45:36.079 --> 00:45:40.400
for her teeth. And then Phoenix says, Okay, Judge, I
773
00:45:40.480 --> 00:45:46.239
need to question her more, but we have an issue
774
00:45:46.280 --> 00:45:48.400
with attorney client privilege that I don't want to get
775
00:45:48.440 --> 00:45:52.639
into right now. Because he didn't believe there was privilege, okay,
776
00:45:52.639 --> 00:45:56.800
because she was representing Penn State. They were using crime
777
00:45:56.880 --> 00:45:59.400
fraud exception and this is that and the other thing
778
00:45:59.440 --> 00:46:03.599
to say there was no privilege, and so he said,
779
00:46:03.639 --> 00:46:05.840
we can revisit that down the road. Then he got
780
00:46:05.840 --> 00:46:08.559
her under roads at a grand jury and went right
781
00:46:08.639 --> 00:46:15.320
to questions that violated attorney client privilege, and so boom,
782
00:46:15.639 --> 00:46:18.559
people filed a complain against them. I think there were
783
00:46:18.599 --> 00:46:23.679
a disciplinary hearing board or a Supreme Court appeal that
784
00:46:24.920 --> 00:46:30.320
the judges on that panel slapped them down for violating privilege.
785
00:46:30.519 --> 00:46:33.079
That's when they dismissed. They dismissed maybe like I want
786
00:46:33.119 --> 00:46:36.719
to say, twenty five twenty six charges that were filed,
787
00:46:36.760 --> 00:46:41.280
like all the obstruction, all the conspiracy charges against the
788
00:46:41.280 --> 00:46:43.960
three Penn State guys, because it was all based on
789
00:46:44.079 --> 00:46:48.559
these privileged conversations. So what they were luck with after
790
00:46:48.599 --> 00:46:52.599
they dismissed the charges based on the violation of privileges
791
00:46:52.599 --> 00:46:57.079
were like endangering a child and conspiracy don't endanger a child.
792
00:46:57.119 --> 00:46:59.039
So these guys were down to like two counts each
793
00:46:59.480 --> 00:47:01.880
after every thing was thrown out because of the violation
794
00:47:01.960 --> 00:47:03.400
of privilege.
795
00:47:04.960 --> 00:47:07.039
You know, there seems to be an eight years worth
796
00:47:07.039 --> 00:47:11.599
of legal manoeuvering here, right by very powerful people with
797
00:47:11.800 --> 00:47:15.480
some type of But what do you think that agenda is?
798
00:47:18.039 --> 00:47:22.400
Okay, at a minimum, right, at a minimum, all right?
799
00:47:23.159 --> 00:47:28.440
The agenda was protect the Second Mile? All right? Now,
800
00:47:28.719 --> 00:47:31.320
why do we want to protect the Second Mile? In
801
00:47:31.400 --> 00:47:37.880
the most benign version? Senator Jake Corman from Pennsylvania, a Republican,
802
00:47:38.039 --> 00:47:42.800
prominent guy who was not yet uh you know, the
803
00:47:42.840 --> 00:47:44.960
head of the Senate, but he was an up and comer.
804
00:47:45.239 --> 00:47:47.920
He was on the board of the Second Mile in
805
00:47:47.920 --> 00:47:53.159
two thousand and nine when the board decided that Jerry
806
00:47:53.199 --> 00:47:56.440
Sandusky would allowed to be continue continue his work with
807
00:47:56.519 --> 00:48:02.760
the charity while under investigation per sex abuse of children. Okay,
808
00:48:03.519 --> 00:48:07.559
so that's pretty much why there was foot dragging on
809
00:48:07.639 --> 00:48:12.480
this investigation by the state government. All right. They're saying,
810
00:48:12.719 --> 00:48:15.320
if we let this thing drag, we can get it
811
00:48:15.440 --> 00:48:22.559
past the Statute of limitations. So Corman's off the hook. Okay,
812
00:48:22.960 --> 00:48:25.199
he can't be charged with any decision that the board
813
00:48:25.199 --> 00:48:28.880
of the Second Mile made to allow Sandusky to continue
814
00:48:29.320 --> 00:48:32.599
accessing children while he was under investigation. So that's the
815
00:48:32.639 --> 00:48:37.119
most benign version of why the state government did that. Okay.
816
00:48:37.559 --> 00:48:42.119
At worst, Second Mile was a child sex trafficking operation. Okay,
817
00:48:42.159 --> 00:48:45.840
that was used by the rich and powerful of Pennsylvania. Okay,
818
00:48:45.960 --> 00:48:49.440
And then there's plenty of financial data that points to
819
00:48:49.480 --> 00:48:50.320
that being the case.
820
00:48:54.639 --> 00:48:58.480
And at the same rich and powerful people of Pennsylvania
821
00:48:58.960 --> 00:49:01.559
are the ones behind all the substruction of justice and
822
00:49:01.599 --> 00:49:06.320
maneuvering here and framing people over to penn State and
823
00:49:06.840 --> 00:49:11.920
causing complex of interest, and that all of these people
824
00:49:12.079 --> 00:49:15.400
are untouched the ones who are really Yeah.
825
00:49:16.719 --> 00:49:20.639
Now, the former Attorney General Kathleen Kane. You might have
826
00:49:20.679 --> 00:49:25.159
heard of her because she was removed from office and
827
