Natascha Bach: Hello, welcome. I am so happy to see you. I'm thrilled to be sharing with you something that I really love to talk about, which is influence the ripple effect of your voice in creating your life. I'm Natasha Bach, I'm a voice identity coach. I help you shift into your next level identity. Using the greatest tool of creation, your voice. And so in these next couple days together, we are going to be discussing inner voice, outer voice, their relationship to each other, as well as how they work together to influence your lived reality. So if we take a moment and think about the word influence. It comes from the Latin influere, which means to flow in. Isn't that beautiful? I think oftentimes as people we think about influence as do I have any influence on these people or how can I increase my level of influence? But if we stop and think about it from that word origin, the Latin influere, to flow in. I think it gives influence more context, especially when we're speaking about it from the lens of the voice. The voice needs freedom, it needs air, and the air flows through your voice in order to even create that sound. So if we're thinking about creation of our life and we think about creation of sound. And the flow that it takes to create sound and the influence that we are hoping to achieve possibly in our career or influence on the people that we're leading, a positive influence in the world, it's very reassuring to think about it as flowing. And if we were gonna talk about influence as what the dictionary Describes as what influence is. It's to have an effect upon the character or the development of or the behavior of someone or something. And isn't that perfect fit as well as we talk about influence of our voice and having an effect on our character, having an effect on the behavior? of ourselves in order for us to step into that next level identity. this is going to be such a beautiful exploration. But before we get too deep into the content, I would like to begin with an opening prayer of gratitude. And so if you would like you can close your eyes or place your hand on your heart or both hands or one hand on your heart. in one hand on your abdomen and close your eyes down. And let's just take a moment of gratitude. Mother, Father, God, Creator of all that is, Source, we thank you for this moment. We thank you for this breath. We thank you for the opportunity to gather to explore and discuss ideas that are on our hearts and in our minds, that we may step more fully into who we are here to be Thank you for all of our past experiences. Thank you for our present experiences and thank you for all that is to come. Thank you for blessing us with so much abundance in our lives. We sing praises of gratitude and thanksgiving for all that is and for all that is coming for our greatest version of ourselves as we hold the grandest vision of our lives. Thank you. Lovely. Thank you so much for joining me with that. influence, the power to produce changes in opinion, in actions, decisions. they can be the great beautiful unfolding of an understanding in first the relationship of our conscious mind and our subconscious mind that then is. Producing our lived reality. And before our outer voice can influence other people, it's really our inner voice that is influencing you and I. And so what is the inner voice? The inner voice is really, it's part of our conscious mind. It uses sometimes language. So that we can plan and think in the present moment, but it gets messages and beliefs stored from our subconscious mind. And some people say that for them the inner voice is really a voice. It shows up as words or sentences and commentary that runs through their mind, like, you should get some more exercise today, or I said the wrong thing to somebody that I really wanted to impress. And for other people, when they're thinking about the inner voice, they think more in not so much words, but in pictures, or they receive sounds or body sensations, or just that strong sense of knowing, which many refer to as our intuition. That's just our unspoken inner voice. Showing up for us. And when we use the phrase inner voice, a lot of times for me, I'm referring to all of those experiences together. That internal guidance system, you would say. And sometimes it might be verbal, and sometimes it might be visual, sometimes it's emotional, and sometimes it's barely noticeable. But it really influences our choices. And it's not about whether you think you have an inner voice, because for a lot of us we have the inner chatter that goes on in the repetitive inner critic. And we'll talk about that as well. But the question is more about do we want to see the inner voice as wise? As knowing, as certain, or are we perceiving that inner voice as protecting us or very critical of the things that we are doing and who we are being in every moment? I think sometimes our our inner voice gets confused with, that's wisdom, you know, because I'm thinking it, it that must be true. Because otherwise, why would I be thinking it? But sometimes that inner voice can just come from old belief patterns that have been repeated so many times. And what is a belief? We're going to speak a lot about beliefs, and beliefs are just patterns of thought that are being played on repeat. And those patterns of thought influence. who we are being in the moment and who we are allowing ourselves to be. We're also going to talk during these discussions