OM DENNE EPISODE
Something we haven’t discussed in the Nancy Guthrie case…
On Breaking the Case with Jen Coffindaffer FBI, Jen raises a new question: Who might have had a motive against Savannah Guthrie?
Jen takes a closer look at Matt Lauer’s history with Savannah and NBC, including the fallout from his 2017 firing, the reported loss of a lucrative contract, and claims of lingering resentment toward Savannah.
But Jen is clear: she is not saying Lauer was involved in Nancy’s disappearance. She argues that investigators would have considered anyone who might have had a motive against Savannah or her family—and she believes Lauer would have been someone worth looking at.
So, was there a motive? And did law enforcement already clear him?
