關於這一集
Jonah chapter four reveals a prophet who was furious that God showed mercy to the people of Nineveh. He knew God's character, could recite it word for word, but refused to let it shape his heart. His anger exposed something deeper: he was feeding resentment instead of the Spirit. Like the older brother in the parable of the prodigal son, Jonah had forgotten what it felt like to be lost. When we forget that grace was never earned, we start to believe others don't deserve what we freely received. Bitterness has to be surrendered, not managed. The grace we have been given is meant to become the grace we give away.

An entire city of roughly 600,000 people repented after hearing just five words from a reluctant prophet. At the center of that response was the king of Nineveh, one of the most powerful …
The Shema, found in Deuteronomy 6:4-5, is one of the most important declarations in all of Scripture. The Hebrew word used for heart in this passage refers to the seat of the will, the core of who you are, and the controlling …
Many people experience God's commands as burdens rather than blessings, but Deuteronomy 6 reveals a different picture entirely. Before God tells Israel what to do, He tells them why, and that reason changes everything. The commands Moses delivers are not restrictions on freedom but protection for f…
