We've all seen giant women in movies, godlike in their beauty and capacity for destruction.
We've seen tiny men in commercials selling anything from snack crackers to motor oil.
And there are hundreds of music videos by artists like Katy Perry, Ariana Grande, BLACKPINK, and Taylor Swift, videos featuring gigantic people and shrunken people.
These depictions are entertaining, maybe ridiculous, and sometimes frightening.
But to some people, these Biggos and Tinies mean much more than you could imagine. Who are these people?
"I am Morgana, known as Mini-Moe now, and I'm a tiny girl."
How long have they been creating macrophilia content?
"Yeah, so it's been two years doing Vore Vixens, but I've been doing macrophilia content probably for the past five or six years."
"I'd started shooting in the early 2000s, and I was involved with a lot of the old giantess forums back in the late '90s."
What do they get out of this fantasy?
"Um, I think I kinda like the power play that it has to do. It's very fantasy-related, it's all imagination."
How did they get started in all this?
"I have a particular set of skills."
I'm Aborigen, and this is zHeightgeist. Every two weeks we'll explore the macrophilia phenomenon, talking to creators and fans, as well as examining how outsiders look at it. I'll even read you some of my stories. Be sure to subscribe, wherever you listen to podcasts.