also about the power of your imagination. If you've been tuning into any of my podcasts, you know that I am loving the power of the imagination to influence our subconscious mind and our conscious mind. So let's start from the beginning and we'll just settle into first what is the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. In relationship to the inner voice. the inner voice is an extension of your conscious mind. It is where you are conscious of the thoughts. You are receiving them as sentences, as as beliefs, as emotions. It's coming through in that way. It's what you are being conscious of in the moment. You're aware. That you are thinking these thoughts. Whether the inner voice is being wholly positive or negative is for later. But the conscious mind is what you are conscious of being in this moment right now. Whether you are perceiving yourself as connecting to the best version of yourself, or that you are not being the best version of yourself. Then we have the subconscious mind, and the subconscious mind is just open and receptive to everything that is being impressed upon it by the conscious mind. And the conscious mind fires in rapid succession. Sometimes those thoughts they really pick up momentum because if we believe one Then there's a next thought that follows it that then can lead us into feeling a certain way in any moment. it's really important for us to kind of observe the thought without perceiving it or labeling it as good or bad. And when you're able to step away from perceiving your thoughts as good or bad. that they just are, then it becomes a lot easier to shift those thoughts. As your conscious mind is as your conscious mind is then thinking all of these thoughts and you're aware of it, at the same time, your receptive subconscious mind is receiving all of those thoughts. They're being impressed upon the subconscious And the subconscious just receives. That's all it does, it receives. And then the subconscious mind is the programming then with which your thoughts, your behaviors, whether you move into action or whether you hold yourself back from taking action, that is all run by those automatic programs that the subconscious mind. has been receiving. And the beautiful thing is is that we can reprogram our subconscious mind. And for a lot of years I traveled down a pathway of healing I wanted to discover the root of those issues And so I was traveling down trying to unearth or heal all the wounds, all my traumas, all the things that I I had seen coming up to face me and impact my life in a not so positive way, I attributed those to all of the traumas that I had experienced. The traumas of shattering a windshield with my face when I was a young teenager. Becoming a teenage mom later on in life, dealing with health issues then losing my job I was seeing all of these events in my life as these traumatic triggers. And I was trying to go in and dig out and understand them so that I could understand myself. But it was because of the beliefs that I attributed to those situations, the way that my young mind added meaning to those events in my life was what then was informing my new behaviors. So then I was operating from a sense of fear, operating from a sense of lack, I'm bad because I did this, or I'm not worthy to have that next level of achievement in my career. And so when you are operating from those kinds of beliefs, then of course the ripple effect out into my life was event after event that just confirmed those negative beliefs. Which then fed into that story and made the story larger, made it feel heavier, made me feel less than, and made me diminish myself and my value. And then I discovered that we no longer have to be digging around to unearth all of this about ourselves. It's as simple. as changing your mind. You know when you go to the the restaurant and you're looking at the menu And you're trying to decide what am I going to eat? And you look through all of it and you make your selection. And then as the server is taking all the orders, somebody at your table orders something else. And in that moment, there's a new idea. And you change your mind in that instant. I'll have what he's having. Because in that moment, you have new information. So that's where we're at now. We have new information that we no longer have to spend time in healing. We can shift quantum leap our life in the moment that we make a decision. And I think that's thrilling. I think that that's such an exciting opportunity for all of us, is that you and I now New information. Just like when we're in the restaurant and we got that new inspiration, we have new information that now we can decide right here, right now, that we want to shift into a new level, a new identity that we want, that we desire. And then that instant decision is going to then impress upon our subconscious mind. we're going in a new direction. And the part that the voice plays in the decision and the impression is then we need an inner voice and an outer voice that continually nurture that new idea, the new decision that we made to step into our next level, best grandest version of ourselves that then. We believe is going to lead us to new experiences that we desire. And that's where it gets really exciting because we do have the power, and that's what we're here to talk about today with the inner voice. Alright, so we've established what influence means to flow in, and we've established what the inner voice