SELLEST OSAST
What if the biggest obstacle in your job search isn't the market, it's the story you're telling yourself about it? In this episode, Kevin Cameron sits down with Joshua Green, entrepreneur and narrative intelligence coach, to talk about the mindset shift that separates candidates who land roles from those who keep spinning their wheels.
From narrative intelligence to the decision matrix from cognitive behavioural therapy, Josh brings a practical framework for breaking the mental loop that keeps job seekers stuck and replacing it with a strategy that actually works.
Key Takeaways
Your brain is a story machine, not a truth machine — and the story you're running is shaping your results.
Identify your limiting belief, choose a more empowering one, and find 63 days of evidence to support it.
Stop mass applying and go deep on one company a day - find the decision-maker and start a real conversation.
Target companies that aren't currently hiring — no hiring fatigue, and they'll remember you.
Treat your job search like a sales job with structure and breaks.
Purpose and mission matter more than another application click.
