À PROPOS DE CET ÉPISODE
Alina Frank and Dr. Craig Weiner interview Dr. Adriana Popescu about the similarities and differences between EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques Tapping and Brainspotting. Comparing EFT Tapping with other Trauma Informed Techniques. This series of interviews is the culmination of a desire to help illustrate the similarities and differences that exist between the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) and other therapeutic and clinical approaches currently being practiced. For this series we have selected a variety of trauma-informed clinical approaches that we felt would be useful for both practitioners and the public to get insight into how EFT is similar or different to these other techniques. We have carefully chosen clinicians who have either had years of clinical practice or are trainers in these other methods and who also are well trained and familiar with EFT in order to bring you a comprehensive perspective.
