درباره این پادکست 🔗
Grace Actually is a podcast about finding the grace of God in the middle of ordinary life - the good bits, the difficult bits and all the slightly chaotic bits in between.
The podcast grew out of Chris’s simple desire to slow down and pay attention. After years of rushing from one thing to the next, he started to wonder what might happen if he actually stopped to notice the moments where God was already present.
Grace Actually began as a collection of reflections about faith, life, teaching, grief, change, joy and all the unexpected moments that make up our everyday stories. Now, those reflections are becoming a conversation.
Each episode begins with a story or moment from ordinary life - sometimes funny, sometimes difficult and sometimes a little bit of both. Chris explores what that moment might have to say about faith and where we might find God’s grace within it. From there, the conversation turns to Scripture, taking some time to reflect on what God might be saying through His Word before moving into a space for personal reflection, Lectio Divina and prayer.
So, whether you’re listening in the car, over your breakfast or somewhere in the middle of your day, come and join Chris for a little pause in the chaos. There’ll be honest reflections, real-life stories, faith, laughter and the occasional “well, I definitely didn’t see that coming!” moment.
Because grace doesn’t always arrive with fireworks or dramatic signs. Sometimes it’s found in the small things we might otherwise overlook in a conversation, a struggle, a change of plan, a moment of joy or even an ordinary Tuesday.
This is Grace Actually:a podcast hosted by Chris, about noticing the grace that is already there, right in the middle of real life. Because Grace Actually is all around.
