"Be Not Afraid" — A Conversation with Gaddi Vasquez

On this week's episode of The Current, we sat down with Gaddi Vasquez, former U.S. Peace Corps Director and Ambassador to the U.N., to discuss what it means to be engaged in local issues, how young people can get involved with causes they care about, and why it's so critical to hold leaders accountable.

The SPON Youth Corps is a program from Still Protecting Our Newport — a branch of young people who care about preserving nature, protecting citizens' rights, and promoting civic engagement at all levels.
