As we close out June, the Akashic Records bring a gentle yet deeply healing message:
✨ Return to harmony.
After months of transformation, release, and powerful energetic shifts, this week invites us to notice where life is naturally seeking greater balance. The Records describe this as a time of rebalancing—an easing of pressure, a softening of old patterns, and a quiet return to wellness.
If you've been feeling stretched, overwhelmed, or as though life has been asking a great deal of you, this episode offers a reminder that healing isn't always about doing more. Sometimes it's about allowing what has already begun to settle, integrate, and take root.
In this episode, we explore:
🌿 The Akashic message of restoring harmony and trusting the healing already unfolding
🌕 The Capricorn Full Moon and its invitation to celebrate your progress, reflect on what has come to fruition, and lovingly release what no longer belongs in the next chapter
☿ Mercury retrograde in Cancer and how this cycle can support emotional healing, deeper self-understanding, and the gentle revisiting of old stories with new wisdom
💎 An oracle card message from The Jewelry Box Oracle
🧠 Psychological tools for restoring balance, celebrating small wins, and approaching old wounds with compassion instead of fear
🎨 Journaling prompts to help you reconnect with what brings greater peace, authenticity, and harmony into your life
As June comes to a close, may this episode remind you that healing is rarely about perfection. It is about returning—again and again—to what brings your heart, your home, and your inner world into greater alignment.

00:00:13.359 --> 00:00:22.719
Aloha, and welcome to Your Heart Magic, an illuminating space where psychology, spirituality, and heart wisdom meet.
00:00:22.960 --> 00:00:24.160
Here's your host, Dr.
00:00:24.239 --> 00:00:30.800
Bethane Kapansky Wright, author, psychologist, and spiritual educator.
00:00:32.799 --> 00:00:34.320
Aloha, everybody.
00:00:34.479 --> 00:00:36.159
Welcome to Your Heart Magic.
00:00:36.240 --> 00:00:36.799
This is Dr.
00:00:36.880 --> 00:00:39.119
Bethane Kapamsky Wright.
00:00:39.359 --> 00:00:56.240
And we are diving into the energy of the last week of June today and looking at some Akashic energy, some psychological perspective, an oracle card pool, and a creative prompt as well, some journaling prompts.
00:00:56.479 --> 00:01:00.479
So without much ado, let's go on ahead and dive in.
00:01:00.799 --> 00:01:07.920
And I was thinking today as I was preparing for the podcast, I always open with some sort of personal story.
00:01:08.159 --> 00:01:14.799
This last weekend, I had a really fun opportunity to do a really cool race.
00:01:15.120 --> 00:01:19.280
And we had teams of three, and everybody ran in different directions.
00:01:19.439 --> 00:01:30.000
We had three different routes, and everybody did their out and back, and the winning teams were based on the time that was pulled together, the accumulative time.
00:01:30.480 --> 00:01:37.680
And it was just a really cool opportunity to be out on solstice and be out in the running community.
00:01:37.840 --> 00:01:44.959
I was on a favorite trail that I used to live really close to years ago when we first moved to the island.
00:01:45.359 --> 00:01:49.920
And I had a lot of gratitude in my heart when I wasn't hurting.
00:01:50.879 --> 00:01:54.959
I can't say I ran the whole race in a space of gratitude.
00:01:55.200 --> 00:01:58.000
I don't know that that was at the top of my mind sometimes.
00:01:58.159 --> 00:02:06.560
Mostly I was just really pushing it and feeling the fact that I was on a trail running hills and that didn't feel amazing in the moment.
00:02:07.040 --> 00:02:10.719
But kind of encompassing the before and after.
00:02:10.879 --> 00:02:32.800
And as a runner in general, I just have a lot of gratitude these days for being able to still do this thing that I love, still have my body support me to be in a space that I can be at this race and be out in the community and uh feel like I am equipped and empowered to run my section of the trail.
00:02:32.960 --> 00:02:39.439
And I think I'd shared back in the spring that I spent some time in February in Japan.
00:02:39.520 --> 00:02:43.520
And if I didn't share, I spent some time in February in Japan.
00:02:43.759 --> 00:02:48.960
And I went there to run the Iwaki Sunshine City Marathon back in February.
00:02:49.199 --> 00:03:00.479
And it was an honor that I had uh earned and won by being the first place woman last year at the Kawaii Marathon from the residents on the island.
00:03:00.639 --> 00:03:04.080
I want to be clear, I was not the first place woman.
