Let's Think About "Freedom Beyond the Checklist " With Special Guest Dr. La Toya Davis
In this thought-provoking episode of Mitzi, Let’s Think About It, Mitzi is joined by special guest Dr. La Toya Davis for a heartfelt conversation about freedom beyond the checklist. Together, they explore what it means to take up space without fear and to release the pressure of constantly measuring ourselves against expectations, routines, and self-imposed standards.
As they reflect on Dr. La Toya’s perspective, the discussion considers how checklists can sometimes trap us in negative self-thinking rather than move us forward. This episode invites listeners to rethink productivity, identity, personal growth, and mindset by exploring how a shift in perspective can transform the way we see responsibility, freedom, and self-worth. If you have ever felt boxed in by what you should be doing, this conversation offers a warm and honest invitation to pause, reflect, and imagine a freer way to live and think.
