Today our channeled chat is a new experience. If you turned into previous episodes you know that those were recorded live via Insight Timer where I would channel a specific theme. What was so great about that was the live feedback that was coming in. I love speaking in front of a live audience because I can tune into the spirits in the chat. So this one I have delayed as long as I could. But here we are!
I am a spiritual business mentor and a spiritual self-development guide. I help my clients be in tune with their Spirit essence, and how to utilize it to co-create their life. To embody their true self each and every day.
Something that I continue to hear from spirit was it was important for me to release an episode where I talked about my own channel.
My hopes for you for this season are that you will get a deeper understanding of how to embody your spiritual abilities, your gifts, and how to be more discerning and take that into your life.
Have discernment, take what you need, and leave what you don’t.
Topics We Cover:
- How she met this version of herself that she shows up as now.

- Navigating pressure, stress and fears. The pressures from society. Navigating things with her body image.
- The period of time she calls “Alive but not Living”. The zombie era.
- How when she is writing, it always feels very easy and exciting at the same time. This bodily experience is how she knows she is channeling.