00:03:04.319 --> 00:03:16.319
There were many women faster than me, but I think I was number 16 in women overall, and I was the first resident of the island who was a female to cross.
00:03:16.560 --> 00:03:28.560
And there is this really cool program they have with our sister city in Owaki, Japan, and they swap runners uh for the marathons each year.
00:03:28.639 --> 00:03:41.439
So whoever wins the Kawaii Marathon and they rotate males and females every other year gets the honor of being offered this trip and vice versa from Japan.
00:03:42.000 --> 00:03:50.080
And so when this opportunity came up, it was one of those things that not only did I say yes to, but I really set out to train for it.
00:03:50.319 --> 00:03:53.919
And I had a goal in mind of how fast I wanted to run.
00:03:54.080 --> 00:04:00.080
I did not quite meet my time goal, and that was okay, but I poured my heart and soul into it.
00:04:00.240 --> 00:04:09.039
It definitely was one of the big themes when I look back on what was I doing in November, and December, and January, and February.
00:04:09.280 --> 00:04:12.800
There was a lot that went into training for this race.
00:04:13.120 --> 00:04:22.480
And when I got back on the island after this experience, I went into what I might think of as a contraction period and running.
00:04:22.560 --> 00:04:24.399
I just felt really tired out.
00:04:24.639 --> 00:04:27.120
I usually do about a marathon a year.
00:04:27.279 --> 00:04:30.240
There's amazing runners out there who do so much more than me.
00:04:30.399 --> 00:04:31.680
That has been plenty.
00:04:31.920 --> 00:04:42.000
And I like to be able to show up and do races and have fun, but it definitely takes a lot to maintain distance running and maintain the ability to run that distance.
00:04:42.160 --> 00:04:51.759
And so since I'd run the marathon in September, turnaround and ran the one in February, that was a lot of time and effort and heart and energy spent.
00:04:52.000 --> 00:04:59.680
I had some Achilles stuff going on and I took some time that I did just a little bit of running, took some time off.
00:05:00.000 --> 00:05:06.879
And when I started to get back into it again, I really thought, oh my gosh, should I use it all up for the year 2026?
00:05:07.279 --> 00:05:08.879
I didn't have a lot of heart.
00:05:08.959 --> 00:05:10.560
I didn't have a lot of motivation.
00:05:10.720 --> 00:05:15.600
I was having a hard time getting any speed, getting anything going.
00:05:15.839 --> 00:05:23.680
And I felt kind of discouraged back in April and was a little concerned as we went into this season that what if it's gone?
00:05:23.839 --> 00:05:26.639
What if that's all I get is my one marathon a year?
00:05:26.879 --> 00:05:29.680
And I'm supposed to train for the Kawaii Marathon.
00:05:29.839 --> 00:05:38.399
I've already signed up for it and have this racing season, racing season, you know, island races, but still my version of a racing season planned out.
00:05:38.560 --> 00:05:40.800
And uh what if I can't do that?
00:05:41.120 --> 00:05:58.399
And so I tried to give myself space, I tried to take time, and sometime in May, I started to find a little bit more flow again, started to find a little bit more energy, started to find a little bit more of something inside of me that said, okay, this is feeling pretty good.
00:05:58.560 --> 00:06:07.279
And so when I showed up at the half marathon a few weeks ago, I wouldn't say I felt as well trained as I have in the past, but I felt reasonably trained.
00:06:07.439 --> 00:06:24.639
And I've been building on that experience since then and finding that things are coming back into harmony and coming back into well-being in my world as a runner, my little microcosm universe of my relationship with running.
00:06:24.879 --> 00:06:26.240
And that feels really good to me.
00:06:26.399 --> 00:06:32.000
It feels soul-nourishing and it feels like a rebalancing of energies as a runner.
00:06:32.240 --> 00:06:37.920
Every year when I do these races, I always want to find something in me that still wants to do it.
00:06:38.079 --> 00:07:06.319
And I feel like if I ever start consistently running into something in me that says this isn't feel good anymore, or I can't find an internal motivation, a reason to do it, whether it's I love running, whether I want to be grateful and celebrate life, whether I want to stay healthy, I have to have something that is internally driven to get me out there and give me what I need to stay with the training and stay with these things.
00:07:06.480 --> 00:07:13.120
And so I felt like there was this process around it, and things came back into harmony in my life.
00:07:13.279 --> 00:07:22.079
And I didn't do so by forcing myself or by telling myself, like you have to do this thing, or putting a lot of pressure on myself.
