SELLEST OSAST
What does entrepreneurship actually look like when the traditional employment system has never really worked for you? In this episode, Kevin Cameron sits down with Haley Moss, autistic attorney, author of five books, and neurodiversity advocate, to talk about how neurodivergent people are finding their own path, and what the rest of us can learn from it.
From knowing when a passion should stay a hobby versus become a business, to building structure when no one gives you a rulebook, Haley shares the honest, practical side of starting something from scratch.
Key Takeaways
Many neurodivergent entrepreneurs start a business without realising they already have one.
Not every hobby should be monetised — protecting the joy in something is a legitimate business decision.
Sort your activities into three buckets: hobby, side hustle, or business.
Every entrepreneur needs three things early: legal structure, a good CPA, and written goals.
Have a risk fund and know your number before you take the leap.
Build in at least one meeting-free day per week to protect your energy and output.
