Embodiment Is The Key To Your Connection To Spirit : A Channeled Chat with Kat Beck

Introduction:

Pre-Pandemic Carolyn found Kat on Instagram through one of her posts where Kat was dancing to a hip hop song while simultaneously sharing about her spiritual practices. This is how Carolyn knew instantly Kat was her people. Bonding through their mutual respect for authenticity, embodiment, and connection to spirit.

Kat Beck of MYSTIC MEDICINE is a mentor for highly sensitive mystical badasses, and an energy + embodiment artist.
