S2, E15 - Self-awareness with Milena Cerdas

Looking for inspiration to completely change careers, after having work in the same industry & field for many years?

I’m excited to introduce you to this new episode with Milena, who successfully moved into a procurement role 7 years ago, after working for 8 years in engineering.

In this episode, you can expect to learn more about how she made that transition happen, as well as how the people she had in her network made a huge impact. Milena also highlights the importance of recognising our achievements for what they are (ours) and stop shining away from recognising our worth!
