SELLEST OSAST
Sandy and Kristy discuss preferring to record their podcast in the morning, Kristy's effort to boost listener engagement by posting questions on their Facebook page (and TikTok) while promising anonymity, and nostalgic hopes that a returning MySpace will allow customizable pages without algorithms. Sandy shares that her new grandbaby was briefly rehospitalized for jaundice but is now home, while work at the flower shop is slow; Kristy feels overwhelmed and spread thin. They chat about TV (Below Deck, Castle, Eureka) and true-crime documentaries, criticizing internet sleuths who harass uninvolved people in the Brian Kohberger case, and calling “My Grandfather Charles Manson” trash. They also touch on Perez Hilton’s reported breakdown, class reunions, age-gap relationship judgment, childhood clique dynamics, parenting regrets and reconciliation, “white trash” family stories, plans for shopping/antiquing, and upgraded podcast equipment, ending with where to find and email them.
