HIGHLIGHTS FROM THIS EPISODE:
- Stretch more! To be in the position of CEO is really to stretch your capacity to hold more
- You must be able to be on your own emotional journey, be able to see things with a different perspective, give answers, facilitate growth for a team, have a conversation every 5 minutes.
- We need to change the narrative, if you are a leader, it doesn’t mean you aren’t human.
- We need to stretch our nervous system. How can my body sustain more? If I don’t eat, sleep, rest, my body won’t be able to hold more.
- Emotions - We have to find ways to take care of the emotions.
- We are in a world that is always going to change. Life is all about cycles. We will be stronger if we adapt ourself.
- We will be triggered by people… how can I recognize that I’m triggered right now, but not take it out on the person who is doing it.
- Ask myself, Did the emotion get entangled with the mind talking?
- Go for a coffee and then you come back! You put fresh air in the mind!
- You need to give space for the intuition to come in, then you follow. It is the difference between over-thinking and over-doing and thinking you haven’t done enough.
- We are transforming all the time. Am I expecting the change or accepting the change.
- Look around you, you will have all that you are looking for.
- We need to have a solid foundation.