00:49:25.239 --> 00:49:33.000
disbarred over the leaking alleged conspiracy to leak I want
828
00:49:33.000 --> 00:49:37.360
to get this right, criminal investigated information to the press.
829
00:49:37.639 --> 00:49:40.400
All right, Well, actually she was framed, okay by the
830
00:49:40.599 --> 00:49:47.320
same people like Frank Fina and Tom Corbett and Bruce
831
00:49:47.400 --> 00:49:49.320
Beimer and the rest of these people in the Attorney
832
00:49:49.320 --> 00:49:53.880
General's office because she was investigating the Sandusky investigation, and
833
00:49:53.920 --> 00:49:58.159
she concluded her investigators concluded that you know, these guys
834
00:49:58.239 --> 00:50:03.280
weren't following any leads, they weren't getting warrants at Sandusky's house,
835
00:50:03.360 --> 00:50:05.840
they weren't doing anything for two years. They just left
836
00:50:05.840 --> 00:50:09.119
this thing languish, Okay, and they didn't know why. Okay,
837
00:50:09.239 --> 00:50:12.880
they're investigators for some reason, couldn't figure out, like what
838
00:50:12.960 --> 00:50:14.920
I figured out, all the foreman's on the board a
839
00:50:14.920 --> 00:50:18.400
second mile or maybe it's sex trafficking or something else.
840
00:50:18.960 --> 00:50:21.880
But anyway, she gets thrown under the bus by the
841
00:50:21.920 --> 00:50:25.440
same corrupt network of people. But during the time she
842
00:50:25.639 --> 00:50:29.320
was investigating, what did she find? She found pornography on
843
00:50:29.440 --> 00:50:35.360
the government computers of people like Frank Tina, Randy Feathers,
844
00:50:35.960 --> 00:50:41.599
other state policemen, on the investigation, judges, okay, FBI agents.
845
00:50:41.920 --> 00:50:46.039
So there were all of these x X party communications
846
00:50:46.039 --> 00:50:50.800
that involved out at a minimum, off colored jokes that
847
00:50:50.920 --> 00:50:56.880
worst pornography traded between judges and prosecutors. This is shocking.
848
00:50:56.920 --> 00:50:59.320
I've never heard of this before. And is this all
849
00:50:59.840 --> 00:51:02.199
the prosisally was found dead with the laptop, the locked
850
00:51:02.239 --> 00:51:07.880
up the laptop, what's that? But there was a da
851
00:51:08.159 --> 00:51:10.360
there was there was found dead by a river or
852
00:51:10.559 --> 00:51:12.920
body of water with yeah that's right.
853
00:51:13.159 --> 00:51:18.119
Yeah, yeah, that's Ray greekr. And yeah, he was found
854
00:51:18.159 --> 00:51:23.280
dead in two thousand and five. There there is a
855
00:51:23.360 --> 00:51:27.159
possible connection between his disappearance and this case because he
856
00:51:27.280 --> 00:51:31.840
was investigating another pedophile in the Center County area at
857
00:51:31.840 --> 00:51:35.320
the time he went missing. So it could be that
858
00:51:35.360 --> 00:51:37.519
he was going to uncover a pedophile network and he
859
00:51:37.639 --> 00:51:41.239
got you know, he got disappeared because of it.
860
00:51:42.199 --> 00:51:44.199
The way we're at a time, Okay, we're out of time,
861
00:51:44.320 --> 00:51:48.239
Ray Bleeheart. The blog is called not PSU dot blogspot
862
00:51:48.280 --> 00:51:50.000
dot com. What do you want to leave us within
863
00:51:50.119 --> 00:51:50.960
in a minute or two?
864
00:51:52.519 --> 00:51:56.800
Well, the bottom line here is some very powerful people
865
00:51:56.840 --> 00:52:02.000
in Pennsylvania government hired Louis Free to come in and
866
00:52:02.199 --> 00:52:07.639
basically frame penn State for san Dusty for enabling Sandusky's
867
00:52:07.679 --> 00:52:12.480
crimes when they were not enablers. They were just people
868
00:52:12.480 --> 00:52:15.679
who did not know that Jerry Sandusky was a pedophal.
869
00:52:16.880 --> 00:52:19.159
Now people should go back to our first interview I
870
00:52:19.199 --> 00:52:21.639
did with Ray Bleehart where we spent two hours going
871
00:52:21.679 --> 00:52:25.280
over this case in really minute detail. And what you'll
872
00:52:25.280 --> 00:52:26.960
find is, now if you listen to this up. If
873
00:52:26.960 --> 00:52:28.880
you listen to that show first and you listen to
874
00:52:28.920 --> 00:52:31.800
this update tonight, you'll hear that many of the things
875
00:52:31.840 --> 00:52:34.079
that he was claiming back then have come out to
876
00:52:34.119 --> 00:52:38.360
be true with the discovery of this, uh, these suspensions
877
00:52:38.679 --> 00:52:42.000
and this diary that came out, mister Playheart, Thank you
878
00:52:42.079 --> 00:52:42.440
very much.
879
00:52:43.360 --> 00:52:45.480
All right, Thanks Ed Hope, just punk you again.

protect your home or business from rising floodwaters like a dam,

but without the beavers. It can also be used in construction.

If you need an area to be dewatered, an aquaedam

can do the job. And Aquadam was used at Seaword