00:07:22.240 --> 00:07:33.199
I just tried to trust the process, let myself have my feelings around it, get out there and try, anyways, try and be happy that at least I was still moving.
00:07:33.439 --> 00:07:45.759
And so I was just really grateful this last weekend when I was able to not only do this event, but feel like a runner again and be out there for reasons that felt positive and felt good to me.
00:07:46.000 --> 00:08:12.639
And that energy of coming into harmony, coming back into well-being, coming back into balance inside of ourselves is a beautiful segue into the message from this week's Akashic energy because it is all about harmony and all about a rebalancing of our inner world and our heart and our home and just coming back into a space of wholeness in our life.
00:08:12.800 --> 00:08:20.720
And what I really love about the message right now is that the Akashic records have told us a story about the energy of June.
00:08:20.959 --> 00:08:24.240
Our first week was about trusting the direction we're headed.
00:08:24.480 --> 00:08:28.399
The second week was focusing our attention with intention.
00:08:28.800 --> 00:08:33.440
And then last week was this heart opening and keeping our faith in the light.
00:08:33.679 --> 00:08:39.039
And this week is a return to harmony and an invitation back into harmony.
00:08:39.279 --> 00:08:44.320
And when I opened the records this week, there was an immediate feeling of settling.
00:08:44.559 --> 00:08:53.440
And it felt like a calm body of water where it wasn't stagnant, but it also wasn't a lot of movement going on.
00:08:53.600 --> 00:09:01.120
It was just this gentling rippling of a pond or gentle rippling, perhaps, of a lake.
00:09:01.440 --> 00:09:03.840
And it was very peaceful feeling.
00:09:03.919 --> 00:09:17.840
And the record spoke about a rebalancing that's taking place, and that areas of our lives that have felt chaotic or overextended or out of harmony are beginning to find their way back to equilibrium.
00:09:18.080 --> 00:09:22.000
So there's this lovely quiet restoration happening.
00:09:22.159 --> 00:09:32.320
And it's not because life suddenly becomes perfect, but it's because systems naturally want to move towards wellness, towards wholeness, towards healing.
00:09:32.799 --> 00:09:39.440
The records also spoke about support this week and that support can arrive in different forms in our life.
00:09:39.679 --> 00:09:43.840
Support might be a person or an unexpected insight.
00:09:44.159 --> 00:09:55.279
It might be clarity or seeing a solution that wasn't visible before, or finally feeling emotionally equipped to navigate something that once felt impossible.
00:09:55.600 --> 00:10:02.320
But it feels like some of the pressure that some people have been carrying is increasingly easing.
00:10:02.720 --> 00:10:08.240
And I always love any message that speaks to an ease in things.
00:10:08.399 --> 00:10:25.600
So the records use this phrase, a distilling of the light, and talked about how last week's solstice felt like an amplifier, like a cosmic whammy that was this great expansion of light going on in everyone and all of our hearts at once.
00:10:25.840 --> 00:10:31.600
And it feels like this week that the light begins to settle into our everyday lives.
00:10:31.840 --> 00:10:42.480
And it becomes less about kind of that extraordinary celebratory feel and more about allowing the light to quietly reshape who we are.
00:10:42.799 --> 00:10:50.639
So the records ask us to ponder the question: what do I need in order to be in greater harmony right now?
00:10:50.879 --> 00:10:59.440
And this isn't what do I need to accomplish or what do I need to optimize, but just the question: what brings me harmony?
00:10:59.919 --> 00:11:05.039
Harmony is always going to look different for each of us based on our need sets.
00:11:05.200 --> 00:11:09.840
Harmony might be rest, communication, and honest conversation.
00:11:10.080 --> 00:11:18.320
It could be simplification, it could be forgiveness, it might be allowing old wounds to come into awareness one more time.
00:11:18.799 --> 00:11:25.120
And it's not because we're moving backwards, but because another layer is ready to be healed.
00:11:25.360 --> 00:11:35.039
So I've always loved the reminder that when old stuff comes back up, it's not because we failed and we have to go back and heal it all over again.
00:11:35.200 --> 00:11:45.360
It's really about refinement and that every time we shed a layer, every time we work through something, it brings us closer to authenticity and to ourselves.
00:11:45.600 --> 00:11:49.840
So the astrology this week beautifully echoes this message.
00:11:50.159 --> 00:11:58.720
Mercury is stationing retrograde in cancer, and that is happening on June 29th, and I believe it moves through July 23rd.
00:11:58.879 --> 00:12:04.399
And so there's going to be a three-week period of reflection that continues into July.
