TIETOJA TÄSTÄ JAKSOSTA
Not everything you consume is food.
Every sound.
Every conversation.
Every notification.
Every crowded room.
Your nervous system is digesting it all.

Quote from the Episode:
"Self mastery is achieved through living your life. So keep living and you'll learn."
———————
DESCRIPTION:
Modern life teaches us to consume more.
More information.
More entertainment.
More productivity.
But very little teaches us how to digest what we've already taken in.
In this conversation, Nicholas reflects on sensory overload, nervous system regulation, and the Ayurvedic understanding that digestion is far more than what happens in the stomach. Every experience asks something of us. Every sound, image, relationship, and emotion becomes part of what we must learn to transform.
Through stories, metaphor, and yogic philosophy, this episode offers a gentle reminder that healing isn't about avoiding the world. It's about becoming intimate enough with yourself to recognize what nourishes you, what overwhelms you, and what you're finally ready to shed.

SOMETHING TO SIT WITH:
What experiences have you been consuming that your body still hasn't had time to digest?
———————
A RESTORATIVE STEP:
Choose one daily activity and intentionally slow it down.
Notice your breath.
Notice your senses.
Notice your thoughts.
Instead of asking,
"What's next?"
Ask,
"Have I fully received what's already here?"
