À PROPOS DE CET ÉPISODE
In this episode of the Agilova Real Estate Podcast, we review RAW District II — a new mixed-use project by Imtiaz Developments on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
RAW District II is not just a residential project and not just an office building. It is the continuation of the RAW District ecosystem: a format where living, working, creativity, community, retail, co-working and modular offices come together in one urban environment.
The project is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, with access to the metro through Flame Tree Park. The main idea behind RAW District II is to create not a typical residential complex, but a space for people who work, create, build teams, launch projects and want to live in an environment where the city’s energy does not stop at the apartment door.
In the podcast, we discuss why RAW District II differs from standard Dubai launches, how the “two addresses, one ecosystem” concept works, what makes the Sheikh Zayed Road location interesting and who this project may be suitable for — whether for living, business, long-term ownership or investment consideration.
In this episode:
— What RAW District II is
— Why the project cannot be described only as residential or office
— How RAW District II continues the first phase of RAW District
— What role Sheikh Zayed Road plays
— Why metro access through the park matters for the project
— What formats are available: studios, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR, offices and retail spaces
— What creative and work-focused amenities are included
— Who this launch may be suitable for
We also discuss the key features of the project: fully furnished apartments, modular offices, co-working ecosystem, creative floor, design lab, podcast and media studio, forum, stage, communal table, indoor gym, outdoor training zone, swimming pools, cinema spaces, yoga deck, library, nap pods and Flame Tree Park.
Separately, we look at the investment side of RAW District II: a mixed-use format on Sheikh Zayed Road, different property types, flexible office spaces, retail component, starting prices, payment plans and handover in Q2 2029.
This episode will be useful for those following new projects in the Dubai real estate market and looking to understand RAW District II not only through prices and layouts, but also through its concept, location, lifestyle, business environment and long-term value.