00:12:04.720 --> 00:12:09.279
Mercury governs communication, thinking, perception, and learning.
00:12:09.519 --> 00:12:17.120
And cancer governs home, family, emotional safety, memory, belonging, our inner life.
00:12:17.360 --> 00:12:23.120
So together, this retrograde is inviting us to revisit our emotional landscape.
00:12:23.279 --> 00:12:29.039
Again, this is not about being stuck in the past, but it's about better understanding it.
00:12:29.279 --> 00:12:41.360
So if you find that old memories or family dynamics or unfinished emotional stories rise into your awareness, the records describe this as another layer of purification.
00:12:41.600 --> 00:12:45.200
It's not punishment or regression, but it's healing.
00:12:45.440 --> 00:13:01.759
Sometimes we revisit something because we're finally ready to understand it differently, or perhaps we glean a new insight from our current vantage point that we wouldn't have gained back when we were first working on healing it.
00:13:02.159 --> 00:13:07.360
We also have a full moon occurring in Capricorn on June 29th.
00:13:07.600 --> 00:13:15.759
And Capricorn is associated with responsibility, discipline, long-term goals, perseverance, and structure.
00:13:16.000 --> 00:13:21.279
I always think of Capricorn as the workhorse and the builder of the zodiac.
00:13:21.600 --> 00:13:26.320
And at the same time, the sun is going to be in cancer for this full moon.
00:13:26.480 --> 00:13:30.960
And so together, these signs create this interesting polarity.
00:13:31.120 --> 00:13:34.000
We've got the outer world and the inner world.
00:13:34.240 --> 00:13:43.919
We have the achievement of Capricorn, the belonging of cancer, the doing nature of Capricorn, and the being and receptivity of cancer.
00:13:44.159 --> 00:13:49.519
And so the full moon is asking us where has my life become out of balance?
00:13:49.759 --> 00:13:54.159
Am I caring for my responsibilities without abandoning my heart?
00:13:54.480 --> 00:13:58.639
Am I nurturing others while remembering to nurturing myself?
00:13:58.960 --> 00:14:09.519
So again, this full moon is echoing that Akashic message of balance and harmony and coming back into a space of equilibrium inside of us.
00:14:09.759 --> 00:14:12.320
Full moons are always a culmination.
00:14:12.559 --> 00:14:16.720
They are moments of celebration, release, reflection.
00:14:16.960 --> 00:14:25.279
And the records especially encouraged us to celebrate the small wins, the little micro gains and tiny steps that we've taken.
00:14:25.519 --> 00:14:31.120
Sometimes we overlook the quiet victories because they don't feel as big or dramatic.
00:14:31.360 --> 00:14:45.360
So small wins and healing can be a healthier boundary, a time that you had a more honest conversation or tried to speak your truth, a moment of choosing self-compassion over self-criticism.
00:14:45.600 --> 00:14:46.879
Those things matter.
00:14:47.039 --> 00:14:49.200
We are encouraged to celebrate them.
00:14:49.840 --> 00:14:58.320
Our oracle card for the week that I thought feels like it goes beautifully with this energy is called Seek the Better Way.
00:14:58.639 --> 00:15:05.919
And key words are harmony, discernment, healing, balance, wisdom, and authenticity.
00:15:06.480 --> 00:15:12.720
And the essence and message of this card is there is often more than one way forward.
00:15:13.120 --> 00:15:22.399
This card reminds us that healing isn't about perfection, it's about choosing the path that creates greater harmony for ourselves and for others.
00:15:22.879 --> 00:15:26.000
Ask yourself, what would bring greater harmony here?
00:15:26.240 --> 00:15:29.840
What response reflects the person I am becoming?
00:15:30.080 --> 00:15:32.559
Where can I soften instead of harden?
00:15:32.799 --> 00:15:35.759
Where can I simplify instead of complicate?
00:15:36.000 --> 00:15:45.679
Sometimes the better way is not louder, it's quieter, kinder, more aligned, and often it is already waiting within your heart.
00:15:46.320 --> 00:15:50.320
So that Oracle message is from the Jewelry Box Oracle.
00:15:50.399 --> 00:15:54.480
That is my Oracle deck that I am still making progress on.
00:15:54.559 --> 00:16:00.879
I'm hoping to send a proposal in to a potential publication company before summer is over.
00:16:00.960 --> 00:16:02.960
So you can stay tuned for updates.
00:16:03.039 --> 00:16:08.480
But for now, it's lovely to still be able to bring these messages through on the podcast.
