ACERCA DE ESTE PODCAST 🔗
Pomcast (2005–2026): the video archive of an Apple podcast in four languages. Pomcast started in May 2005 and grew into 91 episodes, hundreds of posts, and interviews at WWDC, at Úll and in cities I only knew from maps — with guests like Steve Wozniak, Aaron Hillegass and the Ecamm brothers. Twenty years on, my priorities changed, slowly and then completely, so in 2026 I retired the show. What remains is this list of videos, still hosted on YouTube.

Back us on Indiegogo! – The “Spy” Bug: (Note: FIXED in iOS 8!!!!) – iOS Flyover. Amazing Wikipedia app @ wikilinks.net — from Boris & Djilani. Also check out diskalarm.com — commentsapp.co — Fflp! (@stuffmc‘s apps)
Anybody who has started with iPhone Development should have heard this name at least once. If they don’t, sorry, but I don’t know where they live (probably either in the Jungle or totally in the Microsoft community and just boot a Mac mini now and then *only for Xcode*).
I had the pleas…
Note: 4 years later, during WWDC, I interviewed him again just after the launch of Swift, the language. Check it out.
Needless to say Aaron is some kind of “Steve” for us Developers. For most of us (especially the “younger” ones), he was one of the first introduction to Coco…
Gleb from Backblaze (see last video) told me to go see Patrick because he had a very relevant (at least to me) Company. I met with Patrick in San Francisco and we spoke about the “30 second YouTube” generation we’re all in ;)
A few weeks before I made this Interview I took a trial at Backblaze.com - then didn’t upgrade to their paid account. Believe it or not, a few days later, my hard drive had a hardware Failure :( Big times… So the interview with Gleb was even more interesting. From that point of view, I …
The first time I heard about Cappuccino (the framework, not the beverrage) it was at the Cocoa Heads at the Apple Store San Francisco during the WWDC ‘08 week. At least that’s what I recall. I saw a very relax Francisco Tolmasky saying that he left Apple because there was nothing better…
My good friend Romain recommended me to have a chat with Paul & Nafis, co-founders of HaveASec.com to let them explain me what they are all about. Turns out they have a very innovative way of grabing the feedback of your clients or user. Wether you have an iPhone/Android App or just have a Shop…
