À PROPOS DE CET ÉPISODE
This week on Conversate with Killer Mike, the comments take over.
Killer Mike and Bear sit down with your questions, criticism, suggestions, and a little bit of smoke from the comment section. Nothing is off limits as Mike responds to viewers challenging his takes and pushes the conversation even further.
The discussion moves from Black business ownership and the realities of keeping a business alive to why Mike continues to advocate for trade schools and skilled labor as a path to ownership and financial independence. He explains why supporting Black owned businesses can matter even when you disagree with the people walking through their doors, and why Atlanta needs more spaces where ownership reflects the communities spending the money.
The audience also pulls the conversation into politics. Mike talks about the importance of local elections, organizing beyond presidential politics, his relationship with Bernie Sanders, his experience campaigning alongside him, and why political beliefs mean very little without people actually doing the work in their communities.
And yes, Mike hears the criticism about asking a question and then answering it himself. He says he is working on it.
From business and politics to trades, activism, Atlanta, and the future of the show, this episode is a conversation with the people who make Conversate possible: you.
Keep watching, keep commenting, and keep the conversation going.