is, sometimes in sentences, sometimes in pictures. Sometimes in all these different forms, the information that we are getting internally that then is going to impress upon the way that we express ourselves in the world, our outer voice. So let's go a little deeper into the inner voice. The inner voice for me it's a lot of talk. I hear the inner critic most of all, I would say. If I was going to be truly honest, for me, my inner voice that's loudest most often is my inner critic. It tells me what I haven't done, what I still need to do. It critiques me as I'm going, whether I'm singing or whether I'm leading a group. Or if I'm even just at home by myself. So I've got that inner critic and the inner critic is very loud and I have to remind the inner critic, let's take a little vacation. It's time for you to step away because I want to be present in this moment and really enjoy what is here for me right now. And when you take that moment to be present in your now lived reality, as Eckhart Tole wrote in his book The Power of Now, it is so beautiful to arrive in the present moment and to appreciate and to feel the beauty of this moment right here, right now, of us connecting. of the breath moving through our body, the flow, the inspiration. And the joy of just being. And so that is so informative to our body, to our physical body, because we are just a soul having a human experience. And when you go from that belief of I am a soul having a human experience, then we can disconnect a little more easily from. That inner voice that is trying to protect us. It's the egoic mind. It loves to come in. It thinks it's helping us. It thinks that it's protecting us from something based on what was impressed upon it before, those past experiences, what we were socialized into, the messages we received. From our parents, our grandparents, the other children at school, our teachers, the television, the internet, movies, all of the external outputs that were coming toward us when we were young were impressing upon our subconscious mind a lot of ideas. if those around us We're in fear or lack, we were receiving those programs into our subconscious mind. And since the subconscious mind cannot push away anything, it can only receive, then we were being influenced by external influences, and now we're deciding. That we are going to influence our life in a different way. We are going to flow in the kinds of thoughts and ideas, and then we are going to express them and share them outward with the worlds. When we decide it's so empowering, it feels beautiful in our body, and it feels like the greatest connection of our soul. So the soul influencing us, the soul reassuring us that we're just having a human experience. right here, right now, and that influence is then going to come out through our ideas, thoughts, beliefs, patterns, and our spoken words. Our beliefs then become our emotional patterns that we're expressing out into the world. The beliefs, when I was doing my trauma story and leaning into those negative situations, I had a reason then why I was the way I was. It gave me the proof that. This is why I'm acting this way. This is why this is happening to my life, is because of these past traumas. So I went so deep into those traumas that then I wasn't able to be as present in my life to see the beauty around me. My first book that I wrote was that journey from. discovering and identifying so deeply with my traumas and trying to find the way out of them, trying to find the way out of suffering so deeply. But again, that was my inner voice influencing me in a way that was not wholly positive. now after finding the work of Bob Proctor and Kathleen Cameron and Neville Goddard, I have been able to shift and that's what I'm here to share with you. the beauty that we have to choose something different Because Your inner voice determines what you think is possible. if you are going into thoughts and beliefs of lack, of doubt, of fear, then what happens is that impresses upon your subconscious mind that. I'm not there yet. I haven't done it yet. I need to prove myself. The energy becomes more on the negative side, which is then gonna inform your conscious mind about how to speak, what words to choose, and then the shift is just going to take longer to achieve. And that's the beautiful thing If you're ready to step into a new identity, then what are the ways that you can impress upon your subconscious mind in order to give you your desired results in your life? The ways that you you can use are meditation, visualization, you can do affirmations or do auto-suggestion. Where you are impressing upon your subconscious mind beautiful, uplifting messages repeatedly so that it is constantly receiving words of certainty, of knowing. In order to achieve your next level identity, you need to go from needing it to wanting it. And then from wanting, you're moving into the more positive version of wanting up into desire. And desire feels so good, And from desire, then in order for something to be made real in your life. You have to move from the desire into the believing, believing that you already are it, believing that it are is already here for you, and then from believing, then you move into the certainty of knowing you know it's done, you know you are that level of person now, and that's where it gets fun and exciting. Minutes together today, we are going to focus on how we can cultivate a more positive inner voice, one