ÜBER DIESEN PODCAST 🔗
Spacelunch (short. spclnch) is a Dutch electronic music label with an emphasis on the dub sound founded in Minsk in 2019 by Thomas Carmody (@thomascarmody). The key ethical principles are an individual approach and a careful selection which allows you to get the best possible from the communication with artists.
The concept of releases is dedicated to a fantastic multimedia universe. The space adventures of Spacelunch and Cat unfold in episodes of an interactive musical comic. Each of them has an original script, and they are connected by a consistent storyline.
* We are always open to promoting high-quality music from third-party sources! To get an author's review/premiere — write to the email: spclnch@gmail.com

Each point of this hexagon is a crafted arrangement. Groovycosta and Konstantin Kost work together to lay the foundation for a series of stylistic variations: stricter, neutral and softer. From many attempts, the most stable ones were selected and compiled for presentation. Today, the dub techno la…

Noumena's latest is intense and charged — the kind of thing that rewires you as it plays. The new substance he's working with is dub plasma: once it hits the bloodstream, it starts doing strange and wonderful things to the mind. A heavy kick, surgically precise percussion and clearly defined track …

Paris-based Dust Yard brings Symbiotical Records' catalogue to vinyl for the first time. Four tracks across dub house and deep house, each one doing its job.
"Far Away" opens with a tight low end, crisp hi-hats and dub chords locked into a groove you can follow for a while. "Higher" shifts the moo…
Sticky, cosy dub serenades from Pedro Capelossi that let you disconnect from the everyday. The journey into a dreamlike world rides on drawn-out synthesizers and gentle delay, before landing on a surprisingly punchy, active kick and bass. This is exactly what a world of dreams sounds like.

Special Zip shapes his narrative into an album with bold, unpredictable movement. A melancholic intro of philosophical keys gives way to something else sooner than you'd expect. An active rhythm section takes over across several tracks, pulling between progressive energy, psychotropic dub, and unde…
Every new release gives us a little rush, and real satisfaction once it lands. What follows is a sequence of scenes and angles, all rooted in a shared dub foundation. Across four tracks, Spectral Model conjures images of the tropics and their tribal drums, intricate shamanic voices wrapped in psych…
Deemkeyne takes over the relay of densifying spaces. Thick as tar, a dark substance spills across the ground, gradually transforming into an active matter. As its radius of influence expands, it begins to assume different forms. It first grows more adhesive, penetrating the cells of living organism…
The Black Series once again introduces declassified files. R.Hz has documented an unexplained sonic phenomenon. It seeps beneath the skin, triggering derealization and a sense of detachment from the self. The dark environment is filled with ominous rustles, trip-infused samples carrying fragments o…
Dub surfer Javier Ho opens the season, gliding through waves of delay and navigating the depths of the genre. In this new tetralogy, he maintains a measured rhythmic range from track to track, all immersed in layers of hazy, fog-drenched synthesizers.
