Dave Clare, Constantly Reimagine to Create the “Next Normal”!

S2-E53 Dave Clare, Constantly Reimagine to Create the “Next Normal”!

We are aware that, post-covid, we need to be ready for the “new normal” but what about the “next normal”? According to Dave Clare, business owners need to be constantly reimagining as we are thinking about our business.

He warns us of the “Paradox of Success- that what got us to today, will not get us to tomorrow.

Dave is a speaker, consultant, coach, and CEO of Circle

Leadership Global, plus the author of the book, Simplified: Leadership is simple. You lead people.

How?

Engage your employees in meaning-full work.

Empower people to make smarter decisions.

Inspire teams with a bigger picture of the world.

Evolve your organization by hacking culture and strategy.

In Dave’s own words:

“I was able to speak to thousands of leaders about why and

how to evolve themselves and their businesses to stay relevant in the hearts and minds of the people they choose to serve. My goal was always to bring humanity back into the workplace, [and to] ensure leaders treated their employees as humans with goals, dreams, and aspirations first, and [as] employees second. My desire is to create an evolution at work.”

“My conviction going forward is to:

• work with you to embrace the learning and apply it to productively transform your business.
• keep pushing you through your own barriers.
• push you to embrace that evolution is the natural state of your business.
• convinced you to fall deeper in love with why you and your business do what you do.
• show you the power of loving your clients.
• drive more epic thinking and epic results for you and your clients.
• hold you to account to be different and stand out and to blaze new trails.”