that aligns with our next level identity, the life that we want to step into. I invite you to take your hand on your heart and one. hand on your lower abdomen and I just want you to tune inward. And bring to the surface of your consciousness what you are desiring for yourself right now in your life. What is that next level for you? And as that desire arises, I want you to think about how would that version of you, that next level identity, How does that next level version of you speak? How does that next level version of you think? How do they dress? Where do they go to? What kinds of places do they travel to? Who are the people surrounding you in that next level identity? That next level version of your life? Right, so now you've created this beautiful picture. You visualizing what you desire. Now you've made your selection, and remember you can change at any time and shift into something different. But right now, you took that visualization. And you impressed it upon your subconscious mind, and you've got the new ideas formed of how do I speak, how do I think, how do I act that for that next what you desire to come in? Your next job is to take your ideas, your inner voice, and start cultivating the kinds of thoughts that you know that that version of you. is going to be, do, have, think, speak. And that is how you can shift your identity is one moment you decide. Then you visualize what is that? How do I feel when I am that? And then you've got those ideas, now you've impressed them on your subconscious mind, and now you cultivate This is where awareness is going to come in. And awareness is when your thoughts turn to negative towards yourself. You just simply become aware without judgment, and you say, I am aware that I my inner voice is being negative right now, or that my inner critic is critiquing what I'm doing. And then you can shift. And then you just ask yourself a question, become curious. Instead of blaming other people for why you're feeling a certain way or why you're thinking a certain way, you turn inward and you get really curious. Hmm. So how does my, if you're wanting to be a millionaire, you ask yourself, how does my millionaire self think about this moment right now? If you are Wanting to bring in a love partner, then how does myself in a beautiful loving relationship think about this situation right now? If you are trying to draw in better health for yourself as your next level identity, then you ask, how does the healthiest version of me think about myself right now? So you're really just trying to become aware of negative thoughts, of that inner voice when it shifts to negativity or shifts to the inner critic, and then with gentle, calm reassurance of your soul coming in to be that wise, nurturing inner voice. You're starting to cultivate an inner voice that is. more expansive in thinking, an inner voice that is more encouraging to you as the human. And it's through dedicated repetition of these thoughts and programming. You can use affirmations. I love using affirmations. You do them with your own voice or you can repeat after other people or you can just listen to affirmations There's so many affirmations available right now online and you can create your own. I created a journal, it's available on Amazon and it's called I Am That. I am. And it's a journal in which you can discover the next level version of you in prosperity, the next level version of you. in abundance the next level version of you in love and then in all these different areas and then each day you are deciding who are you going to be and then you're claiming it I am that I am I am that right now and that it becomes your mantras or your affirmations for the day that you can just return to throughout the day. and feel into them and see how great they feel. I did a podcast on the power of the I am. you can check out my podcast on using your imagination to create your next level life. we're just going to continue to cultivate that with our consciousness, what we're conscious of being, we become aware in that moment and then we shift if it's not Wholly supportive of the direction that we're going in, and we become faithful to our new desire and loving it and protecting it, and that's yourself. You are now switching into an identity in which you cultivate, love, nourish, embrace, encourage, and champion yourself with such. Faithfulness, a faithfulness of knowing. No, I decided I am that. I am that right now, right here. And then you let that inner voice start to then influence your outer voice. And tomorrow we're gonna be going deeper into the outer voice and using powerful affirmations That will be very beneficial for you. I invite you to spend a little bit of time today thinking about which voice. Have I been rehearsing every day? My inner voice? Has it been my victorious championing, nurturing, loving inner voice? Or has it been my inner critic or the scared part of my ego coming in to try to protect me from expanding into another level? Okay? And then ask yourself. Is my inner voice aligned with the future that I desire now? And then the third question to reflect upon before I see you tomorrow is if someone listened to my inner dialogue, my inner voice, what future would they predict? Alright, thank you so much for joining me today and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow. Have a blessed day and remember your inner voice is what you decide it's going to be. Thank you so much.