00:16:08.879 --> 00:16:19.759
Shifting into mental health and looking at this energy with some psychological perspective and how do we maybe think about it and ground it and apply it to our lives?
00:16:20.000 --> 00:16:34.159
This is a message that really supports integration and remembering that growth doesn't only happen during these breakthrough moments, but it's happening when we allow new experiences to settle into our nervous system.
00:16:34.480 --> 00:16:38.399
And so integration takes time and it takes patience.
00:16:38.559 --> 00:16:54.559
And it really takes us training our eye and training our mind to see what small shifts we are making and really developing a relationship with the kind of micro steps and little goals and progress that we've made.
00:16:54.799 --> 00:16:58.480
So we're able to see where things are shifting in our life.
00:16:58.720 --> 00:17:01.600
So we do want to celebrate the small wins.
00:17:01.759 --> 00:17:07.359
Our brain is geared towards this negativity bias of looking at the negative.
00:17:07.519 --> 00:17:15.920
And I don't mean the pessimistic so much, more like what's missing from this negative space, what's incomplete, what's unfinished right now.
00:17:16.160 --> 00:17:27.599
It's one of the reasons when we don't have closure or we have unfinished business, our mind keeps wandering back into the territory of the past, trying to close that loop or make sense of something.
00:17:27.839 --> 00:17:33.920
And so it has this tendency to look at the incomplete, to look at the negative space in our life.
00:17:34.000 --> 00:17:39.759
And a lot of times that translates to what we're not doing or how far we still have to go.
00:17:40.000 --> 00:17:47.599
So we want to continue deliberately asking ourselves what went well this week and strengthening our resilience around that.
00:17:47.839 --> 00:18:00.000
I have probably shared this before, but a favorite practice of mine for anybody else who works with Oracle, Tarot, anything like that, is to actually ask the cards, what progress did I make on the path this week?
00:18:00.160 --> 00:18:02.160
How am I growing at this time?
00:18:02.559 --> 00:18:06.960
What growth or blessing might I be aware of that I'm not seeing?
00:18:07.200 --> 00:18:09.519
And what's my guidance moving forward?
00:18:09.680 --> 00:18:11.519
Or something kind of like that.
00:18:11.759 --> 00:18:17.119
It helps me see where I might be having movement or progress that I'm not giving myself credit for.
00:18:17.200 --> 00:18:22.559
So it's a really cool way to bring that into your card practice if you have one.
00:18:22.880 --> 00:18:36.079
We also want to think about the idea of restoring balance this week and doing some self-reflection on what areas in your life might feel overdeveloped right now, what areas might feel neglected.
00:18:36.480 --> 00:18:40.640
And healing is about a gentle recalibration.
00:18:40.720 --> 00:18:42.319
It's not about an extreme.
00:18:42.480 --> 00:18:52.480
So when you're doing this inventory, if you identify something that feels out of balance, try and think of what small step could I take to bring this back into balance?
00:18:52.640 --> 00:18:56.240
Like, what's one way that I can just show up for this area in my life?
00:18:56.480 --> 00:19:02.160
I think oftentimes we feel like we have to overdo in order to correct an imbalance.
00:19:02.319 --> 00:19:08.240
And that sometimes leads to people giving up on good things that they might be trying to do for themselves in their life.
00:19:08.400 --> 00:19:13.839
So I'm a fan of like teeny tiny micro steps, such a fan of that.
00:19:14.240 --> 00:19:33.119
And then another perspective to support us this week is to stay curious about emotional material, emotional feelings that might be coming up for you and think about welcoming them with curiosity and asking, what is this here to teach me?
00:19:33.279 --> 00:19:38.720
So as Mercury retrograde is beginning, we might have some of that old stuff coming up.
00:19:38.960 --> 00:19:42.160
And instead of asking, why is this coming back?
00:19:42.319 --> 00:19:46.079
We can ask, what new understanding is available now?
00:19:46.480 --> 00:19:50.000
We could ask, what might I learn from this?
00:19:50.319 --> 00:19:58.799
I love, if nothing else, if I don't understand what a feeling might be teaching me or telling me, and there's not a lot I can do with it.
00:19:59.039 --> 00:20:16.559
I think a nice default practice is how can I be compassionate to this aspect of myself, or how could I offer more acceptance, peace, self-love, self-grace, self-forgiveness to whatever it is that's coming up inside of me that might feel challenging.
00:20:16.799 --> 00:20:23.599
So there's always a constructive way to work with the emotional material that's coming up in our life.
