À PROPOS DE CET ÉPISODE
Join your host Cheryl Nason and Book Reviewer Shane Leon for a lively conversation about this original and pioneering new book.
Two Testaments: A Comprehensive Comparison of the Teachings of the New Testament and the Book of Mormon is a study of the theology of the New Testament and the Book of Mormon (“the two testaments”) that proves and shows that their teachings and doctrines are the same—a singularity!
The message of Two Testaments is the strongest and boldest message of any book ever published. The Two Testaments proclaim that the principles of Jesus Christ—the principles of righteousness, the principles of power—are the governing principles of reality that are the solution and antidote to the world’s challenges.
Two Testaments presents Christianity in its original purity and totality. The fulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ is destined to transform, revolutionize, and civilize the world without politics or contention. Universal freedom, equality, peace, prosperity, friendship, love, and joy will be a reality when individuals, families, societies, and the world learn to possess and bring forth the principles of Jesus Christ. This will unite the human race as one. The common, universal message of the Two Testaments, witnesses that the fulness of the gospel of Jesus Christ has been restored with the fulness of its principles, ordinances, and organizations.
Two Testaments is designed as a lifelong guidebook providing intelligence regarding the nature of God, the nature of reality, and the purpose of life. By proclaiming the infinite principles, atonement, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, Two Testaments helps us understand our own purpose and mission in life. That which God, in His infinite state, desires us, in our finite state, to know about Him and His/our purpose in this finite existence is presented in the two testaments. We, asindividuals, and the world, at large, will be judged by the books that God has given us.
