In the late 1979 and 1980, two women were murdered within months of each other and left in Templeton Woods, Dundee. The cases remain officially unsolved to this day.
Andrzej Kunowski committed many crimes against women and girls in his native Poland. He then escaped custody and fled to England where his crimes continued. Elizabeth Chau and Lola Shenkoya are still missing from Ealing, London.
Alice Ruggles was stalked and harassed by her ex boyfriend Trimaan 'Harry' Dhillon. She was tragically murdered by him in 2016.
This episode covers two unrelated disappearances of women in the UK. Karen Buckley went missing in Glasgow in 2015, and Sarah Everard disappeared in London in 2021. Both women were later found murdered.
Murders that went unsolved for 20 years in Scotland were eventually attributed to Scottish serial killer Angus Sinclair, and his brother in law Gordon Hamilton.
