Conversions —is a radical spiritual "U-turn". It represents a complete change of heart, mind, and direction where a person turns away from sin and self-centeredness to turn toward God. It is not just an intellectual realization, but a whole-person transformation empowered by the Holy Spirit. The Core MeaningThe biblical concept of conversion is primarily about direction and relationship.
The Old Testament:
The Hebrew word most closely associated with conversion is shuv, which means "to turn back" or "return". It is frequently used when God calls His people to stop going their own way and return to their covenant relationship with Him (e.g., 1 Kings 8:48).
The New Testament:
The Greek equivalent is epistrophe or epistrepho, which means "to turn around". A classic example is found in 1 Thessalonians 1:9, which describes believers turning "to God from idols to serve the living and true God".

Zacchaeus:
A corrupt tax collector whose life transformed immediately upon meeting Jesus Luke 19. His conversion resulted in tangible actions—repaying those he cheated and giving generously to the poor.
The Result -Biblical✨