00:20:23.839 --> 00:20:41.759
So for our creative prompt this week, I was thinking it actually would be helpful to sketch out some visual representation of the different aspects in our life that might contribute to the things that make up our day-to-day, the things that make up our life.
00:20:42.000 --> 00:20:46.000
And I don't have a specific way to tell you to do this.
00:20:46.160 --> 00:20:50.720
I have ideas, and this is very much a take it and make it your own.
00:20:50.880 --> 00:20:58.240
But what I am probably going to do in my journal is put a probably a line in the middle of the page.
00:20:58.480 --> 00:21:02.319
And on the top half, I'm going to put my outer world.
00:21:02.559 --> 00:21:07.839
And that is going to be my work life and my commitments to other people.
00:21:08.000 --> 00:21:09.920
It's going to be my relationships.
00:21:10.160 --> 00:21:16.559
It might be I'm going to show up, I'm training for a marathon, and I make this podcast.
00:21:16.720 --> 00:21:25.200
It will be focused on things that I do that are more about responsibilities, commitments, how I'm showing up in the world.
00:21:25.519 --> 00:21:41.920
And the bottom half, the inner world, is going to be my interior, my feeling life, my thought life, my spiritual life, my meditation practices, time perhaps for rest or receptivity, my dreams.
00:21:42.160 --> 00:21:52.559
And I just want to write down the key words of what encompasses my external Beth An, how I move my energy in the world, and then my internal Beth An.
00:21:53.200 --> 00:21:59.519
And I want to look at that and kind of see what feels out of balance right now.
00:21:59.759 --> 00:22:02.319
What are the areas that feel good?
00:22:02.480 --> 00:22:10.559
What are areas that I feel like I might say they're a little sticky, or I know that I'm working on something in those areas.
00:22:10.880 --> 00:22:23.759
And I just want to use that as a way to visually represent what is making up my life right now, and see if something jumps out as needing some attention, needing some TLC.
00:22:24.240 --> 00:22:28.960
So some sort of visual representation for that might be really helpful for you.
00:22:29.279 --> 00:22:37.519
And really trying to think about your inner ecosystem, your life as an ecosystem, and what are the different aspects of that?
00:22:37.599 --> 00:22:40.720
And where might you being called into harmony?
00:22:40.960 --> 00:22:50.319
And then some journaling prompts that you might choose to work with this week are what am I celebrating right now, even if no one else notices?
00:22:51.200 --> 00:22:55.039
Where have I already experienced greater balance this month?
00:22:55.519 --> 00:22:59.200
What old story feels ready to be understood differently?
00:22:59.759 --> 00:23:02.640
What would bring more harmony into my life today?
00:23:03.119 --> 00:23:08.640
And what am I ready to lovingly release before the next lunar cycle begins?
00:23:09.519 --> 00:23:17.039
So as we wrap up this last week of June, I hope you take a moment to honor yourself.
00:23:17.279 --> 00:23:30.720
I think this month has asked us to show up for ourselves, to trust our direction, to trust the path that we've set in motion, to focus our attention, to keep our faith in the light.
00:23:30.880 --> 00:23:34.400
And now we're being invited to return to harmony.
00:23:34.720 --> 00:23:39.680
And this is never about reaching a final destination or some final culmination.
00:23:39.839 --> 00:23:48.000
The energy will continue next week as we move into July and open into something that probably builds on this week's message.
00:23:48.240 --> 00:23:53.599
Harmony is not a place that we arrive at, it's not a final landmark that we put in the ground.
00:23:53.759 --> 00:24:04.319
It's not about perfection, but it's about relationship and the relationship we cultivate with ourselves and our hearts and the lives that we are creating.
00:24:04.880 --> 00:24:07.279
So have an amazing full moon.
00:24:07.440 --> 00:24:12.319
I hope it's magical and you do take some time to celebrate the small wins.
00:24:12.720 --> 00:24:16.480
I will be back next week with a new Your Heart Magic episode.
00:24:16.640 --> 00:24:20.640
Thank you so much for tuning in and listening and supporting the podcast.
00:24:20.960 --> 00:24:27.200
I cannot tell you how much that means to my heart and when I hear feedback from people who are listening.
00:24:27.359 --> 00:24:28.799
So thank you for that.
00:24:29.039 --> 00:24:33.759
And as always, be well, be love, be you, and be magic.
00:24:43.839 --> 00:24:49.200
Tune in next week for a new episode to support and empower your light.
