TIETOJA TÄSTÄ JAKSOSTA
There is a place within you...
where other people's opinions cannot reach.
Where disappointment cannot define you.
Where your worth doesn't rise or fall with someone else's approval.
The practice is learning how to return there.

Quote from the Episode:
"Get into that center space, get grounded, get into that middle point where everything is harmonized between mind, body, and spirit."

DESCRIPTION:
What if peace isn't something you find outside yourself, but something you remember within yourself?
In this episode, Nicholas reflects on emotional boundaries, difficult conversations, and the subtle difference between experiencing emotions and becoming identified with them. Through Yoga, Ayurveda, and contemplative philosophy, he explores how self-mastery allows us to stand firmly in our truth while remaining compassionate toward others.
Rather than resisting life's storms, we're invited to become the quiet center within them. From that place, decisions become clearer, relationships become healthier, and life begins to unfold with greater ease and authenticity.

SOMETHING TO SIT WITH:
What part of your peace have you unknowingly placed in someone else's hands?
———————
A RESTORATIVE STEP:
The next time you feel emotionally activated...
Pause.
Take one slow breath.
Instead of asking,
"How do I make this stop?"
Ask,
"What would the grounded version of me choose right now?"
Then trust the answer that quietly arises.
