À PROPOS DE CET ÉPISODE
This week we’re recapping Nicole’s bachelorette! It was a full girl's weekend of last minute adventures, staying out late, and taking in everything the city had to offer. But it got us thinking about how much we might be missing out on by trying to live the "perfect" life at all other times.
We're getting into optimization culture and why being obsessed with doing everything better and faster might actually be making us feel worse. Oura rings, health data, AI tools, productivity hacks all give us more time and more data, but what's the point of optimizing for optimization's sake? At what point does all of it stop being helpful and start being another thing that makes you feel like you're falling behind?
If you've been feeling burnt out or like you've lost the plot a little bit, this one's for you.
