September 11: Behind the Scenes at the FBI
On this special episode of True Crime with Jen Coffindaffer FBI, Jen reflects on 9/11 through the eyes of someone who was there—and worked the aftermath as an FBI agent.
Jen shares personal memories from that devastating day, including how she received information from Tom Burnett’s family after he called his wife from United Flight 93. She recounts the chaos facing law enforcement and aviation officials as the scope of the attacks became clear.
Most importantly, Jen honors the extraordinary courage and selflessness of the passengers of Flight 93, who fought back against the hijackers in an attempt to prevent even greater loss of life.
A deeply personal look at one of the darkest days in American history—and the heroes who refused to simply surrender.
