SELLEST OSAST
What happens when you stumble across a journal entry that perfectly describes the person you've become?
While cleaning my office, I found a journal entry from December 10, 2025, where I wrote about something called "The Quantum Empath." As I read through the pages, I realized I had unknowingly mapped out the very transformation I would spend the next several months living.
In this episode, I share the journal entry, the lessons it revealed, and the journey from cleaning houses and working out of a small home studio to creating a healing practice, opening my Harmonic Egg space, launching a podcast, and stepping more fully into my mission work.
We explore:
• Life scripting and the power of writing down your vision
• Identity shifts and becoming the person you're meant to be
• Releasing old programs and patterns of self-abandonment
• The difference between force and flow
• Mission-driven work versus ego-driven achievement
• Awakening, intuition, and trusting your inner guidance
• The concept of the human "biocomputer" and conscious creation
• Why coherence, presence, and energetic alignment matter
I also share my vision for this podcast and the conversations to come. I'll be bringing on guests from around the world to share their awakening stories, spiritual experiences, personal transformations, and the unique paths that led them to where they are today.
My hope is that these longer-form conversations provide something deeper than short social media clips—a place where we can normalize awakening, explore different perspectives, and learn from one another's journeys.
If you've ever felt different, questioned your conditioning, experienced a spiritual awakening, or felt called toward a larger purpose, this conversation may resonate with you.
Thank you for being here.
Stay grounded. Stay hydrated. Stay tuned.
