SELLEST OSAST
In this heartfelt episode of The Quantum Empath Podcast, Kelley sits down with holistic healer, yoga therapist, Reiki practitioner, and subconscious transformation guide Susan Frankovich for a deeply authentic conversation about healing, nervous system regulation, spiritual awakening, and learning how to create a softer, more aligned life.
Susan shares her personal story of burnout, panic attacks, and realizing that despite “doing everything right,” her nervous system was overwhelmed and out of balance. What followed became a journey into yoga therapy, PSYCH-K®, Reiki, breathwork, subconscious healing, and embodied transformation.
Together, Kelley and Susan explore:
- Nervous system healing and emotional regulation
- Rewiring subconscious beliefs
- Spiritual awakening and self-discovery
- The importance of boundaries and learning to say no
- Integrating multiple healing modalities
- Energy work, Reiki, and intuitive practices
- Grid work, nature connection, and playful spirituality
- The Harmonic Egg experience
- Softness, slowing down, and creating a life in alignment
- Supporting others through the “New Earth” transition
This episode is an invitation to remember that healing is not one-size-fits-all. It’s layered, deeply personal, and often requires reconnecting to the wisdom already within us.
Whether you’re just beginning your spiritual journey or already walking the path of healing and transformation, this conversation offers grounded insight, compassion, and inspiration for becoming more fully yourself.
